Abstract

Since the COVID-19 pandemic entered Indonesia in mid-March 2020, almost all educational activities have been suspended, and almost all schools have been closed. and universities are not running as they should. As a result, students are required to develop their thinking by making creative handicrafts, not only in education but also in themselves. A duster is a cleaning tool that can remove dust at home, school, the office, and other places. To increase the students' interest and enthusiasm for learning at SD Negeri Klasuat, Sorong City, we made an activity to make a feather duster from raffia rope. This activity taught SD Negeri Klasuat students in Sorong City how to make a duster as a dust cleaner using simple materials and tools. This activity also instills awareness of the importance of education in students.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan ekonomi daerah dapat dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara maksimal dimana hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi sumber daya lokal yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini digunakan sumber daya air lokal Papua yang melimpah tetapi tidak dimanfaatkan. Kepala udang saat ini hanya menjadi limbah nelayan dan masyarakat di Sorong dan Papua Barat. Walaupun ada yang menggunakan kepala udang, namun hal ini dilakukan di luar Papua dan hanya sebagai pakan ternak. Kandungan gizi kepala udang sangat tinggi dan baik untuk kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti akan melakukan penelitian berupa percobaan proses pembuatan bumbu dari kepala udang. Penelitian ini akan menerapkan metode taguchi, dimana peneliti harus membuat simulasi untuk menentukan jumlah percobaan dan level yang harus dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dua proses pengolahan yaitu dengan cara di oven dan dengan cara digoreng. Hasil percobaan yang diuji menggunakan uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa percobaan dengan metode digoreng memiliki skor tertinggi pada level 3 dengan skor 565. Sedangkan proses dengan menggunakan oven mendapat skor tertinggi pada level 4 dengan skor 595. Perbandingan nilai kedua proses tersebut cukup rendah yaitu proses oven lebih tinggi 5% dibandingkan proses goreng. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses oven dengan level 4 adalah yang terbaik Sedangkan proses dengan menggunakan oven mendapat skor tertinggi pada level 4 dengan skor 595. Perbandingan nilai kedua proses tersebut cukup rendah yaitu proses oven lebih tinggi 5% dibandingkan dengan proses goreng. Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country with abundant marine resources. Currently, Indonesia is a country that exports marine products, one of which is shrimp. The shrimp exported are headless shrimp. One of the shrimp exporting cities is Sorong City, Southwest Papua Province. One shrimp export company is capable of producing and exporting 1,800 – 2,000 tons of shrimp per year. Therefore, this research focuses on good production processes to produce good products. This research applies the Taguchi method in the sample making process, and then carries out proximate analysis as product testing. The results of this research show that an experiment with a temperature of 200 and a time of 80 minutes is the best level which produces a product with the lowest air content and a protein content of 43.90%, fat 2.58% and carbohydrates 9.80%. This value is the best value of all levels

Abstract

Village administration services are one of the critical public services in meeting the needs of society in Indonesia. However, these services often do not meet people's expectations and needs. Various factors, including low quality of service, complicated administrative processes, and lack of use of information technology in managerial procedures cause this. This research aims to optimize the village service system, focusing on improving the quality of services in rural communities. Service Administration often experiences obstacles in providing effective and efficient public services, mainly due to inadequate resources and infrastructure. This results in rural communities being less satisfied and often experiencing difficulties accessing the public services they need. The results of this research using the Servqual method using five dimensions of service and five instrument criteria influence the village administration services of Klamono District. Of the 14 instruments used, namely communication skills, skills and abilities, services provided and information system technology used by village officials in giving service. To optimize and streamline the benefits expected by the community, a website was created to facilitate the Klamono District village administration service system.

