Abstract

As a institution of non-formal education, the Al-Qur'an Education Park has its own challenges in attracting the interest of the student guardians. One step in attracting the interest of the student guardians is to provide satisfaction. The satisfaction of the student guardians is related to the educational services provided. TPQ An-Nur is one of the Islamic educational institutions that participate in the process of providing education services. This study aims to: (1) to determine the level of satisfaction of student guardians with educational services at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) An-Nur Sungai Topo Sungaiteluk Village. (2) to identify the educational services at the Al-Qur'na Education Park (TPQ) An-Nur Sungai Topo Sungaiteluk Village. The research method used in this study is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design, while the data collection techniques used are questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. For quantitative research, data analysis techniques used are data normality test, Pearson product moment test, t-test, and regression test with using SPSS 23, while in qualitative research uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study 1) The level of satisfaction of student guardians with educational services at TPQ An-Nur is strong, this can be seen from the correlation coefficient value (rxy = 0.744) with a significance level of a = 5 based on the interpretation guidelines, which are between 0,60 – 7.99 it shows that the level of satisfaction of the student guardians with educational services at TPQ An-Nur is strong. 2) Education services implemented at TPQ An-Nur contain 8 educational service standards, there is graduation service standards, content service, process service, educators and education personnel service, infrastructure service, management service, financing service, and assessment service.

Abstract

The student selection policy relates to the use of the basics of student management. So that someone is accepted as a student at a school, prospective students must meet the requirements as determined. Based on the research context above, the researcher's focus that will be studied in this research is how to implement the madrasah principal's policy in recruiting new students at MA Hasan Jufri. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that the implementation of the madrasa head's policy was carried out in collaboration with MTS Hasan Jufri by conducting outreach in the form of distributing questionnaires to find out who MTS Hasan Jufri alumni were who would continue to MA Hasan Jufri. Apart from that, it provides scholarships to new students who meet the requirements according to provisions such as tahfidz Qur'an.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (CSP) aims to enhance the skills of lecturers at STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean in entering data into SINTA (Science and Technology Index) and SISTER (Integrated Resource Information System). The background of this activity highlights the importance of accuracy and completeness of data on these platforms for supporting academic careers and institutional reputation. The primary issue addressed is the lack of understanding and skills among lecturers in managing data on SINTA and SISTER and publication strategies for lecturers' work. The program is designed to provide technical assistance and education through three main methods: Socialization and Education, Technical Training, and Individual Assistance. Socialization involves seminars and interactive discussions to improve lecturers' understanding of the significance of both platforms. Technical training includes practical workshops and data entry simulations, while individual assistance offers direct support to address specific challenges. The results of this activity indicate a significant improvement in lecturers' understanding and skills, as well as an enhancement in the quality and accountability of the data produced. For continued effectiveness, it is recommended to implement periodic evaluations and monitoring, as well as a sustainable assistance system.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean in writing scientific papers according to academic standards. The approach used is the Service Learning (SL) method, which integrates theoretical and practical learning with the empowerment of technologies such as Mendeley, DeepL, Google Scholar, and Google Books. The results of the activity showed that students experienced a significant improvement in understanding the structure of IMRAD-based scientific writing, reference management, and the use of supporting technology. This training also encourages students to publish their scientific papers. In conclusion, this activity has succeeded in having a positive impact on students' academic skills and culture. It suggests the implementation of similar programs in a sustainable manner for wider results.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana di UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik dan pengelolaan dari sarana prasarana di UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik. Ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode skriptif analitik, dan penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi interpretasi deskriptif, pengujian validitas data, perluasan partisipasi, dan auditing. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pada tahap perencanaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa hal dan menyesuaikan dengan dana , Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan sesuai perencanaan sarana dan prasarana, penggunaan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan siswa, inventarisasi dilakukan sesuai ketentuan data setiap tahun, dan penghapusan barang dilakukan secara bersyarat berdasarkan kondisi barang. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of facilities and infrastructure at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik and the management of facilities at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik. This is qualitative research using analytic scriptive method, and this research was obtained based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include descriptive interpretation, data validity testing, expanding participation, and auditing. The results of this study are that at the planning stage of facilities and infrastructure it is carried out by considering several things and adjusting to funds, Procurement of facilities and infrastructure is carried out according to the planning of facilities and infrastructure, use and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out according to student needs, inventory is carried out according to the provisions of the data every year , and write-off of goods is carried out conditionally based on the condition of the goods. Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian di MINU 04 Daun II Sangkapura Bawean Gresik. Dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, terjadi berbagai fenomena menarik terutama saat penerimaan peserta didik baru persaingan antar madrasah semakin kompetitif. Pengelolaan pendidikan yang efektif sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi persaingan-persaingan tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya manajemen pemasaran pendidikan yang baik untuk bersaing dengan madrasah yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan dalam meningkatkan minat peserta didik baru dan mengetahui berbagai faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas (triangulasi sumber). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan telah dilakukan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung; yang secara langsung seperti pemanfaatan teknologi digital pemasaran pendidikan secara online di media sosial, pemasangan spanduk di pinggir jalan, penyebaran brosur, sosialisasi kepada wali murid dan mengikuti berbagai even lomba sedangkan pemasaran yang secara tidak langsung seperti sedekah di hari kartini dan bakti sosial. Adapun Faktor pendukungnya yaitu tenaga pendidik yang profesional sesuai dengan kualifikasi di bidang keahliannya masing-masing, pelayanan pendidikan yang ekstra terhadap peserta didik diberikan oleh madrasah, biaya pendidikan yang relatif murah dan terjangkau, adanya kegiatan agamis yang tidak dimiliki oleh madrasah sekitar seperti menghafal al-qur’an juz 30, Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu: sarana prasarana kurang lengkap seperti tidak tersedianya projektor perkelas, persaingan antar sekolah yang semakin ketat, lokasinya kurang strategis dan tidak adanya tim khusus pemasaran pendidikan yang berdedikasi.

