Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of the Regional Research and Innovation Development Planning Agency in increasing the original regional income of Sikka Regency through collecting regional taxes in Sikka Regency. The problems faced during the last 2 years in the Regional Tax sector, namely targets and realizations from 2022 and 2023, are not significant. This is caused by several things, namely the lack of maximum attention from the planning side to increasing Original Regional Income from the tax sector, decreased awareness of taxpayers, decreased public awareness, lack of coordination, data base that has not been updated. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collected through interviews and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research show that BAPPERIDA has three main roles in increasing Original Regional Income through Regional Tax Collection, namely Planning, Coordinating and Evaluation Monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, teamwork, and supervision; (2) analyze the effect of Teamwork and supervision on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.The population in this study were employees of the Sikka Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 55 people. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test.The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, teamwork, and supervision are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables Teamwork and Supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables Teamwork and Supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Sikka Regency by 26.99%.

Abstract

This study aims to : (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism, and achievement motivation; (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and achievement motivation employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 38 employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using deccriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, professionalism and achievement motivation are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of 29.25%.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the financial performance of PT Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul, Tbk used Return On Investment (ROI) and Residual Income (RI) analysis. The sample in this research was the financial statements of PT. Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbk from 2018-2022. The type of data used was secondary data Data collection was carried out using the documentation method, the data sources used were taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research showed that the financial performance of PT. The Sido Muncul Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry for the 2018-2022 time frame used Return On Investment (ROI) analysis to assess the financial performance of PT. The Sido Muncul Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry were in good condition by producing positive ROI, but its state was still erratic. Based on industry standards, the company's ability to return on investment was good, which means that the company's financial performance has been effective. However, according to the Residual Income (RI) calculation, in assessing the financial performance of the financial company PT. The Sido Muncul Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry revealed that the RI obtained had a negative value for 5 consecutive years during the 2018-2022 period due to the cost of the company's capital. Thus, it can be said that the company has not been able to provide economic added value for shareholders and that its financial performance has not been effective and efficient because the R1>0.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) graps the representation of official performance, communication, and creativity, (2) analyze the effect of communication and creativity on official performance both partially or simultaneously. The population in this study was the official village of Nita Sub-district, Sikka Regency with a total of 36 people and done by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questioner and then analyzed by descriptive and statistical inferential methods such as multiple regression linear. The hypothesis was done thourgh F-test and T-test.The descriptive analysis showed that the variables of official performance, communication, and creativity were categorized as good. The result of the statistic T-test showed that partially the variable of communication and creativity had a positive impact on the village administration’s performance. The result of the statistical F test showed that simultaneously, the variables of communication and creativity had a significant influence on the village administration’s performance. The result of the determination showed that both independent variables in this study were able to enlighten the fluctuation of village administration’s performance at Nita Sub-district of Sikka Regency by 31%.

Abstract

The background of this research was that the employees' performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency had not been maximized. This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, person-job fit, and person-organization fit; and (2) analyze the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employees at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency as many as 50 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variable of employee performance. person-job fit, and person-organization fit were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic indicated that partially the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test statistic showed that simultaneously the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables significantly affected employee performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency by 42.1%.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) understand the overwiew of Employee Performance, Job Placement, and Workload; and (2) analyze the influence of job Placement and Workload on Enployee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of employes of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Departement of Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, this study was conducted using a census or sampling method , with 48 samples determined using Slovin’s formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted F-tests and t-tests. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the job Placement variable was categorized as good, and the Workload variable was categorized as low. The t-test results showed that, partially, the job Placement variable had a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performancee. Meanwhile, the Workload variable had a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the job Placement and Workload variabels had a significant effect on Empolyee Performance. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent variabels in this study explained 15,3% of the variation in Empolyee Performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Depertement of Sikka Regency

Abstract

This study aimed to; (1) figure out the description of Health Worker Performance, Dual Role Conflict, and Social Support; (2) analyze the influence of Dual Role Conflict and Social Support on Health Workers' Performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were health workers of UPT Puskesmas Kopeta Maumere, totaling 68 people. Because the population was limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the Health Worker Performance variable was in good criteria, the Dual Role Conflict variable was in good criteria, then the Social Support variable was in good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test showed that partially the Dual Role Conflict variable had a negative and significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. Furthermore, the Social Support variable had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. The results of the F test statistics showed that simultaneously the Dual Role Conflict and Social Support variables had a significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation in the rise and fall of the performance of UPT Puskesmas Kopeta Maumere Health Workers by 23.7%.

Abstract

This study is motivated by issues related to employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sikka Regency. The objectives of this study were: (1) to describe employee performance, the role of organizational commitment, and employee engagement, (2) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and employee engagement on omployee performance both partialy and simultaneously at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sikka Regency. The sample used in this study consisted of 75 respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Descriptive analysis results indicated that the variables of employee performance, organizational commitment, and employee engagement were categorized as very good. The t-test results showed that, partially, organizational commitment and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F-test results indicated that, simultaneously, organizational commitment and employee engagement significantly influenced employee performance. The coefficient of determination in this study was 63.3%.

Abstract

This research background was the low performance of employees at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sikka Regency, this condition occurs even though they have received adequate support. This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of Employee Performance, Leardership, and Work Motivation; (2) analyze the influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research was 75 employee of the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sikka Regency. Because the population is limited, this research was conducted by census or saturadet sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis revealed that the Employee Performance variable met the criteria for being very good, the Leadership variable met the criteria for being good, and the Work Motivation variable also met the criteria for being good. The t-test results indicated that the Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and similarly, the Work Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that both the Leadership and Work Motivation variables have a significant combined effect on Employee Performance. Additionally, the determination analysis demonstrated that the two independent variables in this research can account for 36.8% of the variation in the rise and fall of Employee Performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Sikka Regency.
