Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of two variables, namely product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction. The hypothesis in this study is that product quality and service quality affect customer satisfaction partially. The object of this research is the consumer of Mie Galak Bondowoso which has a total of 110 respondents using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis used includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multi-core test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, determinant coefficient). The results of the study prove that product quality and service quality affect consumer satisfaction at Mie Galak Bondowoso.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari : Variabel Kualitas Layanan Islami terhadap variabel Kepuasan Nasabah, variabel Brand Imageterhadap variabel Kepuasan Nasabah, variabel Kualitas Layanan Islami dan Brand Imageterhadap variabel Kepuasan Nasabah. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menggunakan produk Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Jember. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang sudah pernah mengunjungi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Jember minimal dua kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Data secara deskriptif dan jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel Kualitas Layanan Islami : wujud fisik, daya tanggap, keandalan, jaminan, empati, kepatuhan syariah dan Brand Image : kekuatan merek, keunikan merek, keunggulan merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, experience, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Nor Coffee Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 50 respondents with census techniques. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the motivation variable is 0.173 which is greater than 0.05, which means that the motivation variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H2) show that the experience variable is 0.610 where the value is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that the experience variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H3) show that the work discipline variable is 0.00 where the value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has a variable on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of handling and resolving problem financing at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Jember Branch. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. A sample of 22 respondents was obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained using interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires and analyzed using SWOT Analysis. The results showed the results of the SWOT analysis of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Jember Branch that a growth-oriented strategy is used to implement the strategy, this is because the IE matrix shows that the highest overall score is in quadrant I. Where BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in this quadrant is in a very favorable position. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar has many capabilities and strengths that can be optimized to overcome threats and weaknesses in BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Jember Branch. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and digital marketing on consumer loyalty for Emina products. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 1423 students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember from the 2019 to 2022 academic year who used Emina products. Researchers used sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, so based on the Slovin formula the number of research samples was 312 students. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative statistical analysis with SPSS application tools, version 21. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research state that these two variables, namely influencer marketing and digital marketing, have a significant effect on consumer loyalty for Emina products. The coefficient of determination value for this research was 73.1%. Keywords : Digital Marketing, Influencer marketing, Product Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

"AbstraksiManajemen strategis merupakan proses perusahaan dalam merumuskan, mengimplementasikan, serta mengevaluasi keputusan-keputusan lintas fungsional untuk mencapai tujuannya. Evaluasi terhadap model bisnis yang sedang dijalan- kan perusahaan dapat dilakukan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC), seperti yang dilakukan di usaha budidaya jamur BUMDes Pesat Ambulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha apa yang digunakan usaha budidaya jamur BUMDes Pesat Ambulu dan untuk menyusun model bisnis yang baru sebagai bentuk pengembangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan Business Model Canvas yang dilengkapi Analisis SWOT. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi pesaing, kon- sumen, dan intenal BUMDes. Didapat 43 sampel melalui slovin dan proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha budidaya jamur BUMDes Pesat Ambulu dapat melakukan strategi agresif. Selain itu juga menghasilkan desain Business Model Canvas baru hasil perbaikan sebagai strategi alternatif terpilih pada Customer Segments, Channels, Revenue Streams, dan Cus- tomer Relationships yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan usaha di masa depan.AbstractStrategic management is a company's process in formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions to achieve its goals. Evaluation of the busi- ness model being run by the company can be done using the Business Model Can- vas (BMC), as was done in the BUMDes Pesat Ambulu mushroom cultivation business. This study aims to find out what business development strategy is used by the BUMDes Pesat Ambulu mushroom cultivation business and to develop a new business model as a form of business development. The method used is descrip- tive analysis with Business Model Canvas which is equipped with SWOT analysis. The results showed that the BUMDes Pesat Ambulu mushroom cultivation busi- ness could carry out an aggressive strategy. In addition, it also produces a new Business Model Canvas design as an improvement as the chosen alternative strategy for Customer Segments, Channels, Revenue Streams, and Customer Relation- ships that can be used for future business development."

Abstract

The development of information technology and the online world continues to progress very rapidly. Especially entering the modern era, there are very many people who use the internet as a marketing and business media so that there are many marketplaces that have developed in Indonesia, one of which is the Shopee marketplace. The number of marketplaces makes competition tighter, therefore every marketplace is required to do the best strategy to attract consumer interest. This study aims to determine the effect of price, sales promotion, and advertising appeal on impulse buying decisions at the Shopee marketplace. This research includes a quantitative approach using numerical or numerical data. The sample in this study were 150 people who live in the Jember City area who live in Sumbersari District and are Shopee members. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sampling technique used a questionnaire distributed via google form. Hypothesis testing in this study using a partial test (t test). The results showed that Price (X1), Sales Promotion (X2), and Advertising attractiveness (X3) partially had a significant effect on impulse purchases (Y).

Abstract

In this research, the problem that occurs is how the Entrepreneur Spirit of the owner of KATEGE Coffee Shop to target millennials in the Jember Regency area. Entrepreneur is the ability to create value for business development. Spirit Entrepreneur arises because of changes in lifestyle along with the times, especially the millennial generation which is synonymous with new things and digitalization. The purpose of this research is to explain the entrepreneurial spirit of KATEGE coffee shop owners in attracting millennial generation targets. Qualitative methods are used in this research directly by observing the object under study and conducting interviews. As for data analysis using Milles and Hubberman analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit possessed by the coffee shop owner through a proactive attitude.

Abstract

tofu industry is an industry engaged in the food sector, namely processing agricultural products in the form of soybeans that sell food needs in the form of tofu. The process of making tofu in the Fausi tofu industry with a large amount every day makes the supply of soybean raw materials must be maintained optimally. Recording for the purchase of soybean raw materials which is still done manually by writing in a daily book makes it difficult for the owner or employees involved to review stock inventory. Descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach is done by identifying existing data, comparing the results of the data obtained with the existing theory, producing an overview of the problem to be studied and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of soybean raw material inventory control in the fausi tofu industry, namely the Economic Order Quantity method can be more optimal than the manual method. Reorder point (ROP) which determines the point at which raw material inventory must be added before running out of inventory in 2023 is at least 1449 Kg. And the calculation of Total Inventory Cost in the Fausi Tofu Industry is more effective using the EOQ method than the manual method because it can reduce total inventory cost by Rp 6,710,485 so that the costs incurred are lower.

Abstract

In the beginning, many parents enjoyed coffee with a mixture of black coffee without sugar which we usually called Ireng coffee. This Fox Coffee Jember shop can serve orders online due to the increasingly rapid development of technology. They collaborate with Grabfood and Gofood which makes it easier for customers to order from home. This shows that the Fox Coffee Jember shop always follows developments and trends in society. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were Fox Coffee Jember customers and the sample taken was 85 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection methods are observation and questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing uses the t test. The research results show that the dimensions of taste, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Fox Coffee Jember. Suggestions for future researchers are adding variables that support measuring customer satisfaction such as price, cost and emotion variables so that they can provide a broader picture of what factors influence customer satisfaction.
