Abstract

Abstrak Design Finishing merupakan teknik penyelesaian akhir dari pembuatan design yang bertujuan untuk membuat tampilan akhir dari design menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Design Finishing dapat dilakukan secara digital menggunakan Smudge tool pada computer dengan bantuan software berbasis bitmap ?Adobe Photoshop?. Smudge tool merupakan retouch tool pada Adobe Photoshop yang dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan efek rambut atau helai-helai bulu seperti efek finger-painting dengan cara mengatur persentase strength level dari Smudge tool. Strength Level berfungsi untuk mengatur intensitas gosokan Smudge tool yang digunakan dan memiliki rentang nilai 0-100%. Metode penelitian ini adalah komparatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persentase strength level Smudge tool 25%, 50%, dan 75% terhadap design finishing busana pesta gala dan (2) design finishing busana pesta gala berbahan fur terbaik ditinjau dari aspek irama gosokan Smudge tool, gradasi warna fur pada design, dan kesesuaian penerapan fur pada design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek irama gosokan Smudge tool, gradasi warna fur pada design, dan kesesuaian penerapan fur pada design sama-sama mendapatkan nilai probabilitas (Asymp.Sig.) = 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05), dan pada design finishing busana pesta gala berbahan fur dengan persentase strength level Smudge tool 25%, 50%, dan 75% mendapatkan rata-rata nilai mean masing-masing 1,144; 2,167; dan 3,903. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh persentase strength level Smudge tool 25%, 50%, dan 75% terhadap design finishing busana pesta gala berbahan fur ditinjau dari aspek irama gosokan Smudge tool, gradasi warna fur pada design, dan kesesuaian penerapan fur pada design dan design finishing busana pesta gala berbahan fur terbaik adalah dengan Strength level 75%. Kata Kunci : Design Finishing, Smudge Tool, Strength Level, Adobe Photoshop. Abstract Design finishing is the final step of a design making which aims to make the final appearance of the design looks better than before. Design finishing can be done digitally using Smudge tool on computer with the help of bitmap-based software ?Adobe Photoshop?. Smudge tool is a retouch tool in Adobe Photoshop whih can be used to create effect for hair and fur strands much like finger-painting by adjusting the strength level percentage of Smudge tool. The Strength level works for adjusting the smear intensity of Smudge tool and has it?s range value between 0-100%. This research method used is comparative. The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the effect of Smudge tool?s strength level percentage of 25%, 50%, and 75% on the finished fur-made gala evening wear design and (2) which is the best finished fur-made gala evening wear design in accordance with aspects of the Smudge tool?s smears movement, the fur?s color gradation on the design, and the suitability of fur representation on the design. The result of this research shows that on the aspects of the of the Smudge tool?s smears movement, the fur?s color gradation on the design, and the suitability of fur representation on the design are all earned the probability value (Asymp.Sig.) = 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) in each, and on the finished fur-made gala evening wear design with Smudge tool?s strength level percentage of 25%, 50%, and 75% each of them earns average mean value 1.144; 2.167; and 3.903. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Smudge tool?s strength level percentage of 25%, 50%, and 75% on the finished fur-made gala evening wear design in accordance with aspects of the Smudge tool?s smears movement, the fur?s color gradation on the design, and the suitability of fur representation on the design, and the best finished fur-made gala evening wear design goes to the strength level 75%. Abstract

Agriculture can be divided into two, namely in the narrow sense or popular agriculture and in a broad sense. Agriculture in the strict sense includes: agriculture of food crops, vegetables, fruits, and other plants that have the potential to be traded. Some of the difficulties faced by rice farmers at harvest time include: dealing with erratic weather such as the rainy season, lack of infrastructure such as drying floors. Therefore, farmers cannot process their rice production during post-harvest, so that when they want to harvest, farmers are faced with two alternative sales, namely: they want to harvest themselves, then sell them to traders or slash them. The alternative is important in the analysis because it involves the decision of farmers to sell their rice products. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in yields received by farmers between the two alternative rice sales decisions mentioned above. The determination of the research area was carried out deliberately in Bangsalsari District. Samples were taken with the Snowball technique (Snowball Sampling), the samples taken were 30 rice farmers. The study was conducted in the first planting season (December 2018-March 2019) and the second planting season (April-July 2019). The analytical model used to determine the differences between the two farmers selling decisions is the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the analysis show that the mean rank in self-harvest is 21.17 and the sale of slash is 9.83. The conclusion is that there is a real difference in the results received by farmers between the harvest itself and the sale by slash

