Abstract

This research aims to find out whether village financial management in Wringin Agung Village, Jombang District, Jember Regency is effective. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample used in this research is the financial report on the allocation of village funds in the village income and expenditure budget at the Wringin Agung Village office, Jember Regency from 2018 to 2022. The results of this research show that the average 5-year effectiveness ratio is 76% up to 101% indicates that the ratio is effective, the income and expenditure growth ratio over 5 years averages -19% to 22% indicating that the growth ratio is positive, for the criteria for the independence ratio of Wringin Agung Village over 5 years the average is 0%- 33% indicates that the independence ratio is very low, and for the Efficiency Ratio over 5 years the average is 88% - 97% indicating that the ratio is inefficient.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the SWOT matrix (IFAS and EFAS) at Kedai Kopi Tiam and find out alternative marketing strategies. This research uses the SWOT analysis method, namely strategic planning which is used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The SWOT model used in this research is a strategy for formulating an analytical framework which is divided into 3 stages, namely the input stage, matching stage and decision stage. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, it was concluded that Kedai Kopi Tiam occupies quadrant I, which means the company is growing and developing. In this strategy, of course Kedai Kopi Tiam must maintain its strengths and take advantage of existing opportunities to avoid external threats and weaknesses within the company.

Abstract

This study focuses on seeing how far Instagram social media is effective as a means of promoting @rosalina_shop which is known to sell women's needs ranging from fashion to beauty products using the AIDA method. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach which explains in detail the problems studied based on data obtained through questionnaires that have been collected, and then analyzed. The primary data in this study was a questionnaire with a sample of 75 people with special criteria, namely following @rosalina_shop Instagram account and having made a one-time purchase. Based on the results of research using the AIDA method on online promotion, @rosalina_shop on social media, Instagram is included in the "good" category with a percentage value of 61-80%. Where it can be seen that the promotions carried out are able to attract the attention of consumers so as to purchase the products offered.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction, switching barriers and customer trust on customer retention at the Herdacake bakery, Puger district, Jemeber. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. The analytical method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, the population in this research is the customers of the Herdacake bakery. The sample used was 160 respondents. The results of this research show that this conclusion is proven (1) the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 9.378 and a significance level of 0.00. (2) the switching barrier variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 2.833 and a significance level of 0.00. (3) the customer trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 3.915 and a significance level of 0.03. The variables Customer Satisfaction, Switching Barriers, and Customer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer retention in herdacake bakery.

Abstract

In facing increasingly tight business competition, companies are required to continue to improve service quality, offer competitive prices, and carry out effective promotions to maintain customer satisfaction. This is very relevant in the tourism industry, especially in the vehicle rental service subsector, where service quality, price perception, and promotion play an important role in influencing customer satisfaction. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality, price perception, and promotion on customer satisfaction at BROW Tours and Travel Lumajang. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 85 participants. Data testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that service quality, price perception, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, BROW Tours and Travel is expected to continue to improve service quality, adjust pricing strategies, and carry out more effective promotions to increase customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality; Price Perception; Promotion; Satisfaction

Abstract

Every company will always try to make a strategy to maintain the sustainability of its company. The business that is currently competing is a business that produces food or beverages, this is because food or beverage products are always needed by everyone, so there are many companies competing to produce these products with several flavor variants and certain menus. This study aims to determine the effect of halal certification variables (X1), product quality (X2) and service quality (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) of the Mixue Jember ice cream outlet. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample size of 98 respondents. Sampling used probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2). The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variables of halal certification, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of the Mixue Jember ice cream outlet.

Abstract

Abstract Along with the development of the internet and technology that has an impact on changes in consumer behavior, one of which is purchasing behavior, namely shopping online. The change in purchasing behavior has made the marketplace platform grow rapidly, one of the marketplaces that consumers choose to buy products is Shopee. Factors such as content marketing, free shipping, and online customer reviews can influence online purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of content marketing, free shipping, and online customer reviews on the purchasing decision of Somethinc skincare on the Shopee marketplace with a case study of Jember City students. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach through a questionnaire with a total sample of 190. The results of the study obtained the results of content marketing significantly influencing purchasing decisions (sig.0.001, t count 4.440> t table 1.972), free shipping variables significantly influence purchasing decisions (sig.0.001, t count 4.380> t table 1.972), and online customer reviews significantly influence purchasing decisions (sig. 0.000, t count 3.692> t table 1.972). The results of the determination test were 67.6%, which means that 67.6% of changes in the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the three variables. The results of the study can contribute to Somethinc skincare products in determining marketing strategies to increase sales

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mendorong UMKM untuk beradaptasi dan berinovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi inovasi yang dilakukan oleh UMKM di desa curahpetung dalam menghadapi tantangan pasca pandemi. Inovasi yang dilakukan mulai dari inovasi rasa, packaging, dan lain sebagainya. Melalui pendekatan eksploratif deskriptif dengan melakukan analisis terhadap UMKM sehingga siap bersaing untuk menghadapi persaingan pasar lokal, ditemukan bahwa banyak UMKM yang belum terdaftar Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), serta packaging yang masih belum sesuai seperti belum memiliki logo dan tanggal expired. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi merupakan kunci keberhasilan UMKM dalam bertahan dan tumbuh pasca pandemi. oleh karena itu pembuatan NIB menjadi salah satu hal yang dilakukan dalam KKN tematik ini melalui pendekatan terhadap Masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Family financial management is an important aspect in efforts to improve economic welfare, especially for PKK mothers who act as the main managers of family finances. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial self-efficacy, financial literacy, and financial inclusion on financial management in PKK members of Panti District. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach and data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 181 PKK members of Panti District online and face-to-face. The results showed that financial self-efficacy partially had the most significant effect on financial management, while financial literacy and financial inclusion partially had a significant effect on financial management. This finding confirms the importance of increasing these three variables in an effort to empower PKK mothers to be able to manage family finances more effectively, efficiently and wisely, so as to improve the economic welfare of families and communities in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of measuring the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of service at the Abu Saad Gumukmas Clinic, Jember. The dimensions used to measure service quality are tangible evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The population used in this study were outpatients and inpatients at the Abu Saad Gumukmas Clinic, Jember. The sampling method used was purposive sampling using the Slovin formula of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used was quantitative descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, Importance Performance Analysis which contained a Cartesian diagram to determine the level of performance and importance. The results of this study indicate that the level of suitability of respondents from all attributes of patient satisfaction at the Abu Saad Gumukmas Clinic, Jember to service quality was 93-110% with an average of 100% and can be said to be satisfactory. In the assessment of Importance Performance Analysis using the Cartesian diagram, 5 attributes were obtained in Quadrant I, which need to be made the main priority of the Abu Saad Gumukmas Clinic, Jember to be improved and 7 attributes were obtained in Quadrant II, which need to be maintained because they are in accordance with patient expectation.