Abstract

The solid waste section of Manggala District, Makassar City, currently still finds many risks that commonly occur in the waste management supply chain from the waste source to the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) then to the Final Disposal Site (TPA). This causes the volume of waste to increase every day due to the lack of waste sorting from the waste source so that the waste in the TPS is scattered due to the waste bins no longer being able to accommodate it and ultimately the TPA experiences over capacity without any effective handling to reduce the volume of waste. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the risks that occur. This research aims to provide suggestions for sustainable mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of risks on waste management using the Delphi method to identify potential risks. Using the House of Risk (HOR) at the risk analysis and evaluation stage to determine mitigation strategies and measuring the sustainability index using the Successive Interval (MSI) Method to determine the sustainability status of the proposed mitigation strategy. Based on the research results, it is known that there are 18 risk events and 65 risk agents identified. Next, a mitigation strategy was carried out on the risk agent using 16 preventive actions, which then measured the level of sustainability of each strategy. The results of these measurements found 3 strategies whose status was very sustainable, 10 strategies whose status was quite sustainable and 3 strategies whose status was less sustainable.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting dalam persiapan anak-anak sekolah dasar menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 adalah penguasaan dasar komputer dan penggunaan perangkat lunak, terutama Microsoft Office. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan keterbatasan di tingkat ini. Faktor meliputi keterbatasan dana, fasilitas, dan tenaga pengajar dalam mengajar penggunaan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi keterbatasan akses dan pelatihan yang ada.Metode yang digunakan dalam memberikan pengenalan dan pelatihan pengoperasian Microsoft Word adalah ceramah dan praktek. peserta diberikan materi dan penjelasan mengenai fungsi-fungsi yang ada dalam Microsoft Word. peserta diberi kesempatan untuk mempraktikkannya didampingi mahasiswa. Tujuan dari praktek ini adalah agar peserta dapat memahami dan mengoperasikan Microsoft Word. diharapkan peserta akan lulus dalam ujian berbasis komputer yang akan diadakan oleh sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil mencapai tujuannya, meskipun terdapat kendala. Penyelenggara hanya mampu menyediakan sejumlah laptop terbatas bagi peserta, sehingga harus membentuk kelompok kecil untuk memastikan bahwa materi dan praktik penggunaan Microsoft Word dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Para peserta juga aktif bertanya dan berinteraksi dengan fasilitator, menunjukkan rasa ingin tahu dan keinginan untuk memahami dengan baik. Harapan kami adalah peserta didik yang telah mengikuti pelatihan ini dapat melanjutkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang mereka peroleh kepada teman-teman sebaya yang belum memiliki pemahaman yang sama atau tidak mengikuti pelatihan ini. Dengan cara ini, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengoperasian komputer dapat lebih luas disebarkan dan memberikan manfaat kepada lebih banyak orang.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, masyarakat harus mampu memahami dan menguasai penggunaan teknologi, khususnya komputer. Penggunaan komputer telah menjadi suatu keharusan, bahkan bagi kalangan pelajar. Oleh krena itu perlu dilaksanakan pelatihan dasar penggunaan komputer pada anak-anak di SD YPK Eklesia 1 Klasaman. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengalaman kepada para siswa sekolah mengenai penggunaan komputer. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan yaitu ceramah dan praktek. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik, sebagaimana tercermin dari antusiasme peserta yang sangat tinggi dalam mengikuti pelatihan tersebut. Dalam rangkaian kegiatan ini, para siswa SD YPK Eklesia 1 Klasaman berhasil mengidentifikasi berbagai komponen penting dalam sebuah komputer. Para siswa juga belajar mengenal huruf-huruf yang terdapat pada keyboard dan mendapatkan pemahaman tentang teknik mengetik yang efisien. Diharpkan dari pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk menghadapi dunia yang semakin tergantung pada teknologi.

Abstract

PT. PLN (PERSERO) as a State-Owned Enterprise to provide the best service for all electricity users in Indonesia, PLN which takes care of all aspects of electricity for the public interest throughout Indonesia. At first PLN used postpaid electricity kwh recording calculating tool, where the kWh meter recording used analog system. Several problems and complaints from the public regarding the use postpaid electricity in the form of late payments, meter recording errors and erratic bills, PLN specifically for the Sorong branch in collaboration with PT. Ido Sinergi as a service provider, especially in the work of recording kwh meters, must be able to provide satisfaction to PLN as its partner. When recording kwh meters, factors that often hinder activities in the field such as fence locks, closed houses, empty houses, tall meters, opaque meters, fierce animals, unloading meters, lost meters other unexpected factors. The purpose this study to find out the various factors inhibiting kWh meter readings in the field, the data obtained was then processed using data analysis tool used to answer the research problem using the Pareto Diagram. The conclusion from this study is that the inhibiting factors for reading kwh meters in the field are fence locks, closed houses, empty houses, tall meters, opaque meters, fierce animals, unloading meters, missing meters with a total of 598 constraints from 20,580 customers, along with the percentage pk 31%, rt 13%, rk 15%, mt 7%, mbrm 15%, hg 3%, mb 10%, mh 7%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the DANI BAKERY bakery's temperature and lighting measurement results based on Minister of Health Decree Number 1405/MENKES/SK/XI2002. And to find out whether the temperature and lighting measurements results at the DANI BAKERY bakery have met the standards set based on the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 1405/MENKES/SK/XI of 2002. Temperature and lighting levels are evaluated based on the established method. After obtaining data at each measurement point at the research location, the researcher processed and analyzed data. The results of the data analysis will be compared with existing regulations, namely the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 1405/MENKES/SK/XI2002 and also the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia NO 70 of 2016 concerning Temperature and Lightning. The evaluation results show that the temperature level measurement results have exceeded the threshold value, namely 33.09℃ - 33.48℃. Meanwhile, the lighting measurement results are below the lighting threshold value, namely 66.89 Lux - 67.67 Lux.

Abstract

This study assesses the effectiveness of the House of Risk (HOR) method in mitigating supply chain risks within palm oil processing plants. By integrating Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with House of Quality (HOQ), the method identifies and prioritizes risk factors while proposing actionable measures for risk mitigation. Findings demonstrate that adopting the HOR method contributes to decreased liquid waste generation and enhanced production efficiency. Additionally, a bibliometric analysis of scholarly publications reveals a notable growth in research focused on risk management in the palm oil sector between 2014 and 2024. This highlights a growing recognition of the importance of systematic risk assessment and management strategies in enhancing sustainability and operational resilience within palm oil processing. The study underscores the HOR method's utility as a comprehensive approach to addressing complex supply chain challenges, thereby promoting sustainable practices and operational excellence in the industry.
