Abstract

Abstract. Fish silage is a liquid product from fish by product preserved in acid, and could potentially be used as feedstuff. The fish sialge can be produced through both biological andchemical methods, however to date  the the quality of result was low, therefore this study was crucially needed. The research objective was to acquire the right method to improve the nutritional quality of fish silage and produce cheap fish feed ingredients. The factorial completely randomized design was used in the study. The first treatment was the effect of various types of organic acids (formic acid, propionic acid, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, citric acid, acetic acid) and LAB (Lactobacillus casei) to fish silage quality. The second treatment was the effect fermentation time (3, 7 and 14 days) to fish silage quality. The results showed that the highest protein content (45.95%) was occured on treatment using L. casei with fermentation time of 14 days. The highest fat content (5.87%) wasfound on treatment using  L. casei with fermentation time of 14 days. In addition, the lower protein content (30.02%) is occured on treatment using propionic acid  with fermentation time of 3 days, while the lowest fat content (4.77%) was occured on treatment using benzoic acid with fermentation time of 3 days. It was concluded that the best quality of  fish silage was occured on treatment using   L. casei with fermentation time of 14 days.Keywords : fish silage; organic acid; LAB Abstrak. Silase ikan merupakan produk cair dari ikan-ikan yang terbuang/rucah yang diawetkan dalam suasana asam, dan berpotensi digunakan sebagai bahan baku pakan ikan. Pembuatan silase ikan dapat dilakukan dengan cara biologis maupun kimia, dan sampai saat ini belum didapatkan metode yang optimal, sehingga mendapatkan kualitas silase ikan yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh teknologi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas nutrisi silase limbah ikan dan menghasilkan bahan baku pakan ikan yang murah, mudah didapat dan berkualitas. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial. Perlakuan pertama adalah pemberian berbagai jenis asam organik (asam formiat, asam propionat, asam benzoat, asam sorbat, asam sitrat, asam asetat) dan BAL (Lactobacillus casei). Perlakuan kedua adalah waktu fermentasi (3, 7 dan 14 hari). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan protein tertinggi (45,95%) pada silase ikan menggunakan L. casei, waktu fermentasi 14 hari. Kandungan lemak tertinggi (5,87%) pada silase ikan menggunakan L. casei, waktu fermentasi 14 hari.  Kandungan protein terendah (30,02%) pada silase ikan dengan menggunakan asam propionat waktu fermentasi 3 hari, kandungan lemak terendah (4,77%) pada silase ikan menggunakan asam benzoat waktu fermentasi 3 hari. Pembuatan silase ikan yang terbaik adalah dengan cara biologis menggunakan BAL (L. casei) dan waktu fermentasi 14 hari.Kata kunci :silase ikan; asam organik; BAL

Abstract

This paper discusses a door lock automation system using IoT-based e-KTP that will be monitored using a smartphone. The system consists of HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and EasyVR 3. HC-SR04 ultrasonic is used to detect the presence of door access users. The RFID sensor is a medium for entering the access code in the form of Unique Identification (UID), and the EasyVR 3 sensor is used to detect passwords in the form of voice signals from access users. To record the real-time of door access users, Real Time Clock DS3231 is used. The microcontroller used to manage the system's work is Arduino Mega 2560. NodeMCU ESP 8266 sends data to a smartphone as a monitoring device. MG90S servo is used to drive the door opening/closing mechanical system. To get access, users must register by entering e-KTP UID data and passwords as sound signals. Testing is carried out to evaluate the performance of the system that has been made. The test scenarios consist of door access from the inside and door access from the outside, each for users who have access and those who do not have access. The test results show that the system can secure door access only for users with access. Monitoring the system using a smartphone can work well where every instance of access use can be monitored user data and access time. However, there are still weaknesses in the mechanical part of opening / closing the door where the servo fails to open and close.

