Abstract

This article describes the analysis and development strategy at PT Astra Honda Motor, one of the leaders of the Indonesian two-wheel industry. This article uses SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Forces model to examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the company. PT Astra Honda Motor is known for its product quality and strong brand image, but faces challenges from competitors such as Yamaha. Strategic design includes product differentiation, design innovation, and price adjustments to maintain market share.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of micro and macro marketing environments on the business strategy of Epson, a global technology company focused on innovation and sustainability. With a qualitative approach through the literature review method, this research examines various literatures from relevant national and international journals, including the works of academics such as Hendra Riofita. The micro marketing environment, which includes customers, suppliers, competitors, and distribution partners, is analyzed to understand its direct relationship with Epson's business operations. Meanwhile, macro-environmental factors such as technological developments, regulations, and socio-cultural changes are evaluated as external elements that influence the company's strategy. The analysis results show that Epson successfully utilizes innovation, digital marketing, and a sustainability-oriented approach to face global market challenges. The combination of these strategies allows Epson to maintain competitiveness, build customer loyalty, and strengthen its brand image.

Abstract

The article highlights how internal and external factors affect the company's performance, customer relationships, and competitive positioning. By analyzing these factors, companies can better understand the dynamics of the marketing environment and develop strategies to remain competitive in a complex market.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of social media on consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce. With advancements in information technology, social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook have evolved from mere promotional tools into essential means of building brand awareness and consumer trust. Social media facilitates direct interactions with consumers through visual content, customer reviews, and influencer collaborations, creating more personal and emotional shopping experiences. Additionally, features like TikTok Shop streamline promotion and purchasing processes on a single platform, offering new business opportunities. The study also highlights the role of testimonials, reviews, and influencer marketing in shaping purchasing decisions. Findings indicate that social media enhances brand awareness, fosters trust, and drives consumer loyalty, ultimately strengthening brand image in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

Effective selection methods are key to ensuring that the selected candidates not only meet the required qualifications, but also fit the company culture and values. Through the use of various tools and techniques such as interviews, aptitude tests, and psychological assessments,companies can improve the quality of employees they recruit. The research results show that systematic and rigorous selection methods contribute to improving employee performance, reducing turnover rates, and increasing team stability. In addition, ongoing evaluation of the selection process is also important to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Thus, investing in appropriate selection methods will produce high-quality employees who can contribute positively to organizational goals. This research provides recommendations for companies to adopt a combination of various selection methods and carry out regular evaluations to improve recruitment results.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the application of marketing information research at Telkomsel, with a focus on the methods used and their impact on the marketing strategies implemented. The methods applied include digital surveys via the tSurvey.id platform and indirect interviews in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) study. The results of the research show that Telkomsel can better identify market trends and optimize customer experience through an improved CRM system, which ultimately contributes to increased customer loyalty. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of ongoing marketing research for Telkomsel to remain competitive in the increasingly dynamic telecommunications industry and to increase overall customer satisfaction.   Keywords: Marketing Research; Telkomse

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Bank BCA's marketing strategy in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty values ​​amidst intense banking industry competition. The method used is a literature review which involves analysis of various reference sources, including articles, books and previous research reports, to understand the implementation of effective marketing strategies. The research results show that Bank BCA has succeeded in improving the bank's image through improving service quality, digital product innovation and attractive promotions. Additionally, a responsive complaint mechanism helps in identifying areas of improvement to increase customer satisfaction. In conclusion, through an integrated approach to marketing, Bank BCA not only meets customer expectations but also builds long-term loyalty, thereby maintaining a competitive position in the market.   Keywords: Marketing Strategy; Bank BCA ; Satisfaction ; and Loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategic planning and implementation of the Mitsubishi Xpander marketing process in an effort to increase market share and sales. The method used in this research is a literature review which includes theoretical analysis, research results and relevant references to provide an in-depth understanding of the topic discussed. The results of the discussion show that Mitsubishi Xpander has succeeded in standing out in the multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) segment through appropriate market segmentation, product development that focuses on safety and comfort, and a competitive pricing strategy. Diverse promotions and efficient distribution through the official dealer network also contribute to marketing success. Additionally, the company highly values ​​customer feedback, which is an important pillar for product innovation and continuous improvement. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integration between strategic management and marketing in creating competitive advantage. By understanding consumer needs and adapting to market dynamics, Mitsubishi Xpander can continue to increase the relevance and attractiveness of products in an increasingly competitive automotive industry.

Abstract

Improving the quality of the workforce is a very important factor in achieving the success of an organization. The strategy implemented in recruitment and selection must be effective and be the main reason for obtaining individuals who have the skills, knowledge, and competencies that match the needs of the company in the era of increasingly tight global competition, attracting qualified individuals and having the potential to be the key to success for every organizational growth. Recruitment and selection are the initial processes that allow companies to find the right prospective employees. Recruitment and selection are two crucial processes in human resource management (HR). The success of a company in recruiting and selecting the right workforce has a direct impact on the quality of the work team, productivity, and sustainability of the organization. For this reason, an effective strategy is needed in both processes to ensure that the recruited workforce not only meets technical requirements, but also has a cultural fit with the organization. Community involvement and enthusiasm also play vital roles in advancing this industry. HRM's strategic contributions to the creative industry include competency development, performance management, and cultivating eco-friendly work environments. These initiatives not only boost employee productivity but also drive organizational growth. In the global competitive landscape, effective HRM is indispensable for maximizing employee potential and ensuring the creative industry's success. By prioritizing innovation, skill enhancement, and strategic resource allocation, HRM serves as the foundation for sustainable development in this sector.
