Abstract

Sebagian besar perusahaan menciptakan sistem informasi yang mana akan mempermudah operasional perusahaan. PT X mengelola pembelian, penjualan, dan pendistribusian BBM untuk keperluan industri dan Marine. PT X bekerja sama dengan PT Y yang menyediakan armada mobil tangki jenis Time Charter sebagai sarana penyaluran BBM ke industri. Pelaksanaan penjualan BBM di PT X sudah menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis website namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan, seperti kurang transparannya proses pembelian BBM bagi pembeli dan proses penjadwalan penyaluran yang masih konvensional sehingga sering terjadinya miskomunikasi dan dokumentasi yang dikirimkan hilang. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan model waterfall dan pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sebuah sistem informasi penjualan berbasis website yang terdiri dari tiga halaman yaitu halaman admin, halaman pembeli, dan halaman transportir. Halaman admin hanya bisa diakses oleh admin untuk melihat data penjualan dan data terkait pembeli. Halaman pembeli bisa diakses oleh user untuk melakukan pembelian bahan bakar BBM. Halaman transportir dapat diakses oleh transportir untuk melihat jadwal dan melakukan penyaluran. Hasil pengujian dapat memberikan gambaran sistem bekerja sesuai dengan skenario pengujian yang membuat sistem berjalan secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh injeksi media kultur embrio supernatan ke dalam uterus mencit 2 hari sebelum transfer embrio (TE) terhadap angka implantasi, yang diindikasikan oleh adanya embrio dan leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) pada uterus. Mencit jenis Swiss Albino dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yakni kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol, masing-masing terdiri atas 30 mencit. Kelompok perlakuan mendapat injeksi media kultur embrio supernatan (MKES) dalam uterus 2 hari sebelum TE sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapat injeksi media kultur embrio (MKE) dalam uterus 2 hari sebelum TE. Dua hari setelah TE (h6 kebuntingan), mencit diperfusi dengan menggunakan larutan para formaldehid 4% dan diambil uterusnya. Uterus diproses untuk blok parafin dan dipotong dengan mikrotom setebal 5 m. Preparat dideparafinisasi dan diproses imunohistokimia dengan kit ABC dan antibodi LIF. Preparat diperiksa di bawah mikroskop untuk melihat implantasi embrio, distribusi LIF, dan jumlah LIF di desidua dan non-desidua. Angka implantasi antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing adalah 52,77 dan 40,88% (P0,05). Jumlah LIF desidua pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing adalah 12,83 dan 8,83 (P0,05) sedangkan jumlah LIF di non-desidua antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing adalah 8,00 dan 4,50. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa injeksi media kultur embrio supernatan 2 hari sebelum TE dapat meningkatkan angka implantasi pada mencit.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of PT. TBBM Tanker Car transportation distribution in distributing fuel oil with its tree logic in realizing a green energy system. The primary focus lies in enhancing the efficiency of transportation distribution to facilitate the utilization of green energy through route enhancements. The study underscores the significance of devising efficient transportation distribution routes and advocating for modifications in the quantity and type of tanker car fleets used in its operations. The Saving Matrix Method yielded results from the improvement of the existing Route 17 Routes to 7 Routes, which showed improvements to 10 routes. Consequently, the efficiency of the 17 routes, which provided 17 tanker cars, was improved to 7 routes, indicating a need for 7 tanker cars. A tanker car with a 32 KL capacity operates on Route 1 from gas stations 16, 15, and 14. A tanker car with a 32 KL capacity operates on Route 2 from gas stations 13, 12, and 11. A tanker car with a 32 KL capacity operates on Route 3 from gas stations 10, 9, and 8. Route 4 operates from gas stations 7 and 6, using a tanker car with a capacity of 24 KL; Route 5 operates from gas stations 4 and 3, using a tanker car with a capacity of 24 KL. Route 6 utilizes a 32 KL tanker car from gas stations 2 and 1, while Route 7 utilizes a 24 KL tanker car from gas stations 17. By utilizing only 7 tanks from 17 tankers, we anticipate a significant reduction in carbon emissions, ensuring environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Leaks in oil pumping systems are among the main causes of production losses and reduced operational efficiency in the upstream oil and gas industry. This study aims to identify dominant failure modes, monitor process stability, and predict pump leakage risk using an integrated approach that combines Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The research was conducted at PT Pertamina EP Zone 1 Rantau Field using operational data from the year 2024. FMEA results show that leakage due to illegal tapping and corrosion are the most critical failures, with Risk Priority Numbers (RPN) of 216 and 180, respectively. SPC analysis using X̄-R control charts revealed weekly process fluctuations, indicating potential variability in operations. To predict leakage risk, an SVM model was trained using technical pump features such as pressure, temperature, vibration, and pipe joint age. Class imbalance was addressed using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE), and model evaluation yielded an accuracy of 95.48%. The integration of these three methods has proven effective in supporting data-driven predictive maintenance strategies. It reduces unplanned downtime, minimizes production losses, and enhances the reliability of oil pumping systems.