Abstract

This paper discusses the single-axis solar concentrator tracker system for solar thermal power plants. This system concentrates the harvesting of heat from solar radiation to increase the electrical power generated from the solar thermal conversion process. The solar concentrator is designed as a parabola and can adjust the direction following the sun's motion. The overall system work is regulated by Arduino Mega 2560. A 24-volt DC motor and BTS7690 driver are used to drive the parabola. RTC DS3231 is used to provide real-time data. ACS712 sensor is used to measure the current and voltage generated. The conversion of solar heat into electrical energy is done using Peltier SP1848. All generated data is recorded to the SD Card module, which will later be used to analyze the overall system performance. The tracker system is designed to move following the sun’s position, starting from 08:00 at position 19O to 17:00 at position 139O. Update the position or direction of the parabola to 15O, done every hour. The effectiveness of the tracker is assessed by comparing the solar concentrator system that is not equipped with a tracker. From the tests conducted for two consecutive days, the tracker-equipped solar concentrator system produced an average percent increase in electrical power of 4.86% on the first day and 5.26% on the second day. The average percent increase in power for two days was 5.06%. The results show that the application of the tracker is able to increase the productivity of the solar thermal power generation system. This opens up opportunities for larger-scale deployment in solar concentrator farms.

Abstract

Forklifts are tools to move large and large items to the place you want to go, forklifts are widely used in the warehousing section in running forklifts an operator is needed. The problems that occur include forklifts crashing into goods in the warehouse, forklifts crashing into forklifts because of the problems that occur, a prototype of an obstacle object detection system and automatic braking on a forklift robot is made. The parts of the forklift robot are the obstacle detection system in the form of (ultrasonic sensor and pixy camera) and the automatic braking system, namely (motor driver and dc motor). ). The working principle of the forklift robot is that the forklift follows the line that has been made if the detection system can detect an obstacle object, the braking system will automatically brake with a robot distance of 20 cm from the obstacle object, after that the buzzer will turn on and provide notification if an obstacle object is detected, if the obstacle object is moved, the robot will move again until the finish. In the overall robot testing scheme, the robot will be given several objects in the form of blue block-shaped objects, red block-shaped objects and green triangular objects, the forklift robot testing scheme is carried out 6 times with objects placed in different positions. The result of testing the forklift robot is that the robot can detect obstacle objects in the form of red and blue blocks and green triangles if the position of the object is in front of the forklift robot The conclusion is that the forklift robot can detect obstacles if the object is in front of the forklift robot.

Abstract

In this study, a six-legged robot (hexapod) was designed to detect the presence of a victim by interpreting the shape of an orange cube and passing through various obstacles such as a broken road, a downhill road with rocks, a flat road with rocks, a muddy road with marshes and a stair climb using the Gait Tripod movement pattern. The hexapod is designed to have a size of 31.8 cm x 27.4 cm x 18 cm. The robot consists of 18 servo motors that each foot uses 3 servos, 2 HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors right and left as the sensor of the distance between the robot and the wall, the TCS230 color sensor as the detection of victims and the Arduino Mega2560 as the microcontroller that regulates the work of the system on the robot. When the robot finds the victim, the LED lights up to indicate the victim has been found. On obstacles a straight path without obstacles and boundary walls up to 120 cm can move forward at a speed of 18.6 seconds with a deviation of 3.6 cm, at a distance of 80 cm has a speed of 12.8 seconds with a deviation of 11.9 cm, and at a distance of 40 cm has a speed of 7.1 seconds with a deviation of 15.9 cm. On broken road obstacles the robot can pass with a speed of 20.7 seconds, on downhill road obstacles with rocks it can pass with a speed of 20.3 seconds, on flat road obstacles with rocks it can pass with a speed of 19.3 seconds, on muddy road obstacles with muddy media it can pass with a speed of 17.5 seconds, but on stair climbing obstacles the robot fails to pass the obstacles.

Abstract

Pakan merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang harus dipersiapkan dalam memulai usaha peternakan, pakan akan berdampak langsung terhadap hasil produksi pada peternakan sapi perah pakan akan berdampak langsung terhadap hasil produksi susu baik kuantitas dan kualitas hasil pemerahan susu. Usaha penigkatan kualitas susu sapi salah satunya dengan penggunaan bahan pakan yang dicampur dalam konsentrat sapi perah yaitu dengan menggunakan biskuit cracks dengan tujuan untuk menambah kandungan protein, energi atau gizi pada pakan konsentrat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konsentrat yang mengandung biscuit Cracks terhadap kadar lemak dan protein susu sapi perah FH di peternakan rakyat Kota Batu. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode percobaan (eksperimen) yaitu dengan memberikan konsentrat yang mengandung biskuit cracks terhadap sapi – sapi yang sedang laktasi dan hasil perhan susunya dilakukan analisa kualitas susu yaitu: kadar lemak dan kadar protein, dari hasil kualitas tersebut maka akan didapatkan hasil harga tertinggi berdasarkan kadar kulitas susu dari perbedaan perlakuan konsentrat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konsentrat mengandung biscuit Cracks mendapatkan kandungan protein susu tertinggi yaitu 3,22% (P3). Perlakuan P3 juga menghasilkan kandungan lemak susu tertinggi (5,28%) dibanding dengan perlakuan kontrol (P1) ataupun pemberian konsentrat yang mengandung biscuit Cracks sebesar 50% (P2). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah  pakan konsentrat yang mengandung biskuit cracks berpengaruh terhadap kadar lemak dan kadar protein susu sapi perah, sehingga dengan adanya pengaruh akan berdampak terhadap harga susu pada tingkat koperasi dan meningkatkan pendapatan peternak.

