Abstract

Guci merupakan destinasi wisata yang terkenal dengan keindahan alamnya, seperti air terjun, sumber air panas dan pemandangan alam yang menakjubkan. Dengan semakin banyaknya pengunjung dari berbagai daerah, penting bagi pengunjung untuk bisa mendapatkan rekomendasi penginapan yang sesuai dengan preferensi dan kebutuhannya. Namun dalam memilih penginapan di kawasan Guci, pengunjung seringkali dihadapkan pada berbagai pilihan yang rumit. Mereka harus mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti lokasi, fasilitas, dan harga. Keputusan ini bisa jadi sulit dan memakan waktu. Kemudian dirancanglah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi penginapan di kawasan Guci Tegal. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah VIKOR yang membantu pengunjung dalam memilih penginapan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini akan membantu pengguna dalam mengambil keputusan dengan memberikan rekomendasi akomodasi terbaik berdasarkan semua kriteria. Metode VIKOR akan memberikan rekomendasi penginapan terbaik sesuai preferensi pengunjung.

Abstract

This study uses the idea of ​​human-computer interaction (HCI) to provide options for the Mobile legends game. The results of this study are the concept of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) which is used to describe HCI in the Mobile legends game but has not been implemented due to incomplete sources of previous research, usability implementation, system functions, effectiveness, and efficiency. Designing human and computer interactions in the mobile legends game while still paying attention to the basics of HCI is the author's suggestion for researchers who will develop HCI

Abstract

The implementation of the Community Service Application in Tonggara Village, Kedungbanteng District, Tegal Regency aims to simplify and speed up the community service process. This application is web-based and can be accessed by the public via computer, smartphone or tablet devices. Some of the services available in this application include providing information about village profiles, village potential, and village programs. The Village Community Services Application can process various village administration services, such as domicile certificates, business certificates and trade business permits. The Village Community Services Application provides a platform for the community to submit complaints to the village government, providing consultation services for the community regarding various matters, such as health, education and law. The implementation of this application is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of community services in Tonggara Village. Apart from that, this application is also expected to increase the transparency and accountability of the village government to the community. The benefits of implementing the Village Community Service Application in Tonggara Village have several benefits, including increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of community services, making the community service process faster, easier and more transparent. Increasing transparency and accountability of village governments, communities can easily access information about available services and monitor village government performance. Increasing community satisfaction, people feel more satisfied with the services provided by the village government. Increasing community participation, it is easier to get involved in village activities. Implementing the community service application in Tonggara Village is the right step to improve the quality of public services in the village. This application can help village governments to provide more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable services to the community.

Abstract

Shallots are a strategic commodity that has significant health benefits, including its ability to prevent cancer. The commodity also plays an important role in the agricultural economy, especially in Indonesia, where high demand in domestic and international markets contributes greatly to farmer’s income. However, fluctuations in shallot production often lead to price instability, which has a negative impact not only on consumers but also on the sustainability of farmers' income. This research aims to develop a forecasting model that can assist in more effective planning of shallot production. To achieve this goal, the study tested and compared two forecasting methods: Single Moving Average (SMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), which are known for their ease of implementation and accuracy in predicting time series data. Using a dataset of shallot production from Brebes Regency over the period 2020-2023, the study found that Single Exponential Smoothing consistently provided more accurate results than Single Moving Average. SES performance is more responsive to recent changes in production data, which is particularly important given the rapid fluctuations that often occur in the agricultural sector. The findings suggest that the application of the SES method in shallot production forecasting can facilitate more informed decision-making in production management and distribution planning, potentially stabilizing market prices and improving farmers' economic conditions

Abstract

The abundance of information available in the digital world makes it difficult for students to sort out what is true and relevant. Many teenagers get information about reproductive health from unreliable sources or even myths. The lack of good role models can make teenagers lose their way. Equip students with the skills to evaluate information, think critically, and use technology responsibly. Grade XI students are at a critical stage of development. They are starting to form their identity, make more independent decisions, and prepare themselves for the future. Therefore, providing digital literacy and understanding of reproductive health at this age is very important to form a strong character. Students can understand how digital literacy and knowledge of reproductive health affect adolescent character, and can evaluate the effectiveness of character building programs that integrate digital literacy and reproductive health.

