Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu sumber kehidupan yang sangat penting. Seiring meningkatnya populasi penduduk maka keperluan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti minum, memasak, mencuci pakaian, mandi cuci kakus (MCK) dan lain sebagainya juga meningkat. Masalah ini tidak diimbangi oleh kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan penghematan air. Salah satu cara untuk melakukan penghematan air yaitu dengan memonitoring debit air yang digunakan. Perkembangan teknologi elektronika yang ada sekarang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi bahkan mengatasi permaslahan air yang ada pada masyarakat sekitar, dengan membuat suatu sistem monitoring pada penggunaan air. Sistem monitoring yang akan dibangun yaitu dengan melakukan modifikasi pada tiap-tiap pipa yang berada di suatu rumah. Pipa tersebut diberikan Sensor Flow Meter yang telah diatur oleh NodeMCU dan dapat menghitung berapa banyak penggunaan air bersih tersebut. Pengaturan monitoring air tersebut akan diatur oleh NodeMCU yang nantinya bisa ditampilkan melalui Smartphone. Kesimpulan dari sistem monitoring tersebut ialah dapat membatu kita untuk mengetahui berapa banyak penggunaan air didalam rumah kita.

Abstract

To make it easier for humans in everyday life, many inventors make tools that will make human life easier. Smart Garage is one of the inventions that can make it easier for users in everyday life. When users want to enter the garage, they don't need to get out of the car, because they only need to press their Smartphone. The working principle of the Smart Garage is connected to the NODEMCU (Node Micro Controller Unit) circuit. The motor circuit for the door is a Servo which is connected to the NodeMCU which will later recognize the commands sent via the Smartpone. This tool is made with the aim of making it easier for us in daily activities, without having to push / pull the garage door. With this, the garage door can be opened and closed by a command controlled by humans as users. The conclusion of all projects that are made is in order to meet the specifications that have been planned by the author in terms of software and hardware.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini berkembang sangat pesat sehingga membuat semua orang selalu menggunakan teknologi dalam melakukan aktivitas, khususnya pada teknologi yang berhubungan dengan pengontrolan, karena orang selalu mencari pengontrolan yang dapat mempermudah sebuah aktivitas. Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem kendali yang dapat mengendalikan lampu ruangan berbasis Internet of Things (IOT) menggunakan smartphone android, dengan modul Nodemcu ESP8266 dan Bot telegram, nodemcu akan menjadi mikrokontroler dan bot telegram sebagai controllernya, diprogram menggunakan Arduino IDE memungkinkan NodeMCU menjadi pilihan yang lebih disukai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Bot Telegram Messenger sebagai pesan pengirim dan penerima pesan untuk mengontrol lampu rumah, menggunakan NodeMCU sebagai pengontrol Relay untuk mematikan dan menghidupkan lampu rumah saat ada atau tidak di rumah, Nodemcu menjadi modul mikrokontroler dan akan berjalan normal jika terhubung akses internet, system akan merespon jka bot telegram mengirim pesan dan akan membalas jika system telah meresponnya.

Abstract

A fracture is a broken bone that is usually caused by trauma or physical force. Upper extremity fractures occur due to traffic accidents, the signs and symptoms caused by fracture sufferers are severe pain, discoloration, swelling, numbness or tingling in the fingers or decreased hand movement (Susanti & Surya Purnama, 2021). The purpose of this writing is to find out and provide nursing care to An.E with musculoskeletal system disorders: pre-operative right clavicle fracture in Rose Room 2 Dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency in accordance with nursing standards. The methods used are descriptive methods and data collection methods. From the case review, it was found that An.E's main complaint was pain. There were three diagnoses found, namely acute pain, anxiety and impaired physical mobility. Interventions are prepared based on the theory of SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as well as on the client's condition and can be implemented.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is a degenerative disease that attacks the joints, especially in the elderly. The purpose of this paper is to determine and provide nursing care for Mr. M’s family with musculoskeletal system disorders: rheumatoid arthritis in Kalibuntu Village Rt 02 Rw 02 Losari District Brebes Regency according to nursing standards. The method used is a data collection method in the form of interviews, observation, research documentation and physical examination. From the case review, it was found that the client’s main complaint was pain in the nape of the neck and right and left knees especially when waking up, P: pain in the morning when waking up, Q: pain like being cut into pieces, R: nape, right and left knees, S: scale 4, T: intermittent. The nursing problems found were acute pain and knowledge deficit. Interventions were arranged based on the theory in SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as well as on the client’s condition and could be implemented.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, as one of the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, play an important role in rural communities. However, Islamic boarding schools often face hygiene problems, especially in waste management. The large number of students produces large volumes of waste, so effective management is needed. The waste management paradigm must now be changed to reduce, recycle and reuse (3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). In the Industry 4.0 era, technology such as microcontroller-based smart trash cans and IoT have become effective solutions. This smart trash can can measure the weight and height of waste in real-time, providing data that can be accessed via smartphone and website, making it easier for waste managers to maintain a clean environment. This smart trash can will be placed at the Denanyar Islamic Boarding School and managed by a non-governmental organization that cares about cleanliness and the use of recycled waste.

