Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of E-Service Quality simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction of Maxim online motorcycle taxi application users in Palembang City. This study uses 100 samples, the sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This type of research is associative, the data used is primary data, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that: there is an influence of e-service quality simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Maxim online motorcycle taxi application users in Palembang City. While partially: 1) efficiency (X1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 2) system svailability (X2) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) fulfillment (X3) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 4) privacy (X4) does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 5) responsiveness (X5) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 6) compensation (X6) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 7) contact (X7) does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work safety management audit program, occupational health, and performance appraisal on human resource productivity with organizational culture as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at four manufacturing companies in Palembang City using a quantitative associative approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents, composed of Human Resource (HR) managers and staff, Human Resource Development (HRD), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) managers and staff, internal auditors, and supervisors. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, t-test, F-test, moderation regression analysis (MRA), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the F-test indicate that the work safety management audit program, occupational health, and performance appraisal simultaneously affect human resource productivity. The t-test results show that the work safety management audit program and occupational health do not have a significant effect, while performance appraisal has a significant effect on human resource productivity. The MRA results reveal that organizational culture functions as a pure moderator of the relationship between the work safety management audit program and human resource productivity, as a quasi-moderator in the relationship between occupational health and productivity, and as a pure moderator in the relationship between performance appraisal and productivity. The R² test results show that human resource productivity is explained by 83% of the variables studied, while the remaining 17% is influenced by other factors outside this research. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational culture to enhance the effectiveness of safety, health, and performance appraisal programs in improving productivity.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat tata kelola UMKM Terazi’ibon Collection melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi LAMIKRO Keuangan berbasis lima indikator kinerja utama, yaitu tata kelola keuangan, manajemen produksi, pengelolaan persediaan, pemasaran digital, dan profesionalitas usaha. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas usaha melalui perbaikan pencatatan keuangan dan perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP), penyusunan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) produksi, penerapan kartu stok bahan baku, serta optimalisasi pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pemberdayaan partisipatif melalui pelatihan, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi LAMIKRO Keuangan secara mandiri untuk pencatatan transaksi dan perhitungan HPP, serta menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana secara lebih sistematis. Penerapan SOP produksi dan kartu stok meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan, sedangkan penguatan konten visual dan pengembangan website memperluas jangkauan promosi. Secara keseluruhan, program ini meningkatkan profesionalitas dan kesiapan UMKM dalam bersaing di pasar digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price simultaneously and partially on Customer Satisfaction of the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform in Seberang Ulu II, Plaju, Palembang District. The object of this research is consumers of TikTok Shop, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research employed an associative research design. The data used in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique applied was Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the variables of Service Quality and Price have positive regression coefficients, indicating that both variables have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. The F-test results revealed that Fcount > Ftable (163.692 > 2.36) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.10, meaning that Service Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of TikTok Shop e-commerce in Seberang Ulu II, Plaju, Palembang District. Furthermore, the t-test results indicated that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction because tcount > ttable (5.225 > 1.660), and Price also has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction because tcount > ttable (7.838 > 1.660). The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.771 (77.1%), which means that 77.1% of the variation in Customer Satisfaction can be explained by Service Quality and Price, while the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen laptop Hp pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan kualitas produk, harga, citra merek, dan kepuasan konsumen. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kepuasan konsumen Laptop Hp pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Secara parsial kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kepuasan konsumen Laptop Hp pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0.468. Artinya kontribusi varibel kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2), citra merek (X3) terhadap perubahan variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y) Laptop Hp pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang sebesar 46,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Lip Matte Make Over di Kecamatan Kota Agung Kabupaten Lahat, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen pengguna Lip Matte Make Over. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,846 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga memberikan kontribusi sebesar 84,6% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian body lotion Nivea di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II Kota Palembang, baik secara bersama-sama dan individu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian body lotion Nivea di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II Kota Palembang. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh signifikan kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian body lotion Nivea di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II Kota Palembang. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,670 artinya kontribusi variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2), dan Citra Merek (X3) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Body Lotion Nivea di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II Kota Palembang 67%.