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Pendapatan Pedagang Sayur Keliling Di Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan atau keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh pedagang sayur di Kecamatan Sukorambi. Penelitian ini dilaksankan selama 2 bulan yakni awal bulan Juni 2019 sampai dengan akhir bulan Juli 2019, dilaksanakan di daerah Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember tepatnya di 3 Desa yakni Desa Sukorambi, Karangpring dan Desa Klungkung. Menggunakan teknik multistage sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan revenue cost ratio atau biasa disebut r/c ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan kotor dari pedagang sayur di Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember adalah 10 % dari biaya tunai ( biaya variabel dalam bentuk kulakan barang dagangan ). Para pedagang sayur keliling di Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember mendapatkan rata-rata pendapatan bersih Rp. 39.640 setiap harinya. Kegiatan usaha berdagang sayuran keliling ini layak untuk dikerjakan dan dikembangkan karena berdasarkan RC ratio nilainya adalah lebih besar dari 1.

Abstract

Experiment of the influence  of quality service on customers satisfaction and loyalty in a pay TV Indovision branch of Jember is intended to (1) test qualityinfluence services to the customers satisfaction. (2) test quality influence services to customers loyalty. (3) test the  influence of customers satisfacion to their loyailty. The Population in this study is all customers in a pay TV Indovision branch of Jember, meanwhile the target of this study is  exhaustive and active users of Indovision's service. Determination of sample size of 140 consumers ,conducted by Accidental Sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is structural equation. And results of analysis showed that quality services significantly ascendant to customers satisfaction, the quality services significantly ascendant to customers loyalty and signifantly ascendant satisfaction to loyalty of the customers. The influence of quality services to customers loyalty  have the most dominant factors  compared with the influence of quality services towards the customers satisfaction and satisfaction of influence of customers loyalty.

Abstract

Small industries developed in the hope of reducing the amount of productive forces which will flow into the city, so that the rural economy will move and create jobs and increase income for the community. Small industries experiencing positive growth due to: First, the small business sector is able to survive in the face of the global economic crisis that is relatively unaffected, even still able to grow. Secondly, there is the possibility of large and medium-sized business sector who drowned in floods global economic crisis which eventually shifting economic activity to small businesses. Given the tremendous contribution in the development of small industries that spur economic growth, the government and the community should work to support and maintain it. The ability of small industries to survive and contribute actively to the economic growth due to the effort required by the public for their survival. To determine the forms of social capital in economic activity of small industries that affect the resilience of the business, the process of transformation of social capital into economic capital and social capital design that is ideal for industrial development. This study, using a qualitative approach with domain approach and taxonomy.

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of patients who had undergone hospitalization in dr. Soebandi Jember well as participants BPJS-Health as well as non BPJS health insurance participants.The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The samples used as many as 120 respondents. 60 respondents to respondents who had hospitalization in dr. Soebandi Jember as participants BPJS-Health and 60 for respondents who had hospitalization in dr. Soebandi Jember as non BPJS health insurance participants. The data analysis is done by non-parametric statistical tests, particularly the Chi Square test or chi-square test were symbolized by "χ2". Based on the table Chi-square test results Pearson Chi-square can be seen that significant value (p-value) = 0.001, which means smaller than α = 0.05, so the decision is to reject Ho. That is, there is a significant difference between the ministry of dr. Soebandi for inpatients participants suransi BPJS health and health insurance Non BPJS. At the patient's perception of the contingency table BPJS-health insurance membership and health suransi Non BPJS look the same percentage or proportion. Both participants and non BPJS BPJS patient perception 100.0% said easy.Based on the table Chi-square test results Pearson Chi-square can be seen significant value (p-value) = 0.088, which means greater than α = 0.05, so that the decision taken is to accept Ho. That is, there was no significant difference regarding the completion of the administration of post-hospitalization in dr Soebandi for patient participants BPJS health insurance and health insurance participants Non BPJS.

