Abstract

(Protein efficiency of broiler chickens fed with diets containing kayambang leaves meal)ABSTRACT The aim of the experiment was to determine the utilization of kayambang (Salvinia molesta) leaves meal until 18% based on its effects on protein consumption, protein intake, meat protein mass and protein efficiency ratio. One hundred broiler CP 707 day-old unsexed chicks, with an average body weight 502,48 6,99 g age 15 until 42 days. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications and each replication consisted of 5 chickens.. The treatments diets were T0 (basal diet), T1 (6% Salvinia molesta leaves meal), T2 (12% Salvinia molesta leaves meal), and T3 (18% Salvinia molesta leaves meal). The results showed that administration of Salvinia molesta leaf meal up to 18% level in the diet resulted in a decrease in the quality of the ration so that the protein utilization also decreased as indicated by the decline in the value of protein intake, protein intake, protein mass of meat and protein efficiency ratio.

Abstract

Then there was a discussion about the current legal policy and its application regulations are not yet solved various problems, especially in the environmental sector. From time to time, the UUPPLH shows that it is not working optimally, on the other hand, environmental technology and crime are increasingly developing and developing, which eventually lead to effects of international scope, namely illegal mining, illegal fishing and illegal. logging It was later classified as white-collar crime, which still happens today. Standard legal research style is applied here. The problem approaches applied here are legal approach, conceptual approach and jurisprudence. The difficulty in enforcing the crime of illegal logging is due to several jurisdictions, namely: lack of laws, law enforcement, anything to do with human values, anything to do with supply and demand, then poor quality personnel.

Abstract

The capital market is a means to accommodate and channel funds to the public and support business development which will support the growth of the economy as a whole. Money laundering often involves illegal transactions that use the capital market as a means to disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal activities. This research aims to analyse law enforcement efforts against money laundering in the capital market. The research method used is normative law and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the mode of money laundering in the capital market is still rampant because it does not recognise cross-border so it is freer so that the need for participation from various parties to fight and eradicate it. Law enforcement in combating money laundering in the capital market has not been effective because the legal apparatus still uses conventional methods in handling it. It can be concluded that there are still some challenges in combating money laundering in the capital market, such as legal loopholes and limited human resources and technology. As a recommendation, it is necessary to increase inter-agency cooperation, increase the capacity of law enforcement officials, and strengthen regulations and supervision to strengthen efforts to fight money laundering in the capital market.

Abstract

The research was aimed to evaluate feeding effect of powder and extract of dahlia tuber as a sources of inulin prebiotic on protein digestibility and productivity of crossbred local chicken. A total of 280 unsex local crossbred chicken with the age of 22 days and average weight of 180.461.21 g was assigned in a completely randomized design with 7 treatments and 4 replications (10 birds each). Dietary treatments consist of T0 (basal ration), T1 (T0 + 0.4% dahlia powder), T2 (T0 + 0.8% dahlia powder), T3 (T0 + 1.2% dahlia powder), T4 (T0 + 0.39% dahlia extract), T5 (T0 + 0.78% dahlia extract), T6 (T0 + 1.17% extract dahlia). Treatment was conducted for 8 consecutive weeks. Variables observed were protein digestibility, short chain fatty acid (SCFA), muscle protein mass, muscle calsium mass, and body weight. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and followed by Duncan test at the level of 5%. The results showed that feeding inulin in the form of powder or extract of dahlia tuber significantly (P0.05) increased protein digestibility, SCFA level, and body weight. Treatments T2 until T6 significantly (P0.05) increased muscle calsium mass but did not increase muscle protein mass. In conclusion, the used of 1.2% dahlia powder and 1.17% extract dahlia tuber as an inulin source increase protein digestibility and productivity of crossbred local chicken.Key words: inulin, dahlia tuber, crossbred local chicken