Abstract

Cholelithiasis or gallostones is a digestive tract disease caused by the accumulation of solid mass deposits in the vesica fellea ar gallbladder. The purpose of this paper is to find out and provide nursing care to Mr. S with cholelithiasis is the dahlia ward of dr. Soeselo hospital, Tegal Regency according to nursing standards. The methods used were interviews, medical history, physical examinations and laboratory examination results and diagnoses to create basic assessment data. From the case review, it was found that the patient’s main complaint was shortness of breath. The nursing problems found were hypervolemia and knowledge deficit. Interventions were arranged based on the theory in SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as well as on the client’s condition and could be implemented.

Abstract

In the digital age, public road lighting (PJU) monitoring efficiency is becoming essential for effective infrastructure management. The research developed a PJU monitoring system based on LoRa technology and an Arduino microcontroller to monitor the operating conditions of PJU solar panels in real time. The system uses the LoRa 433 MHz module for remote data communication and is equipped with a voltage sensor to monitor batteries and solar panels as well as an ACS712 current sensor to measure current consumption on LED lights. The data is displayed on an I2C 16x2 LCD screen, making monitoring easy. LoRa technology offers the advantages of broad communication range and low power consumption. The development method used is prototyping, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Test results show that the system works well, with sensors providing adequate accuracy and LoRa communication enabling remote data access. The system improves the efficiency and accuracy of PJU monitoring, as well as reduces time and effort in the monitoring process. Overall, the system is an effective solution for PJU management in the digital age.

Abstract

The issue of illegal parking in various urban areas often causes traffic congestion, disorder, and economic losses for official parking operators. One of the main causes of this phenomenon is the weakness of parking management systems and the lack of effective supervision. To address this issue, this research designs and develops an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)-based parking payment system as a solution. Traditional parking payment systems, which often still rely on cash payments, also frequently cause problems such as transaction delays, difficulties in providing change, and dependence on small denominations. These issues can lead to inconvenience for parking users and increase the risk of errors in the payment process. To address these problems, this research designs and builds an RFID-based parking payment system. This research uses the Prototype Method, which is a software development method focusing on the creation of an initial version of the system to be developed, ensuring that the resulting solution can work well, meet user needs, and be successfully implemented in a real-world environment. Based on the research findings, the RFID parking payment tool functions well. The results show that the RFID-based parking payment system is an effective solution for improving efficiency in parking payments.

Abstract

The cultivation of fish very kualtas on water , the quality of water found in degrees pH or acidity that is on the water .A quality of water that can cause bad fish arwana stress and make dead fish .Check the quality of water still relies on human resources and is still done manually by using paper pH . From trouble the writers will make a monitoring the quality of water to determine the value of water accurately pH .It uses a PH probe to read voltage water will be converted into pH values .Module PH-4502c to convert voltage pH obtained from pH probe into pH values .The data pH to be seen to lcd 12x6. Furthermore, when the pH value exceeds the pond water level limit for fish, the relay will run the filter pump and turn on ultraviolet to stabilize the water's pH value. The results of implementing a microcontroller using Arduino obtained a stable value for the pH content in the pool. Based on tests that have been carried out for 1 week, the results of calculating the percentage of effectiveness using ultraviolet filtration and sterilization equipment, by calculating ammonia in pools that use the equipment and those that do not, obtained a value of 91% to reduce anomiac, which aims to stabilize the pH of the air to obtain pool air quality.