Abstract

The Batu city government is committed to developing halal tourism, especially in meeting the needs of halal food for Muslim tourists. Food that comes from slaughtered animals has a halal critical point that needs to be considered in order to ensure the health and inner peace of the community when consuming meat by providing ASUH meat. Having a certified halal slaughterer and authorized officers to carry out antemortem and postmortem inspections is necessary as a form of consumer protection and implementing halal tourism in Batu City. Training assistance activities were carried out to find the right model for optimizing the competency certification of halal slaughterhouse officers at poultry slaughterhouses in Batu city. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research design and partial least squares (PLS). The results of the research show that before assistance was provided, respondents had low knowledge and abilities regarding the 13 SKKNI competency units so that the halal standards for slaughtered animals were not met, whereas after assistance was provided, respondents met slaughter standards so that the results of their slaughter could be categorized as halal and toyibban and consumers would be protected as halal. Appropriate training and certification is carried out for 7 days, 56 hours of learning and 13 competency units. Effective learning for respondents is at 13.00—17.00 WIB and continued with field practice at the RPA at 19.30—22.00 WIB respectively by applying the one day one competency learning model.

Abstract

Menyiram tanaman adalah salah satu kegiatan yang sering dilakukan didalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan terkadang dengan kesibukanpekerjaan kita sehari-hari, kita tidak sempat menyiram tanaman tersebut,sehingga tanaman akan layu atau bahkan mati. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu adanya sistem kontrol otomatis, dengan cara membuat sistem penyiraman secara otomatis. Saat sistem dijalankan, sensor kelembaban tanah akan mendeteksi kondisi tanah, Jika kondisi tanah kering kelembaban < 20 % maka motor servo akan bergerak On (menarik tuas kran menjadi open). Dan data berupa angka dari arduino akan di salurkan ke ModulGprs , dan modul Gprs akan mengirimkan SMS berupa teks dan angka ke user/pengguna. Jika kondisi tanah tidak kering dan kelembaban > 50% atau lembab maka motor servo berputar terbalik(menarik tuas kran menjadi closed) sehingga kran air akan menutup atau mati. Dengan terciptanya alat ini kita sudah tidak lagi repot untuk menyiram tanaman secara manual lagi, karena alat ini akan beroprasi secara otomatis,dan juga bias menghemat waktu dan biaya

Abstract

Gas LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) pada saat ini memang sangat membantu dalam kehidupan masyarakat, jauh lebih baik dari pada menggunakan minyak tanah. Seperti namanya, gas LPG, berwujud gas jauh lebih hemat daripada minyak tanah yang berwujud cair. Namun dimana ada kelebihan pasti ada kekurangan, karena berwujud gas, otomatis tidak dapat dilihat dengan mata telanjang. Jika terjadi kebocoran maka akan sangat membahayakan. Alat ini bertujuan untuk mencegah kebakaran disebuah gedung atau rumah karena kebocoran gas. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk merancang alat pendeteksi kebocoran gas berbasis IOT. Menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai control utamanya, ditambah dengan sensor MQ-2 sebagai masukan dan buzzer sebagai keluaran. Alat ini berbasis IOT (Internet Of Things)sehingga apabila terjadi kebocoran gas, akan ada notifikasi jarak jauh melalui smartphone. Hasil pengujian untuk jarak yang ideal yaitu satu 1 cm dari regulator tabung akan menghasilkan respon 0.90 detik dan respon alat ke smartphone sebesar 2.74 detik.
