Abstract

Stechoq Academy is a platform to provides e-learning facilities for students participating in the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB). The aim of this research is to measure user satisfaction with the Stechoq Academy platform and to identify the factors influencing user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and WebQual 4.0 methods, as well as aspects that require evaluation. The variables analyzed are the dependent variable is User Satisfaction, and the independent variables is Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction. The data analysis method in this research uses the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that the average user satisfaction measurement for the Stechoq Academy platform is 3.14, categorized as Satisfied. Factors influencing user satisfaction with 8 hypotheses and 1 accepted hypothesis are the Content variable with a t-test value of 2.275 above 1.96 and a path coefficient value of 0.280 above 0.1, indicating a significant relationship and influence on user satisfaction with the Stechoq Academy platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem monitoring ruangan kuliah berbasis Near Field Communication (NFC) dan Internet of Things (IoT) di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa yang signifikan setiap tahun memerlukan manajemen ruang kuliah yang lebih efisien untuk memastikan lingkungan akademik yang produktif. Sistem monitoring ini memanfaatkan teknologi NFC dan IoT dengan menggunakan Arduino ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler utama, serta modul NFC RC522 untuk membaca identitas mahasiswa melalui e-KTP. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diproses dan dikirim ke server melalui koneksi internet, dimana aplikasi web berbasis framework Laravel digunakan untuk menampilkan informasi secara real-time. Aplikasi ini dapat diakses oleh petugas tata usaha, dosen, dan mahasiswa untuk memantau kehadiran dan penggunaan ruangan kuliah. Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem ini untuk memungkinkan iterasi cepat dan perbaikan berkelanjutan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengelola data kehadiran mahasiswa dengan akurasi tinggi dan memberikan informasi yang akurat mengenai pemanfaatan ruang kuliah, sehingga mendukung pengelolaan yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di lingkungan universitas

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based employee performance assessment information system at the Regional Water Supply Company Tirta Argapura, Probolinggo Regency. It employs the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA), and Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods for performance evaluation. A comparison among these methods is conducted using sensitivity analysis to determine the best-performing method. The system development follows the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, involving requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover phases. Blackbox and Whitebox testing techniques are employed to ensure the system's functionality and correctness after development. The research findings indicate that the rankings from TOPSIS, MOORA, and WASPAS align closely with manual calculations used as benchmarks during the method implementation for the employee assessment website design. Sensitivity testing reveals sensitivity values of 0.081 for TOPSIS, -5.542 for MOORA, and -5.964 for WASPAS. Consequently, WASPAS shows high sensitivity while TOPSIS remains stable against changes in criteria weights, leading to the conclusion that TOPSIS is the optimal method for assessing employee performance at the Regional Water Supply Company Tirta Argapura, Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

All animals definitely need a check-up every month or every year and have experienced an illness that makes pet owners definitely take their pets to the veterinary clinic to keep their animals healthy. One of them is the Galaxy Satwa veterinary clinic. Currently, the recording system at the Galaxy Satwa clinic still uses manual recording and there is no organized appointment system, so doctors often experience many problems and are overwhelmed due to these limitations, such as running out of paper for recording medical records, medical record data being lost or wet, and patient queues piling up. Therefore, the author created an information system that can simplify the operation of the system in clinics which include website and mobile-based medical record recording and appointment arrangements. The research was prepared using the Extreme Programming method. Website system development uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, while for mobile system development uses the Dart programming language with the Flutter framework. The database used in this application is MySQL. For testing, use the Whitebox testing method with the Basic Path technique and the results show that all test cases / paths for the features being tested were successfully run at least once. The Cyclomatic Complexity and independent path values ??for each feature tested are the same, so the system built is appropriate.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia serta kontribusi besar mereka terhadap perekonomian, pemberdayaan UMKM di era globalisasi ini menjadi sangat penting. Penggunaan teknologi informasi seperti ERP adalah salah satu langkah dalam memberikan nilai tambah dalam pengelolaan usaha. Beberapa aspek seperti pencatatan keuangan, otomatisasi, dan pengambilan keputusan menjadi sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. UMKM Han Cover Dashboard adalah salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di sektor penjualan aksesoris mobil. Han Cover Dashboard menggunakan sistem dropships dalam memasarkan produknya. Selama menjalankan usahanya, proses bisnis dan pencatatan order dari dropshipper dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan masalah operasional seperti keterlambatan pemesanan, pencatatan stok material, kesalahan produksi produk, ketidaksesuaian antara produksi dan pesanan, pembayaran dropshipper yang terlambat serta pencatatan dan pembukuan data secara manual. Oleh karena itu, kehadiran sistem informasi terintegrasi seperti ERP dapat mengubah sistem usaha yang ada menjadi lebih terkomputerisasi.Pada penelitian ini, implementasi sistem ERP dilakukan pada UMKM Han Cover Dashboard dengan menggunakan metode agile dimana stakeholder berperan aktif selama masa pengembangan sehingga sistem dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian user acceptance test, pengguna dari pihak Han Cover Dashboard dan dropshipper mampu menerima dan memahami penggunaan sistem ERP dengan baik.

