Abstract

Human resources (HR) are one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. HR is also the key that determines the development of the company. In essence, HR is in the form of humans who are employed in an organization as drivers, thinkers and planners to achieve the goals of the organization. Today, the latest developments view employees not as mere resources, but rather as capital or assets for institutions or organizations. Literature review is a scientific study that focuses on a particular topic. Literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. The results of the study stated that Bank Muamalat Indonesia, as the first Islamic bank in Indonesia, has a major role in supporting economic growth based on Islamic values. In the midst of tight competition in the banking industry, the quality of human resources (HR) is a key factor in success. The right HR management strategy not only helps improve operational efficiency but also ensures that sharia principles are met. Abstract

KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) is one of the fast food restaurants originating from the United States that has gone global, every country has one of these restaurants in each of their regions whose main ingredient is chicken fried using their company's secret spices. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method whose data collection uses previous journals. And also the purpose of making this journal is to find out about the influence of HR on the progress of the KFC company starting from analysis, marketing strategy, recruitment, training, and work culture in the company. The results of data collection show that KFC does its employees well based on their quality, especially for new employees who get intense training so that in their service customers are satisfied and do not forget that KFC maintains the quality of their food and the taste of their food for the satisfaction of their customers.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is one of the critical aspects in the success of an organization. In the era of globalization and dynamic changes in various sectors, it is important for companies to develop HR management strategies that not only focus on current needs but are also able to answer future challenges. One approach that is increasingly getting attention is Sustainable Human Resource Management. A literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. A literature review will allow a researcher to identify a theory or method, develop a theory or method, identify gaps that occur between a theory and relevance in the field / to a research result. The results of the study stated that in the era of globalization and digitalization, companies face increasingly complex challenges, ranging from climate change to technological disruption. Abstract

Abstract

the midst of the rapid development of digital technology, data-based marketing has become an essential strategy for companies to increase the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. This article reviews how analytics can be leveraged to understand audience behavior and preferences, and how this information can be used to target the right consumers with more relevant messages. By using sophisticated analytical tools, companies can extract insights from customer data, from purchasing patterns to interactions with digital platforms, enabling more informed and accurate decision making. This article also discusses various market segmentation techniques and content personalization based on analytical data, and shows how implementing data-driven marketing strategies can increase conversions and customer loyalty. Through this study, the author aims to provide insight into the importance of applying analytics in designing marketing campaigns that are more targeted, efficient and profitable.

As a result, the company not only meets its human resource requirements but also enhances employee loyalty and motivation. Abstract

Dalam konteks persaingan global yang semakin ketat, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan yang efektif. Penelitian ini membahas strategi manajemen pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan produktivitas karyawan. Pelatihan yang dirancang dengan baik membantu karyawan beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan tuntutan pekerjaan, sementara pengembangan berkelanjutan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan mengurangi tingkat turnover. Langkah-langkah yang diusulkan meliputi analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, perancangan program yang sesuai, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi efektivitas pelatihan. Dengan menerapkan strategi ini, perusahaan dapat memastikan bahwa karyawan memiliki keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan bersaing secara efektif di pasar. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang peran pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan efektivitas organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah perilaku konsumen, terutama dalam hal belanja online dan pembelian impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi promosi dan diskon terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif di era digital. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa diskon secara signifikan memicu pembelian impulsif, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa yang sering menggunakan marketplace. Diskon yang dikombinasikan dengan promosi lain seperti flash sale dan gratis ongkir menciptakan rasa urgensi, mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian tanpa perencanaan. Jadi Strategi promosi dan diskon berperan penting dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen di platform e-commerce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of content marketing using storytelling. This study uses a qualitative research type with a netnography approach. with the creation of effective content marketing and storytelling to increase sales and even create awareness of the products being sold. Social media is the main media for implementing content marketing and storytelling strategies because of its speed in disseminating information. Marketing communication with social media can reach a wider target market. The use of content marketing and storytelling can increase sales as seen from the development of stores and the addition of branches.

Abstract

Effective marketing planning is the key to success for companies, especially in the increasingly competitive automotive industry. This research aims to analyze the planning and marketing process carried out by Mitsubishi Xpander. The method used is a literature review, which involves analyzing various reference sources related to marketing and business strategy. The findings show that Mitsubishi Xpander has successfully implemented a planned marketing strategy, including product adjustments, competitive prices and effective promotions. Additionally, in-depth market analysis helps companies in understanding consumer preferences and identifying opportunities in the market. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing marketing strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changing consumer trends to increase competitiveness and business sustainability. The results of this research can provide insight for other companies in formulating more effective and efficient marketing strategies.
