Abstract

This study investigates the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance at the Demak District Health Office, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Drawing on quantitative data collected from 51 employees through closed-ended questionnaires, the study employs multiple regression and Sobel tests to evaluate both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results reveal that competence and work environment significantly and positively influence employee performance. However, neither competence nor work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, organizational commitment does not significantly influence employee performance and fails to mediate the relationship between competence or work environment and performance. These findings suggest that while employee skills and a supportive work environment directly boost performance, organizational commitment does not play a substantial mediating role. One reason may be that commitment expressed by employees does not translate into active participation or productivity. Factors such as normative attachment and job security may explain high loyalty levels without corresponding performance impacts. The study contributes to human resource management theory by challenging the assumption that organizational commitment always enhances performance. Managerial implications highlight the importance of continuous training to enhance competence, improving work facilities, and designing incentive structures that go beyond fostering loyalty to promote actual performance outcomes. Limitations include a relatively small sample and reliance on self-reported data, which may introduce bias. Future research should explore other mediating factors that link workplace conditions and individual competencies to performance more effectively.

Abstract

Acute Lymphoblastic Leucemia (ALL) merupakan penyakit keganasan sel darah yang berasal dari sumsum tulang dan ditandai dengan poliferasi maligna sel leukosit immature yang terlihat adanya pertumbuhan sel abnormal. Salah satu masalah yang muncul pada pasien ALL adalah konstipasi, Hal ini disebabkan karena pengaruh terapi farmakologi dari obat opioid dan analgesik. Konstipasi dapat diatasi dengan terapi non farmakologi yaitu Auricular Acupressure (AA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui keefektifan terapi Auricular Acupressure (AA), dalam mengatasi konstipasi pada pasien ALL. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian diketahui   sebelum diberikan terapi AA perut puncit, teraba keras dan bunyi perut pekak, auskultasi bising usus 5x/menit, sedangkan setelah diberikan terapi AA klien bisa BAB dan terjadi perubahan pada abdomen tidak buncit (datar), perut lembek (tidak keras), bunyi perut timpani, bising usus 11x/menit dan terjadi peningkatan peristaltik usus. Penerapan terapi AA memberikan efek positif terhadap kondisi klien, penerapan terapi AA secara rutin dan didukung dengan mengkonsumsi buah papaya efektif dalam mengatasi konstipasi pada pasien ALL

Abstract

This study aims to reviw student learning motivation and student learning achievement tests using Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning assisted by interactive media based on animation the research method used is the Lilierfrors method assisted by Microsoft Excel. In terms of the teacher’s ability, and can increase the ability of student in learning data processing while the purpose of this research is to find out student motivation questionnaires and student learning achievement tests, this reseachis in the from of quantitative research the subject of this research is class VII-A students at UPTD SMP NEGERI 1 KOKOP the data collection instrument used on learning motivation and student response test sheets which were very positive, where 98% of students expresses their enjoyment of learning using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model through interactive media based on animation achievement tests. Positive and understand 99% of this study it is stromgly application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model can increase student learning VII-A UPTD SMP NEGERI 1 KOKOP in data processing material. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu (1) mendeskripsikan pengembangan LKS teks  prosedur kompleks untuk siswa MTs kelas VIII, (2) Mendeskripsikan efektifitas LKS teks prosedur kompleks untuk siswa MTs kelas VIII, dan (3) Mendeskripsikan kepraktisan LKS teks prosedur kompleks untuk siswa MTs kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), yaitu survei pendahuluan, awal pengembangan prototipe, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi desain, dan deskripsi hasil penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar LKS menulis teks prosedur kompleks. Sumber data validasi prototipe bahan ajar adalah guru bahasa indonesia kelas VIII dan ahli bahan ajar. Dari  kedua orang ahli bahan ajar yang menilai bahan ajar LKS menulis teks prosedur kompleks, yaitu (1) aspek penyajian sampul (cover) dalam kategori “Baik”, (2) aspek isi/materi dari ahli bahan ajar   mendapatkan skor rata-rata dalam kategori “Baik”, (3) aspek kebahasaan dan keterbacaan mendapatkan skor rata-rata dalam kategori “Baik”. Sedangkan dari ahli pengguna, dari (1) aspek sampul (cover) dari ahli pengguna mendapatkan skor rata-rata dalam kategori “Baik”, (2) aspek Isi/materi ahli pengguna mendapatkan skor rata-rata dalam kategori “Baik”, dan (3) aspek kebahasaan ahli pengguna  mendapatkan skor rata-rata dalam kategori “Baik”.

Abstract

Sexual violence against persons with disabilities is a crime that requires full attention. Persons with disabilities, as victims of crime, must receive justice. This study aims to identify the obstacles experienced by persons with disabilities in the evidentiary process of law enforcement and to provide information about a disability-friendly evidentiary system. This research is normative in nature, with data sources derived from secondary data. The data were collected, classified, and processed according to the discussion to provide answers to the issues raised, then presented descriptively. The results show that obstacles may arise from persons with disabilities themselves, law enforcement officers, and the still-developing understanding of sexual violence. Regarding the evidentiary system, there is a need to update regulations to facilitate the evidentiary process. The evidentiary system based on Law No. 12 of 2022 offers a disability-friendly approach to achieving justice. In implementing the evidentiary process, disability-friendly measures must also be considered, as stipulated in Government Regulation No. 39 of 2020 concerning Reasonable Accommodation for Persons with Disabilities in Judicial Processes.

Abstract

With the increasing number of business players in the coffee shop industry, brand image has become a crucial element in shaping customer perception and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the contribution of digital promotion and human resource quality in shaping the brand image of Kopi Titik Koma in Surabaya. Employing a quantitative approach, the research collected data through a survey involving a total of 60 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings indicate that both variables have a positive and significant influence on brand image, both partially and simultaneously. The regression model obtained is Y = 2.909 + 0.286X1 + 0.538X2 + e, indicating that the quality of human resources contributes more substantially (0.538) compared to digital promotion (0.286). These results highlight the strategic importance of digital efforts and human resource development in enhancing brand image. Future studies are recommended to focus on more specific geographical areas to gain deeper insights.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Era globalisasi membawa pengaruh bagi remaja terutama kesehatan mental yang terganggu serta gaya hidup ‘sedentary lifestyle’. Fenomena tersebut dapat mengakibatkan berbagai masalah pada remaja, salah satunya terkait kesehatan reproduksi wanita yaitu dismenore primer. Dismenore primer adalah keluhan yang sering kali dirasakan oleh wanita pada saat menstruasi yang ditandai dengan rasa sakit pada perut bagian bawah. Terdapat beberapa faktor risiko yang diduga berakitan dengan terjadinya dismenore primer yaitu aktivitas fisik dan tingkat stres. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan tingkat stres dengan dismenore primer pada siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Yadika di Bangil. Desain Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 53 responden yang merupakan siswi kelas X dan XI SMK Yadika di Bangil. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil secara langsung dari subjek penelitian melalui kuisioner Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) untuk mengukur derajat nyeri dismenore primer, Baecke questionnaire untuk mengukur tingkat aktivitas fisik, serta DASS-42 untuk mengukur tingkat stres. Hasil: Analisis data dengan uji statistik Spearman Rho menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dengan nilai p = 0,000 untuk hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan dismenore primer dan p = 0,000 untuk hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan dismenore primer. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dan tingkat stres dengan dismenore primer pada siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Yadika di Bangil.
