Abstract

Human Development Index is a measure of human development achievement based on a number of basic components from quality of life. Cluster analysis is a technique used to categorize objects into different groups from another groups. The purpose of this research is to classify districts/cities based on indicators of Human Development Index (HDI) with the hierarchic method in Banten Province. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics of each group based on HDI indicators in Banten Province. The data used is secondary data with the population are all regencies/cities in Banten Province which includes Tangerang City, South Tangerang City, Serang Regency, Pandeglang Regency, Lebak Regency, Tangerang Regency, Cilegon City and Serang City. Cluster analysis was carried out using single linkage, average linkage, and complete linkage methods. The results of the study obtained 2 clusters in each of these methods with different characteristics. The first cluster is a cluster with characteristics of District, while the second cluster is a cluster with characteristics of City. The conclusion from this research is that the characteristics of each first cluster have a lower average value than the second cluster

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the characteristics of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) across varying land slope gradients in the conservation area of local pineapple plantations in Majene Regency. The analysis was conducted on five slope categories: flat (0-8%), gentle (8-15%), moderately steep (15-25%), steep (25-45%), and very steep (>45%), to examine the spore density and morphology of AMF as well as to see its relationship to ecological factors such as climate and topography. The results revealed that slope gradients significantly influenced AMF spore density, with the highest density observed on moderately steep and steep slopes. In contrast, lower densities were recorded on flat, gentle, and very steep slopes. Four AMF spore genera were identified: Glomus, Acaulospora, Gigaspora, and Scutellospora. Glomus was dominant across all slopes, Acaulospora was more prevalent on moderate slopes, and Gigaspora preferred steep slopes. Scutellospora was detected in limited quantities on extreme slopes. Environmental factors, including stable temperatures (27.61 °C-27.77 °C), high relative humidity (79.44%-80.41%), and varying precipitation levels, influenced AMF spore distribution and morphology. These findings emphasize the critical role of topography and climate in supporting AMF sustainability in management strategies to conserve AMF biodiversity and enhance crop productivity.

Abstract

In this paperl, we will discuss inverse of a special form Toeplitz matrix with a block 2 x 2matrix which has two submatrix that are invertible through the application of Schur Complement, there are several steps to determine the inverse of a Toeplitz matrix. The results obtained rae obtaining the invertible form of submatrix invers of the Toeplitz matrix and the general form of the inverse matrix of the special form Toeplitz matrix ,  with 2 x 2 block matrix.

Abstract

Kelurahan Kebon Melati merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Tanah Abang yang termasuk dalam program KOTAKU tahun 2018, namun pada tahun 2022 masih teridentifikasi kumuh. Pemasalahannya yaitu kondisi permukiman padat, tidak teratur, akses jalan sulit dan sempit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kekumuhan permukiman berdasarkan karakteristik fisik bangunan, prasarana dan lingkungan serta karakter sosial-ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan scoring penilaian berdasarkan perspektif fisik yang disesuaikan dengan standar penilaian permukiman kumuh tingkat kumuh oleh Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 14 Tahun 2018, aspek sosial, dan aspek  ekonomi. Berdasarkan penilaian tingkat kekumuhan yang telah dilakukan, terdapat perubahan kualitas permukiman Kelurahan Kebon Melati. Tingkat kekumuhan RW 12 mengalami peningkatan sedangkan RW 15 mengalami penurunan kualitas permukiman selama periode pelaksanana program KOTAKU. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada tahun 2022, terdapat perbedaan perubahan kualitas permukiman pada kedua RW tersebut. Peningkatan kualitas permukiman terjadi karena program KOTAKU berjalan lancar serta didukung partisipasi masyarakat. Sedangkan, penurunan kualitas permukiman disebabkan oleh masyarakat yang tidak dapat memelihara dan memanfaatkan dengan baik bantuan yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah.

Abstract

Pengolahan limbah organik yang berada pada sekitar lahan pertanian dapat menjadi jembatan antara dampak negatif dari limbah pertanian dengan kebutuhan unsur hara pada usaha tani. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik berbasis sumber daya alam lokal ini terselenggara pada tanggal 4 – 5 November 2025, di Dusun Paluppung, Desa Galung Lombok, Kecamatan Tinambung, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra sasaran dalam membuat pupuk kompos melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya alam sekitar. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan (1) Identifikasi Sumber Daya Lokal; (2) Sosialisasi dan Edukasi; (3) Pelatihan Teknis Pembuatan Kompos; (4) Praktik Mandiri dan Pendampingan; dan (5) Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan pupuk organik secara signifikan.