Abstract

The development of shallot cluster business capacity is crucial in increasing the competitiveness and welfare of farmers, especially in the digital era. This community service aims to explore the potential for shallot product diversification and formulate effective marketing strategies through the use of digital platforms. Through a qualitative approach with case studies on selected shallot clusters, this study identified various processed shallot products that have added value, such as fried shallots with various flavors, shallot floss, shallot paste, and other derivative products. The analysis of digital marketing strategies includes the use of social media, e-commerce, and other online platforms to expand market reach and increase interaction with consumers. The results of community service are expected to provide practical recommendations for the development of shallot cluster business capacity, encourage product innovation, and optimize the use of digital technology in marketing strategies to achieve sustainable economic growth for farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan penggunaan kombinasi metode Self Organizing Map (SOM) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk optimasi pemilihan dan pengembangan tempat wisata di Tegal. Metode SOM, sebagai alat pembelajaran mesin, digunakan untuk menganalisis pola historis kunjungan dan mengidentifikasi preferensi pengunjung, sementara metode SAW digunakan untuk menilai dan memberikan peringkat pada kriteria yang dianggap penting oleh pengelola pariwisata. Integrasi kedua metode ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keakuratan dalam pemilihan dan pengelompokan atraksi wisata berdasarkan variabel yang relevan, serta membantu dalam alokasi sumber daya yang lebih efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kombinasi SOM dan SAW secara efektif mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Tegal, dengan memberikan rekomendasi yang berbasis pada analisis data canggih. Implementasi metode ini memberikan wawasan baru dalam pengelolaan pariwisata dan dapat diadopsi oleh daerah lain dengan kondisi serupa untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan destinasi wisata mereka. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menunjukkan bagaimana teknologi analisis data dan kecerdasan buatan dapat diintegrasikan dalam pengelolaan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengunjung dan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key driver for enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the digitalization readiness of retail MSMEs in Kramat District, Tegal Regency, by applying the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) model consisting of four dimensions: optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. A quantitative survey method was employed involving 70 MSME respondents, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings reveal that optimism (3.45), discomfort (3.37), and insecurity (3.32) fall into the high category, while innovativeness (2.75) is in the medium category. Item-level analysis shows that Q4 (optimism) recorded the highest score (3.59), reflecting a strong belief in the benefits of technology, whereas Q7 (innovativeness) obtained the lowest (2.26), indicating low initiative in adopting new digital tools. These results suggest that retail MSMEs in Kramat District have a positive perception of technology but remain cautious in terms of proactive innovation. The study concludes that enhancing innovativeness through digital skills training, mentoring, and policy support is essential for accelerating MSME digital transformation. This research contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence from a semi-urban context in Indonesia and offers practical recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders in strengthening MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan intensif kepada kader Posyandu di Desa Bandasari, Kabupaten Tegal, dalam rangka menerapkan aplikasi E-Posyandu. Tujuan utama adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam penggunaan aplikasi E-Posyandu sebagai alat efisien untuk mengumpulkan, merekam, dan menganalisis data kesehatan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan sesi sosialisasi konsep aplikasi dan pelatihan praktis dalam pengoperasian aplikasi tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan peran Posyandu dalam perawatan kesehatan masyarakat, dengan pemantauan data yang lebih akurat dan real-time. Keberhasilan dalam menghadirkan teknologi ini diharapkan mampu menjadi contoh positif untuk program serupa di daerah lain yang memerlukan peningkatan efisiensi dalam pemantauan kesehatan masyarakat

Abstract

Kelayakan pemberian kredit dalam pengambilan keputusan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, sering kali kredit macet terjadi karena pengambilan keputusan kredit-kredit yang tidak tepat disebabkan karena pinjaman bermasalah atau salah sasaran calon nasabah dengan petugas Koperasi Bangun Jaya Sejahtera dalam memberikan kredit, Pimpinan sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan, dalam mengajukan permohonan kredit untuk memutuskan menerima atau menolaknya memerlukan pertimbangan yang harus dianalisis dan dipikirkan. Keputusan dalam memberikan kredit kepada calon nasabah harus mengarah pada aturan-aturan yang ditetapkan oleh instansi. Selain itu, pinjaman terbesar membutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan atau SPKyang akan saya bahas di jurnal ini dengan menggunakan tekbin TOPSIS. pemberian kredit pada Koperasi ARTHA PRIMA.