Abstract

Run an analysis of this abstract, focusing on its relevance, format, flow, and coherence. Technological advancements compel companies to enhance the efficiency of their business operations, including those in the oil and gas sector. Natural gas, particularly Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), is a vital commodity in significant demand. A primary challenge within the LNG supply chain is minimizing the losses caused by gas evaporation (boil-off gas) during distribution and reception. This study proposes the implementation of a reliquefaction plant on a 170,000 m³ Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU). Through this innovative approach, this study aims to optimize the utilization of Boil-off Gas (BOG) and augment the company's revenue. The results indicate that the liquefaction plant can reduce BOG by 77 percent, significantly outperforming conventional methods. The economic feasibility analysis revealed a Net Present Value (NPV) of $82,892,970 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 25 percent, suggesting substantial profit potential. Furthermore, the reliquefaction of 1,777.6 MMBtu BOG per day could potentially increase the company's revenue by IDR 94,078,421,500 annually, surpassing initial estimates. This study contributes significantly to the advancement of more efficient LNG management technologies, providing concrete solutions to minimize energy waste and enhance profitability within the LNG industry. These findings facilitate the implementation of similar technologies at other LNG facilities, potentially transforming industry-wide practices.

Abstract

Distribusi diartikan sebagai kegiatan pemasaran yang berusaha memperlancar dan mempermudah penyampaian barang, dalam penelitian ini adalah penyaluran BBM ke SPBU, semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan dalam dunia industri, menuntut perusahaan untuk dapat membuat strategi – strategi distribusi yang baik, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode VRP yang merupakan manajemen distribusi yang memperhatikan kelas jalan, kapasitas kendaraan, dan jarak konsumen sebagai dasar penentuan     rute yang diharapkan dapat mengefisienkan ke dalam rute penyaluran. Berdasarkan penerapan sistem Distribusi BBM ke SPBU di Jawa Tengah khususnya di Wilayah Kabupaten Blora dengan menggunakan metode Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), dengan menggunakan mobil tangki kapasitas 32 KL lebih efektif dari pada mobil tangki kapasitas 16 KL , jarak dan biaya operasional mobil tangki 32 KL hasil setelah penerapan  metode VRP lebih efektif dibanding pola distribusi saat ini, jika metode VRP digunakan di maka akan menghasilkan beberapa keuntungan, antara lain berkurangnya total jaraktempuh mobil           tangki sebelumnya 3.268 KM menjadi  1.182  KM dengan dibandingkan dengan rata rata total jarak tempuh saat ini yaitu dari TBBM Semarang-Ke SPBU di Blora. Terjadinya penghematan biaya bahan bakar minyak solar dari Rp.16.830.200 ke Rp. 6.087.30 perhari mengingat ada efisiensi yang besar maka pola pengiriman BBM Bio Solar dari TBBM Pengapon Semarang ke wilayah SPBU di Kabupaten Blora  menggunakan rute baru dengan menggunakan kapasitas mobil tangki 32 Ton

Abstract

Background & Objective: Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a major public health problem as it remains one of the leading causes of mortality in developing countries. ARI continues to be the primary cause of morbidity and mortality from infectious diseases worldwide. Therefore, it is important to enhance mothers’ knowledge and attitudes regarding the definition, causes, signs and symptoms, prevention, and home care management of children with ARI. Improved understanding can encourage behavioral changes among mothers or families in preventing and managing ARI in children, thereby reducing its incidence. Non-pharmacological therapies such as betel leaf inhalation and chest physiotherapy are among the efforts that can help improve airway clearance in children with ARI. This study aimed to determine the effect of betel leaf inhalation therapy and chest physiotherapy on airway clearance among children with ARI in the working area of Purwodadi II Public Health Center, Grobogan Regency. Method: This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a two-group pre- test and post-test approach. The sample consisted of 30 children aged 5–12 years, divided into two groups: 15 children received betel leaf inhalation therapy, and 15 children received chest physiotherapy. Data were collected using an airway clearance observation sheet and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Result: The results showed a significant improvement in airway clearance after both betel leaf inhalation and chest physiotherapy interventions (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion: Betel leaf inhalation was effective in diluting mucus and facilitating sputum expectoration, while chest physiotherapy enhanced mucus mobilization through postural drainage, percussion, and vibration techniques.
