Abstract

Abstrack: The purpose of this study discovered the practicalities of multimedia from the research that has been done about validation and development of magnetic field interactive multimedia using Adobe Flash. There are 17 students and 5 teachers from senior high school in Pekanbaru has participated in this research. The design of this study was Research and Development (R&D). The first step was preliminary study, multimedia design, multimedia manufacture, multimedia validation, multimedia revision, valid multimedia, practicalities, finally produced valid and practical multimedia. In the research of practicalities, it used experiment methods with Single One Shot Case Study model. Practicalities data has been taken from questionnaire and interview with the teachers and students. Descriptive analysis has been used for knowing practicality of magnetic field interactive multimedia. The results has indicated that the text, graphics, color, animation, audio, video, navigation, and background in multimedia is practical to read, understand, and observe. This has been shown by average score of the valuation indicator 3.40 to teachers and 3.27 to students with very high category. The practicality results also has been supported by interview with the same result, that magnetic field interactive multimedia practical to use in magnetic field learning.Key Words: Practicalities, Magnetic Field Interactive Multimedia, Adobe Flash.

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this research was to produce prototype a valid mathematical pendulum props based microcontroller and student worksheet so that can be used properly as physics learning media for senior high school on simple harmonic motion material. Research and development which was used as research method. In this research, the development just till the validation step of the learning media and student worksheet. The data was obtained from validation result by 3 lecturers and 3 teachers as validator the validation was conducted in two phases, first phase was improvement and the second was assessment. The aspects which were assessed were the functionality of the equipment which got 3.53 of average point (very high category), the learning substance was 3.44 (very high category), the rashness was 3.58 (very high category), the esthetic and construction was 3.58 (very high category) and the safetynes was 3.50 (very high category). The aspect which were assessed from student worksheet were the content accuartion which got 3.67 (very high category), the presentation prosperity was 3.58 (very high category), the language prosperity was 3.50 (very high category), and the display prosperity was 3.72 (very high category). By all, each indicator of assessment in every aspect ware declared as valid in very high category. It can be concluded that mathematical pendulum based microcontroller and student worksheet were valid based on validation by the validators so that can be used properly as physics learning media for senior high school on simple harmonic motion material. As a recommendation, mathematical pendulum props can be equipped for testing by displaying several other quantities and doing practicality test to school.Keywords : Mathematical pendulum props based microcontroller, student worksheet physics learning media.

Abstract

Abstract: The porpose of this research to measure the practicality level of experimental devices of magnetic as media physics learning of junior high school. The device consisting of 8 pieces, those are magnetic levitation, magnetic resonance, magnetic field energy, test properties of magnetic material, detector properties of magnetic material, magnetic induction rotaty machine, compolar motor 1, compolar motor 2 and students experimental guide. Data collected by giving a questionnaire of practicality to teachers and students. There were 5 science teachers and 30 students of junior high school have participated in this research. Data were analyzed descriptively to determine the level of the experimental device practicaility. The result of data analysis this research found the level of practicality is in high and very high category and the assessment of the experimental guide practice is very high category. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the experimental device of magnetic are practical and feasible to be used as learning media physics of junior high school.Keywords: practicality level, magnetic experimental devices, magnetic field

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine learning outcomes and differences in learning outcomes of students' skills of the physical processes in SMP Negeri 3 XIII Koto Kampar using joyful learning. This study is a pre experiment with comparison group design intact. Instruments used in the collection of data is the test result of learning science process skills of physics. Data collection research conducted at the end of the learning process. Physics student learning outcome data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis showed that the increase in learning outcomes of students after learning process skills using joyful learning there was an increase of 9.6 in the low category. Inferential analysis of data obtained from the normal distribution through the calculation using SPSS 21 is obtained t count = 2,526> t table = 2.023 so that there are significant differences in the results of the physics students learn skills through joyful learning.Key Words:learning outcomes, process skills, joyful learning