Abstract

Employees or employees are part the most important thing for the company. So therefore, When recruiting, it must be done carefully maximum in order to obtain quality employees, quality and according to needs. In the process recruitment of new employees, PT. Agrofarm Nusa Raya still using the manual method and not yet apply methods for decision making. A large number of prospective employees make HRD find it difficult to select prospective employees who match the criteria for acceptance in company. To overcome this problem So a Decision Support System is needed web-based by applying the Fuzzy method Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). Criteria used for the employee recruitment process namely interviews, psychological tests, Islamic knowledge, work experience, education and certificates. Results The end of the research shows that the application Employee recruitment decision support system can be developed using the Extreme method Programming (XP). In the calculation results applying the Fuzzy AHP method obtained results that the highest score is 1,660 with the name Akbar,while the lowest value is -1.810 with the name Priest. With the existence of a Decision Support System Those who implement Fuzzy AHP will make it easier HRD work in the decision making process related to the final results of employee recruitment.

Abstract

Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), melalui Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM), berkomitmen mengembangkan budaya riset dan pengabdian yang inovatif serta berorientasi kewirausahaan. Dalam rangka memperkuat sistem pelaporan kegiatan penelitian, SIMLPPM sebagai sistem informasi utama di UNESA dinilai perlu penguatan, khususnya dalam penyajian data yang lebih terperinci dan informatif. Untuk itu, pengembangan fitur dashboard dirancang agar mempermudah akses data penelitian bagi civitas akademika, reviewer, dan pimpinan universitas. Dashboard ini dirancang menggunakan prinsip Business Intelligence untuk menyajikan data secara visual dan interaktif melalui grafik dan indikator kinerja, yang mencakup evaluasi proposal, jumlah peserta, dan distribusi penelitian antar fakultas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC model waterfall, dengan tahapan lengkap dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pengujian sistem. Hasil rekayasa sistem menunjukkan bahwa dashboard berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pelaporan internal, mendukung pencapaian indikator kinerja utama (IKU), dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data penelitian di UNESA. Abstract

Programming education at the Faculty of Engineering, Surabaya State University, faces challenges including low student engagement, ineffective teaching methods, and difficulties in monitoring progress. This study proposes the adoption of the Scrum methodology to develop a Project-Based Learning Management Application (PBLMA) tailored for programming courses. The Scrum framework, with its iterative sprints and emphasis on collaboration, facilitates the development of a flexible, user-centered application. By integrating sprint retrospectives, the development process ensures continuous improvement, aligning the PBLMA with the dynamic needs of educators and students. Results demonstrate that Scrum enables efficient development, with iterative cycles allowing for rapid adaptation to feedback. The application enhances student engagement and simplifies progress tracking, addressing key educational challenges. This study highlights Scrum’s potential as a robust framework for educational software development, offering insights for future implementations in academic settings

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam era globalisasi menghadirkan peluang serta tantangan bagi setiap sektor pemerintah, salah satunya Desa. Saat ini desa tidak hanya harus beradaptasi dengan perubahan sosial dan ekonomi di tingkat lokal, namun juga perlu memanfaatkan teknologi guna meningkatkan produktivitas melalui digitalisasi desa. Desa Mojorejo sebagai salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan teknologi, memiliki keterbatasan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya yang dapat ditinjau melalui sideksel yang tidak aktif sejak tahun 2020. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan proses administrasi dan pelayanan yang berlangsung secara manual dan kurang efisien. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, tim merancang pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi standar pelayanan minimal desa berbasis website. Program ini meliputi tahap identifikasi dan pemetaaan masalah sebagai sarana diskusi awal dengan mitra, analisis kompetensi standar pelayanan melalui perancangan ulang sistem, serta pelatihan kompetensi standar pelayanan dengan metode workshop. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sumberdaya aparatur dalam menjalankan sideksel yang terlihat dari keaktifan dan kebaruan informasi dalam laman website Desa Mojorejo secara berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan dan penyediaan sumberdaya yang memadai, efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi standar pelayanan minimal desa bagi aparatur desa. Temuan ini penting sebagai model rujukan bagi desa lain untuk memanfaatkan potensi dalam membangun digitalisasi desa menuju Smart Village.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop a Library Information System at Indonesian School of Davao, Philippines, to improve the efficiency of library management and the accessibility of learning resources for students and teachers. The system was built using the Content Management System (CMS) SLiMS, an open-source platform designed for managing library operations digitally, including inventory recording, book lending, and returns. In implementing this Community Service Program (PKM), the methods used to address the problems at Indonesian School of Davao (SID) were the Diffusion of Science and Technology (Ipteks) and Training. This activity also involved continuous evaluation to ensure the success of the program. The results showed increased efficiency in library management, easier access to information, and improved skills of library staff in using CMS SLiMS. In conclusion, the application of information technology through CMS SLiMS in the library of Indonesian School of Davao has contributed positively to enhancing the teaching and learning process.
