Abstract

Kondisi ketidaknormalan motorik yang terjadi terus menerus pada balita dapat menyebabkan kemampuan pergerakan fisik anak terganggu selama hidup, sehingga sangatlah penting memberikan ransangan motorik pada bayi sejak lahir. Ruang lingkup kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Ramunia membantu penggerak posyandu meningkatkan kesehatan bayi umur 0 – 12 bulan dengan meperkenalkan cara mengetahui perkembangan bayi yang sebenarnya sesuai pertumbuhan usia bayi. Metode kegiatan diawali workshop kesehatan ibu dan bayi dilanjut memperkenalkan pengenalan sistem aplikasi yang bertujuan membantu para ibu bayi dapat memperhatikan kesesuaian maupun keterlambatan gerakan motorik kasar bayi yang dipandu melalui aplikasi ditutup dengan evaluasi kegiatan. Pelaksanaan diagnosa awal perkembangan motorik bayi usia 0-1 tahun sangat perlu diterapkan guna mendapatkan penanganan yang tepat secara medis. Dengan membangun sistem diagnosa yang dihasilkan melalui penerapan teknolologi kecerdasan buatan maka permasalahan stunting mudah terdeteksi.

Abstract

This research topic discusses the comparison of the K-Means and C4.5 algorithms in the application of data mining to predict aquarium sales in a company. K-Means is a clustering algorithm that functions to group data based on similarity, for example grouping customers based on frequency or type of purchase. This helps companies understand market segments and design marketing strategies accordingly. Meanwhile, C4.5 is a classification algorithm that builds decision trees based on important attributes that influence sales, such as price, season, or promotions. This algorithm is able to predict sales categories, such as increases or decreases, based on historical data. By comparing these two algorithms, the research sought to find out which algorithm is more effective in helping companies predict sales and make strategic decisions. A combination of the two can also be used, with K-Means grouping the data first, then C4.5 classifying each segment formed. These results can provide more accurate sales predictions and more effective marketing strategies. This research is important to understand the effectiveness of algorithms in data mining to improve business decision making.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi pada dunia pendidikan sangat pesat, sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan adalah software Geogebra. Geogebra berguna membantu siswa dalam memecahkan masalah disetiap persoalan. Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang sulit bagi kebanyakan siswa. Oleh karena itu siswa merasa matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang membosankan, sangat sulit dalam memahami dan menyelesaikan persoalan matematika yang diberikan oleh guru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami pembelajaran matematika melalui pelatihan berbasis teknologi yakni Geogebra dengan belajar menggunakan Geogebra belajar matematika dengan sajian yang interaktif semakin menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktikum langsung kepada siswa-siswi. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan yang terdiri dari 30 siswa, sebanyak 93% siswa dapat menyelesaikan persoalan matematika diantaranya dengan nilai (100 – 91) sebanyak 4 siswa, nilai (90 – 81) sebanyak 18 dan nilai (80-71) sebanyak 6 siswa. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini juga, diharapkan keterampilan siswa-siswi dalam menggunakan bantuan Geogebra untuk belajar materi matematika di sekolah dan pemahaman siswa-siswi meningkat dan memahami konsep materi matematika secara efektif.

Abstract

Penyuluhan tentang penggunaan Handhold Scanner Posiflex CD 3860 Series CD-3860U-B pada sistem penjualan dan pembelian di SMU Swasta CahayaMedan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang cara menggunakan perangkat scanner pada proses penjualan dan pembelian di perusahaan-perusahaan tertentu, atau toko-toko tertentu. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung di depan siswa siswi SMA Cahaya 1 Medan. Peserta akan diajarkan cara mengoperasikan scanner, memindai kode barcode, dan mengimpor data hasil pemindaian ke sistem penjualan dan pembelian. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan scanner dapat membantu mempercepat proses transaksi dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data. Selain itu, peserta juga mendapatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjaga dan merawat perangkat scanner untuk memastikan kinerjanya yang optimal. Kesimpulannya, penyuluhan ini memberikan manfaat penting bagi siswa SMA Cahaya 1 Medan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mereka tentang penggunaan teknologi scanner pada sistem penjualan dan pembelian.