Abstract

Farm field itself is now a lot of new innovations in the development of cattle for businesses that one can mention for example Love Bird breeding birds. Departing from a hobby to maintain the bird and capture their business opportunity and market demand will determine the Love Bird breeding business is quite fast progressing. Based on the initial survey we did on Love Bird breeder in the village Karangpring Sukorambi District of Jember, we get the information that is generally berternak Love Bird was able to provide financial benefits sizable despite the problems in the breeding of course also quite complicated. Success in rake clappers means should succeed the survival rate of saplings Love Bird as a seedling that will be sold. When breeders Love Bird in the village Karangpring need their assistance, particularly related to how berternak Love Bird for the level of living seedling Love Bird higher which will need to bring an expert or breeders Love Bird already successful and experienced to provide information or knowledge that is required by the Love Bird breeders in the village Karangpring. The high rate of mortality of tillers Love Bird on farmers in the village of Karangpring also supported by the enclosure in which the minimal number of factors make the cage puppies should be collected so that the late indukannya premises separated when broodstock estrus then saplings can be killed by his own mother. In addition to concerns about the cage / cage, death tiller Love Bird also be caused by inadequate intake of nutrients from the feed are usually given to the need for knowledge transfer from practitioners breeder Love Bird who is experienced in making the feed mixture that can be done alone, and of course the cost will be relatively more cheaper than buying in the store bird feed. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menggunakan Jasa Bank Titil Di Kecamatan Sukorambi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty dan Tangibles terhadap  keputusan nasabah untuk menggunakan jasa Bank Titil di Kecamatan Sukorambi. Penelitian berjenis Causal Research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini dilakukan diwilayah Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember yang meliputi 3 Desa yaitu Desa Sukorambi, Desa Karangpring dan Desa Klungkung. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 30 responden.Uji analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, modus, regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa item kuisioner yang diisi responden adalah valid, nilai cronbach`s alpha sebesar 0,746 yang artinya lebih besar dari 0,60 maka daftar pertanyaan yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah reliabel. Uji t menunjukkan variabel Tangibles (X1) dan Assurance (X4) berpengaruh signifikan, variabel Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), dan Emphaty (X5) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Pada Uji f menunjukkan fhitung > ftabel yang artinya secara simultan 5 variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil riset dapat disimpulkan bahwa penampilan dan pelayanan yang prima membuat pelanggan tertarik kepada jasa bank titil.

Abstract

Research with the title Analysis of Planning Beef Inventory with Monte Carlo Method Approach in CV. Putra Surya was held for 3 months, from September to November 2019. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the owner of CV. Putra Surya. Based on the results of the analysis that hasbeen done with Monte Carlo Simulation, CV. Putra Surya can plan beef supply for 2020 of 35,388 kg of beef with an average demand in one week of 707.76 kg. For expected requests or expected values of 704.96. The average demand that has been processed by the Monte Carlo Simulation method of 707.76 kg per week is not too different from the expected demand of 704.96 kg per week. There is a difference of 2.8 kg between the simulation value and the expected value and this difference can be influenced by the number of tests or experiments conducted. Abstract

In Sukorambi District, many of the people are engaged in the mobile vegetable trading business. The sampling technique uses a multistage sampling technique, the SWOT analysis method by determining the IFAS Matrix, EFAS. From the results of IFAS the strength and weakness factors have a total score of 2.95. Value> 2.5 indicates a strong internal potential. From this it can be judged that the internal potential of the mobile vegetable traders is strong. From the EFAS results, the opportunity and threat factors have a score of 3.59. Because the total score is close to 4.0, it means that this indicates that the mobile vegetable traders respond to the opportunities in an extraordinary way. SO strategy by maintaining the quality of the product being sold. ST strategy by providing the maximum possible service. WO strategy by starting the use of price tagging.
