Abstract

Production control is an important aspect in a company. Control management is carried out as an effort to reduce and prevent product failures or defects. The purpose of writing this article is to review production failures through product quality control. The results of the review can be used as a situational analysis study for community service activities, especially for industrial engineering. The review is carried out by searching the literature for national publications over the last 10 years. The summary of the research is carried out by grouping based on the category of control method used, the field of study or product being studied and the results of the research. The results of the analysis show that the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method is widely used in case studies in manufacturing companies. Further research can be carried out to compare the application of the method to similar case studies. Community service activities in this field can be directed to implement the FMEA method for target partners for types of businesses that carry out production processes, goods, and services.

Abstract

E-learning and expert systems can be implemented for learning in the health sector. Through the e-learning system, prospective health workers can analyze problems by exploring the material in the system. However, material learning alone is less effective, so case study-based learning using an expert system is needed to strengthen understanding. The research applies an expert system to online learning to diagnose several infectious diseases. The disease diagnosis process uses the backward chaining method and the Mamdani fuzzy inference system. The fuzzy Mamdani inference system determines the intensity of disease severity so that appropriate treatment recommendations can be made. The test findings on 15 test datasets yielded a backward chaining accuracy value of 100%. Three test scenarios were used to establish the test using the Mamdani fuzzy inference method. Scenario 1: Testing with the Center of Gravity defuzzification and Fuzzy Mamdani Min inference system Tests employing the Fuzzy Mamdani Min inference method and center average defuzzification are used in Scenario 2. Scenario 3 involves testing using the Fuzzy Mamdani Product Inference System with Center Average Defuzzification. The average outcome for the intensity of disease severity utilizing the Fuzzy Mamdani Min inference system with Center of Gravity defuzzification was greater than that of the two test scenarios that were suggested, which was 49.43%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the perceived value and quality of e-services impact  e-customer loyalty and satisfaction. All users of the educational platform constitute the population studied. In this survey, non-probability sampling technique was used. 100 samples were used in this investigation. Questionnaire was the method used in this study to collect data. Quantitative method was used in this study. Partial least squares (PLS) is a statistical method used with the support of SmartPLS. Several conclusions are drawn from this study, including: Customer satisfaction is directly affected by e-service quality. Electronic customer satisfaction is directly affected by perceived value. E-customer loyalty is directly affected by e-service quality. Electronic customer loyalty is directly influenced by perceived value. Customer loyalty is directly affected by electronic customer satisfaction. Through e-customer satisfaction, e-service quality indirectly affects e-customer loyalty. Thanks to e-customer satisfaction, perceived value indirectly affects e-customer loyalty. Research results show that customer satisfaction and loyalty  are influenced by the extent to which they perceive  positive value when using educational platform services to meet their  learning needs. their.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how secure and comfortable cash on delivery (COD) and e-wallet consumers feel about their payment options. Survey research is the method employed in this study. All students are the population in question. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling that was applied. 100 people made up the sample in this study. In order to collect data for this study, questionnaires, records, and interviews were used. Quantitative data analysis is the method employed. Two associated samples are compared in this study using a comparative analysis sample type. The study's conclusions revealed that consumers' comfort levels with cash-on-delivery and e-wallet payment options differ. Convenience with cash on delivery is valued at 48.5 on average, whereas e-wallet convenience is valued at 58.5. Consequently, it can be said that the e-wallet payment method offers more convenience than the cash on delivery payment option. Users of e-wallet payment options and cash on delivery have different levels of security. For COD security, the average value is 37.5, and for e-wallet security, it is 39.5. It is evident that there is little difference in the average value of cash on delivery security (2.5) between it and e-wallet security. Even so, the security level of e-wallets is higher than the security of cash on delivery (COD).

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pelatihan manajemen perekaman arsip digital melalui Google Drive dan OneDrive pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Medan. Metode kegiatan yang dipakai dalam implementasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bersifat pelatihan perekaman arsip digital melalui Google Drive dan OneDrive. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditujukan kepada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Medan yang membutuhkan pelatihan perekaman arsip digital melalui Google Drive dan OneDrive pada tahun 2024. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan manajemen perekaman arsip digital melalui Google Drive dan OneDrive menjadi wadah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam pengelolaan arsip digital.