Abstract

This study aims at the Principal's Strategy for Improving Student Achievement at MAN 1 Mojokerto. 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Principal's management strategy in improving student achievement at MAN 1 Mojokerto? The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study type in conducting research. In making observations, the researcher acts as participatory and non-participatory observers, namely by participating in teaching and learning activities as well as other activities such as seminars and study groups, then as later as non-participatory observers the researcher observes activities that do not allow researchers to participate in such as activities evaluation and others. The results of the study show that in order to support the principal's strategy through the quality of human resources, infrastructure, learning materials, and rewards.

Abstract

Teachers are required to take advantage of various learning technologies available in today's classrooms. For this reason, various efforts are needed in the learning process. One of these efforts is the use of Google sites-based learning media which aims to facilitate the teaching and learning process for teachers. Because of the importance of increasing teacher competence and skills in utilizing instructional media to the fullest, it is necessary to have training in the creation and use of Google sites-based learning media for the teacher council. The aim of the training is to broaden horizons and strengthen teacher competency skills in creating and using Google sites as learning media. This training was held on February 16, 2023 at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik which was attended by 15 teachers and was carried out in two stages, namely first delivering material on the concepts and benefits of Google sites as learning media, and the second stage directly practicing creating and operating Google sites as a learning media. instructional Media. This training was carried out using a combination of material presentation methods, hands-on practice and direct debriefing. The results of this training activity, the training participants who were all teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik were able to understand the concepts and benefits of Google sites as well as being able to create and use websites based on Google sites as learning media.

Abstract

The development of Islamic educational management is confronted with increasingly complex conceptual challenges driven by globalization, digital transformation, and the growing demand for modern educational governance, thereby necessitating a strong and contextually grounded philosophical foundation. This article aims to reconstruct the philosophy of science underlying Islamic educational management as a theoretical framework capable of addressing contemporary challenges while remaining firmly rooted in Islamic values. The study employs a qualitative approach through a literature-based inquiry using narrative review and integrative review strategies, enriched by critical philosophical analysis of relevant scholarly publications in the fields of philosophy of science, educational management, and Islamic education. The findings reveal that existing theories and practices of Islamic educational management remain largely fragmented, with a dominant reliance on modern managerial paradigms that have not been fully integrated with Islamic ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions. A philosophical reconstruction is therefore required to reaffirm an Islamic educational ontology centered on the concept of insan kamil, an integrative epistemology that synthesizes revelation, rational inquiry, and empirical experience, and an axiology that positions tauhid, justice, and maslahah as the core orientations of educational management. This article contributes to strengthening the theoretical foundation of Islamic educational management by offering a holistic and contextual conceptual framework, while also providing strategic implications for the development of more adaptive, ethical, and sustainable managerial policies and practices within Islamic educational institutions in the contemporary era.