Abstract

Increasing productivity in the agricultural sector increasingly requires modernization of plant planting technology. This can be done by encouraging human resources such as helping farmers to be interested in knowledge about better and more appropriate agricultural techniques. Good agricultural technology must have a positive impact on the surrounding environment, not have a negative impact on human health and the surrounding environment, and be accessible and affordable to farmers. IoT tools are able to monitor soil through sensors that can measure soil conditions in real time. Sensors can observe various aspects of soil conditions, such as pH, humidity, temperature, and nutrients. IoT technology in the agricultural sector is utilized to achieve progress in melinjo plant production. Sensors as devices used can provide information on conditions such as soil humidity, air temperature, and humidity levels. Data obtained from sensors are sent via the internet to an intelligent system for analysis. The results of this analysis can provide information for farmers to make the right decisions to provide appropriate nutrition. Community service activities contribute to increasing melinjo plant agricultural yields in Dalu Sepuluh Village through the use of IoT technology for automatic plant watering.

Abstract

Asthma is a disease that is Often found in society, especially in the elderly. Asthma is a long-term chronic disease, if left to be fatal and can cause death. Limited access and costs, to patient health information, it is difficult, to know how much influence the disease. So to find out it needs to be built a simple application that can help and Facilitate the community. The purpose of this application is to identify asama disease in older people with 15 symptoms. For the development of expert systems, Several stages are needed items, namely: Analysis and Design of the data collection. This expert system application complies with asthma used by experts and users.

Abstract

Color blind test system is needed in various needs such as the management of a driver's license, prospective students in Certain institutions, prospective employees or employees in government and private agencies. The development of a computer-based test system color blind color blind tests aims at activities that produce normal eye Conclusions on sealing, partial color blindness and total color blindness. The method used to complete this research is Ishihara, which was discovered by Dr. Shinobu Ishihara. For the construction of the Ishihara color-blind method of testing using the stages of analysis, design and implementation. The developed test system aims to be used as a color blind tests for the health test requirements as a requirement for prospective employees at PT JAVA GLOBAL FUTURES Medan. To build this color blind test system used MS-Visual Studio 2010 and the results were made using Crystal Report 2010. This research has produced a Color Blind Test System with the Ishihara roomates Computer Based Method is used for the color blind tests at PT JAVA GLOBAL FUTURES Medan. With the output in the form of computer screens and paper prints when using a printer connected to a computer in the form of a Health Certificate with test results in the form of a normal eye vision, color blindness partial or total color blindness.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about the problem of acne for the people who do not know how to prevent early steps to prevent acne more inflamed. This system can help doctors to facilitate patient diagnosis and can save the patient's medical records for consideration of the results of diagnoses of new problems that will come. Therefore, this study aims to produce an expert system for diagnosing acne problems on the face using the case base reasoning method. The algorithm used for the CBR method is the Nearest Neighbor Retrieval algorithm for determining the value of disease symptom weighting based on: if the symptoms of the selected disease will be the same value of 1 and if the symptoms chosen are not the same will be value of 0 to the symptoms of old disease cases. In this CBR method the system will determine the solution of the problem with the highest level of similarity value which will be chosen as the solution of the new problem.

Abstract

Rapid development of digital image technology secret causes images require security aspect. Reviews These digital secret image can be encrypted using cryptographic methods. After being encrypted, the image is randomized, so that if it is Obtained by an unauthorized party, the image has no meaning. The cryptographic algorithm used in this study is Gifford method. The Gifford method is a stream cipher, a symmetry encryption algorithm that transforms the data character by character. Gifford has 8 registers filled with key bits. The processes performed by the Gifford method are the Output Function process, the 1-bit Sticky Shift Right process, the 1-bit Left Shift process, the XOR operation and the shift register operation to the right. The decryption process must use the same key as the encryption process in order to Obtain the original image.

Abstract

Respiratory tract infections are infectious diseases that interfere with the process of human breathing. When the breathing process takes place, there are often various kinds of diseases, most of which can only be treated by a lung specialist. The arrival of a pulmonary specialist for consultation can take hours and is expensive. Then we need an expert system that can quickly find out the type of disease in human breathing and how to handle it and the solutions that will be provided. Expert system is a system that uses human knowledge to find out the system that is entered into a computer and then is used to solve problems that usually require expertise or human expertise. One application of an expert system to diagnose respiratory tract infections is to use the certainty factor method. The certainty factor method is a method used to solve problems from uncertain answers, and also produce uncertain answers. This uncertainty is influenced by two factors, namely uncertain rules and uncertain user answers. The research aims to build an expert system application for handling respiratory tract infection problems with Visual Studio 2010 as a tool for designing applications and using Microsoft Access 2007 Database as a database. This expert system is able to calculate similarity in weight calculation based on symptoms of respiratory tract infection using certainty factor methods and provide reports using crystal reports