Abstract

There are many problems faced by lecturers in higher education in achieving optimal job satisfaction. This is urgent to research because there is a difference between expectations and reality in the work environment of university lecturers. The aim of this research is to analyze factors that influence the level of job satisfaction of lecturers in higher education, with special emphasis on remuneration, duties, and how the work environment. The research method used was quantitative involving 127 randomly selected higher education lecturers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity has been tested through a pilot study of 55 respondents. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS Version 26.0 using the t-test and ANOVA to determine significant differences in job satisfaction levels based on certain factors such as gender, teaching experience, and highest qualifications. As a result, it was found that there were no significant differences in the level of job satisfaction based on remuneration, duties, and work environment factors based on gender, teaching experience, and qualifications in higher education. The conclusion is that certain factors such as remuneration, duties, and work environment do not have a significant effect on the level of lecturer job satisfaction. A practical implication of these findings is the importance of paying attention to other factors contributing to special education faculty job satisfaction and developing strategies to enhance their well-being in supporting students.

Abstract

Strategi pembentukan eduwisata pertanian ramah lingkungan merupakan integrasi antara praktik pertanian organik dan kegiatan edukatif dalam pariwisata. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah merumuskan strategi pembentukan eduwisata pertanian ramah lingkungan di Omah Kebun Bumiaji (OKBA), desa Bumiaji, kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD), yang melibatkan pemangku kepentingan utama seperti petani, perwakilan dinas terkait, kelompok kebun wisata, pihak dan lembaga pendidikan. Hasil FGD mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi penting, termasuk penentuan tema utama berupa pertanian ramah lingkungan, pengembangan materi edukasi serta mekanisme transfer pengetahuan kepada pengunjung. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa FGD menjadi sarana efektif dalam merumuskan strategi eduwisata yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan melalui FGD menghasilkan strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mendukung pengembangan eduwisata pertanian ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) ayam broiler di wilayah Blimbing Malang ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dengan cara mendesain ulang chicken plucker machine, sehingga terjadi kenaikan output baku dari 17 produksi/jam menjadi 20 produksi/jam. Metode yang digunakan adalah ergonomi, karena terjadi keluhan ketidaknyamanan dalam menjalankan mesin tersebut. Desain ulang mesin dibuat lebih kecil ukurannya agar moveable bagi pelaku Kata Kunci : chicken plucker machine, ergonomi, UKM, produktivitasUKM ayam broiler.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menyusun panduan saku tracking sebagai media informasi bagi pengunjung Omah Kebun Bumiaji (OKBA). Panduan ini dirancang sebagai peta jalur wisata sekaligus menjadi sarana edukasi pertanian ramah lingkungan dan promosi berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup analisis lokasi, diskusi pemangku kepentingan melalui FGD, serta penyusunan informasi visual dan narasi yang intuitif serta mudah dipahami. Luaran program ini adalah panduan saku berukuran DL, 99 mm x 210 mm yang secara efektif memuat unsur pembelajaran, ilustrasi tanaman, dan arah jalur tracking dalam format ringkas dan mudah dibawa. Panduan ini telah disosialisasikan kepada pemandu wisata dan kini secara rutin dibagikan kepada pengunjung sebagai media informasi praktis dan portabel. Program ini berkontribusi dalam peningkatan ketrampilan pemandu lokal serta memperkuat citra OKBA sebagai destinasi eduwisata pertanian yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Ke depan, media ini masih dapat dikembangkan melalui integrasi teknologi dan digital seperti kode QR.

Abstract

Metode data mining digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perilaku pengguna media sosial. Media sosial, yang menghasilkan volume data yang besar dan beragam, telah menjadi platform utama bagi individu untuk berinteraksi dan berbagi informasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada mengekstraksi pola-pola tersembunyi dan memahami perilaku pengguna yang kompleks dengan menggunakan teknik data mining. Data dikumpulkan dari platform media sosial, diproses sebelum menggunakannya, dan digunakan algoritma pemrosesan data seperti clustering, association rule mining, dan analisis sentimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode data mining dapat mendeteksi pola perilaku pengguna yang berbeda, seperti preferensi konten, pola interaksi sosial, dan kecenderungan temporal. Mining aturan asosiasi menemukan hubungan antaraktivitas pengguna, sedangkan clustering mengelompokkan pengguna berdasarkan kesamaan perilaku. Analisis sentimen memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana pengguna melihat dan merasakan sesuatu. Hasil ini dapat digunakan untuk berbagai aplikasi praktis, seperti strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, peningkatan fitur platform, dan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik data mining adalah cara yang efektif untuk menganalisis perilaku pengguna di media sosial. Dengan mengetahui lebih banyak tentang perilaku pengguna, penyedia layanan dapat mengoptimalkan strategi mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna dengan lebih baik. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi metode data mining lainnya dan menerapkannya pada dataset yang lebih luas.
