Abstract

The application of science and technology and improving the quality of products to develop a snack business in the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in the village of Meteseh, Tembalang, Semarang, will have an impact on increasing the income of members of the business group. The business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh village in producing its products, still relying on manual labor, less hygienic and less varied and innovative products produced, the benefits obtained from year to year did not experience a significant increase. As educators, they are required to play a role in helping the Government, so the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh village has a better standard of living. In order for the products produced by the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh Village to be more innovative, it is necessary to increase the knowledge and skills that can produce added value, namely learning how to process crackers and chips with a variety of flavors, with more modern equipment and proper packaging procedures so that products are more durable and in demand by the community. The equipment used to process crackers and chips, has been prepared by the Community Service Team. The equipment used in the processing of crackers and chips is as follows: Gas Stove, frying pan, chopper, oil drainer, seasoning mixer, blender, airtight press machine, plastic packaging, ingredients for making crackers and chips etc. Business groups are also given management training and help find solutions to the problems they face. Problems with the problem of partner SMEs are then referred to as a number of program solutions to solve problems in the field of improving production and marketing processes. The method applied is training and mentoring. The output produced is the emergence of " Meteseh Typical Crackers and Chips" business. The value of support from the value added production of Meteseh's unique Crackers and Chips has the potential to become a typical Semarang souvenir from Meteseh village.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of sales promotion, location and service quality on purchasing decisions at Kauman Regency Housing Demak. To accomplish the stated goal, it is necessary to monitor the 70 respondents who have purchased a home in Kauman Regency Housing Demak. The methods of collecting data are interviews, questionnaires, and literature review with saturated samples. Data processing in this study uses SPSS programs Version 26. The data analysis is using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study have a positive and significant effect both partially and significantly on purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.598 means that sales promotion, location, and sales quality affect purchasing decisions by 59.8%, and the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

To specify the influence of Social Media Marketing and Financial Literacy on Purchase Decisions is the goals of this research. The issue in this research is due to the expansion of internet users in Indonesia, yet the level of financial literacy in Indonesia is still relatively low and many people don’t know the benefits of Pegadaian’s gold savings product. This study uses quantitive research methods with non-probability sampling techniques (purposive sampling). This study determines the quantity of samples taken are 95 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques are used to analyze the data in this research, this was held to measure the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results found that Social Media Marketing and Financial Literacy have significant effect towards Purchase Decisions. The amount of the coefficient of determination is 90,5% on purchase decisions and the remaining 9,5% is influenced by additional factors not considered in this study. This shows that the Social Media Marketing variable and Financial Literacy variable have an important role in increasing the Purchase Decision of gold savings. Based on these data, it is hoped that PT Pegadaian UPC Boja would improve social media marketing and financial literacy so that the decision to purchase gold savings can be achieved.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Unggulan Program Studi ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital pada Lembaga Pelatihan dan Kompetensi (LPK) Haruki Nihongo Gakkou di Kelurahan Cetan, Kecamatan Ceper, Kabupaten Klaten. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi belum optimalnya kemampuan staf dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital serta masih terbatasnya inovasi dan kreativitas dalam memasarkan jasa pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan mengenai strategi digital marketing, pemanfaatan media sosial, pembuatan konten promosi, pengelolaan akun YouTube, serta optimalisasi promosi berbayar pada platform digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola media pemasaran digital, menghasilkan konten promosi yang lebih menarik, serta memperluas jangkauan promosi hingga di luar daerah. Penerapan strategi digital marketing juga meningkatkan kesiapan LPK dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan daya saing lembaga melalui peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan optimalisasi pemasaran digital, sehingga berpotensi mendukung peningkatan jumlah peserta pelatihan, pendapatan, serta keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Pratama ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pengelolaan arsip administrasi di TK Al-Ishlah Kota Semarang yang masih dilakukan secara manual, tidak terstruktur, dan berisiko tinggi. Kondisi tersebut memicu inefisiensi operasional, kesulitan dalam proses temu kembali dokumen, serta kerawanan terhadap kerusakan data fisik akibat faktor lingkungan. Digitalisasi arsip melalui teknologi modern menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pendidikan dan mendukung akreditasi sekolah. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru melalui pendampingan penerapan teknologi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis aplikasi Odoo. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahapan utama: sosialisasi untuk membangun pemahaman konsep, pelatihan teknis operasional sistem, serta pendampingan intensif dalam implementasi langsung di sekolah,. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan 13 guru dalam mengelola arsip kepegawaian dan akademik secara mandiri melalui platform digital. Penerapan ERP Odoo terbukti mampu mempercepat pencarian dokumen, mengoptimalkan penggunaan ruang fisik, dan menjamin keamanan informasi melalui penyimpanan terintegrasi. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan Modul Panduan Praktis sebagai instrumen transfer pengetahuan yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung transformasi digital administrasi sekolah menuju tata kelola yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan modern.