Abstract

Terminal Pulo Gadung merupakan terminal angkutan umum yang menjadi salah satu tittik simpul. Terminal Pulo Gadung merupakan terminal penumpang dengan tipe B dengan luas keseluruhan 35.196 . Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian antara kondisi eksisting terminal tipe B dengan Peraturan Menteri 40 Tahun 2015 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Terminal Penumpang Angkutan Jalan dan mengidentifikasi kesesuaian lokasi terminal berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri 24 Tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan untuk kondisi eksisting menggunakan analisis deskriptif evaluatif, sedangkan untuk kesesuaian lokasi menggunakan analisisi overlay. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat beberapa fasilitas yang tidak sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Terminal, sedangkan hasil dari kesesuaian lokasi bahwa Terminal Pulo Gadung sudah sesuai dengan peruntukkannya yaitu pada zona transportasi dan berada pada jaringan trayek.

Abstract

This activity was motivated by the relatively low level of understanding and practical skills among farmers and community members in producing and utilizing botanical pesticides in agricultural practices. The primary objective of the training was to equip participants, particularly students affiliated with the Unsulbar Farming Club (UFC), with relevant knowledge and competencies. The training was conducted at the Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, University of West Sulawesi. The training employed a demonstration-based method, which involved direct practical engagement and oral explanations at each stage of the botanical pesticide production process. The main ingredients used during the training included papaya leaves, neem leaves, and distilled water (aqua distillate). A total of 60 student participants attended the training, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and active engagement throughout the material delivery and practical demonstrations. The overall activity successfully enhanced participants’ awareness and technical skills related to the preparation and application of botanical pesticides. This outcome was reflected in the assessment results, where 93% of participants (56 out of 60) achieved scores ranging from 65 to 85, corresponding to performance levels from Good (B-) to Excellent (A). Meanwhile, 6.67% of participants (4 individuals) received scores categorized as C and D.

Abstract

High Rise Building project has a very high work complexity so that the probability of the risk is enormous. The risks are likely to occur can inhibit the work of the project and can affect costs. It is therefore necessary to risk management to minimize the impacts caused by therisk. This research aims to know the factor dominant risk on construction projects that have an impact on costs. Identification of risk review of aspects of the internal non technical : construction management cost, risk, uncertainty work, terlamba t his project, the uncertainties of material and equipment. The methods used by conducting a detailed questionnaire on the project of High Rise Building. Methods of analysis using the method of Pearson. The dominant risk analysis obtained from the main questionnaire and is calculated based on the method of the concept of Severity Index (SI) as well as the measurement of the value of the level of risk. Analysis on the dominant risk against 12 can cost. The most dominant risk impacting on the cost of the plan is the owner of the project fee usually varies due to the risk of total value could reach 10% of the contract value. Proyek High Rise Building memiliki kompleksitas pekerjaan yang sangat tinggi sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya risiko sangat besar. Risiko yang kemungkinan terjadi dapat menghambat pekerjaan proyek dan dapat berpengaruh pada biaya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan manajemen risiko untuk meminimalisir dampak-dampak yang disebabkan oleh risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko dominan pada proyek kontruksi high rise building yang berdampak pada biaya. Identifikasi risiko ditinjau dari aspek internal non teknis meliputi : risiko biaya, manajemen konstruksi, ketidakpastian pekerjaan, terlambatnya proyek, ketidakpastian material dan peralatan. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan kuisioner pada pengelola manajemen proyek High Rise Building. Metode analisis menggunakan metode Pearson. Analisis risiko dominan diperoleh dari kuisioner utama dan dianalisis berdasarkan konsep metode Severity Index (SI) serta pengukuran nilai tingkat risiko. Hasil analisis di dapat 12 risiko internal dominan yang berdampak pada biaya. Risiko yang paling dominan dengan nilai severity index dan nilai risiko terbesar adalah rencana pemilik proyek yang sering berubah-ubah, sehingga biaya akibat risiko tersebut dapat mencapai total nilai 10% dari nilai kontrak.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah produk, kemasan merupakan salah sat hal yang sangat penting. Melalui kemasan, produsen mampu menyampaikan nilai, isi, dan manfaat sebuah produk. Kemasan juga dapat memengaruhi konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian. Agar konsumen tertarik untuk membeli, penjual harus melakukan pengemasan produk yang eye-catching. Pengembangan  inovasi kemasan dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif bagi pelaku usaha, termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) keripik pisang “Ibu Bunah”. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan konsumen dan desain kemasan yang menarik.  Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kemasan yang menarik dan inovatif dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif yang signifikan. Penelitian ini mmeberikan panduan praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi strategi kemasan yang menarik untuk memenangkan persaingan di pasar.
