Abstract

ABSTRAK Gaharu tergolong Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu (HHBK) yang memiliki nilai guna yang kompleks, selain sebagai bahan  parfum  dan  kosmetika,  juga  sebagai  bahan  baku  industri  obat-obatan.  Produk  gaharu  semula dihasilkan dari pohon penghasil yang telah mati, akan tetapi kini masyarakat mencari gaharu dengan cara menebang pohon hidup yang bisa mengancam kelestarian sumberdaya pohon penghasil. Sejak tahun 2004 jenis Aquilaria spp. dan Gyrinops sp telah ditetapkan sebagai tumbuhan langka dalam Appendix II oleh Komisi II CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). Upaya konservasi sumberdaya pohon penghasil gaharu untuk menjaga kelestarian produksi dapat dilakukan melalui upaya pembudidayaan. Sesuai sifat biologis tumbuhan, bahan tanaman penghasil gaharu dapat dibudidayakan dengan benih yang jatuh di bawah pohon induk atau dengan cara pengumpulan benih dari hasil pemanenan buah yang telah matang secara fisiologis. Secara teknis pertumbuhan benih untuk menghasilkan anakan tingkat semai yang berkualitas dan dalam jumlah yang optimal akan dipengaruhi oleh jenis media perkecambahan yang digunakan. Melalui pengujian terhadap benih jatuh (A) dan benih dari buah hasil panen (B) yang dikecambahkan dengan tiga perlakuan jenis media: (a) tanah, (b) tanah + kompos organik (1 : 1), dan (c) tanah + pasir zeolit, diperoleh persen tumbuh benih jatuh (A) sekitar 82,88% dan benih dari buah matang sekitar 70,33% setelah tiga bulan tanam, dengan media perkecambahan yang baik ditunjukkan oleh perlakuan campuran tanah dengan kompos organik (b)

Abstract

IKHTISAR: Dalam implementasinya, putusan PN (Pengadilan Negeri) banyak yang tidak dapat dieksekusi karena diaggap tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keadilan yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara sosiologis dalam pelaksanaan putusan PN, menurut Teori Pengakuan, merupakan kaidah hukum yang berlaku berdasarkan penerimaan masyarakat tempat hukum itu berlaku, dengan adanya indikator pengakuan masyarakat berdasarkan rasa keadilan yang tumbuh dalam masyarakat. Sebaliknya, menurut Teori Kekuasaan, secara sosiologis kaidah hukum berlaku karena paksaan penguasa, terlepas diterima atau tidak diterima oleh masyarakat, dengan indikator adanya paksaan penguasa tanpa memperdulikan apakah ketaatan itu akibat paksaan atau tidak, dan tidak mempermasalahkan ada atau tidaknya kesadaran hukum masyarakat, serta sesuai atau tidak dengan rasa keadilan masyarakat. Kajian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa di lapangan, berdasarkan pengamatan, adanya ekses-ekses yang muncul akibat pelaksanaan putusan PN yang tidak mencerminkan keberlakuan sosiologis, yaitu: (1) Hilangnya rasa hormat masyarakat kepada lembaga pengadilan; (2) Ketidaktaatan masyarakat kepada hukum; dan (3) Masyarakat mencari jalan sendiri dalam menyelesaikan masalah di luar jalur hukum.KATA KUNCI: Keberlakuan sosiologis, putusan pengadilan, teori pengakuan dan kekuasaan, ketidaktaatan masyarakat, nilai-nilai keadilan, dan kepastian hukum. ABSTRACT: This article entitled “Sociological Validity in Implementation Court Decisions and its Various Excesses in Indonesia”. In a court decisions implementation, there are more things that can not be considered for execution in accordance with values of justice are living in the community. Results of this study showed that sociologically in implementation of court decisions, according to the Theory of Recognition, is applicable law rules of the reception by the laws that apply to recognition as indicators of  community based on growing sense of justice. On the contrary, according to Therory of Power, sociologically rules applicable law under compulsion authority, regardless received or not by the community, with master indicators coercion regardless of whether compliance that was due and or not resulting coercion, did not make any legal or public awareness, and whether or not in accordance with the justice society. Abstract

Abstract Electro-acoustic human heartbeat detector have been made with the main parts : (a) stetoscope (piece chest), (b) mic condenser, (c) transistor amplifier, and (d) cues analysis program with MATLAB. The frequency components that contained in heartbeat. cues have also been extracted with Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) from 9 volunteers. The results of the analysis showed that heart rate appeared in every cue frequency spectrum with their harmony. The steps of the research were including detector instrument design, test and instrument repair, cues heartbeat recording with Sound Forge 10 program and stored in wav file ; cues breaking at the start and the end, and extraction/cues analysis using MATLAB. The MATLAB program included filter (bandpass filter with bandwidth between 0.01 – 110 Hz), cues breaking with hamming window and every part was calculated using Fourier Transform (STFT mechanism) and the result were shown in frequency spectrum graph. Keywords: frequency components extraction, heartbeat cues, Short Time Fourier Transform

Abstract

Monitoring and control all process variables such as power, temperature, and pressure is an absolute necessity in the field of industry. Instrumentation is a tool that can be used to monitor and control the process variables. From the monitoring results it can be seen whether the system is running in accordance with the desired or not. If deviation occurs, then the control action is needed so that the process can run as expected (the operating control system). One of the instrumentation equipment that need to be investigated is the use of laser deflection, because the laser beam that has a coherent nature, so that this instrumentation can be a very useful tool in the industry. At that stage the second year of this research study focused on the process input and data analysis with the aid of a microcontroller as a stage before applied in the modeling industry. The study was conducted in two stages, namely the manufacture of the ADC program that can send data voltage to the computer via RS 232 serial cable and making the ADC data acquisition software in the computer so the computer can act as a collection station, storage, and display data. This software use Borland Delphi 7. The results showed that the graph can be known voltage variations can indicate changes in certain deflection. The value of this deflection will determine the temperature of which is shown by the graph. Changes in the analog signal from the source of the potentiometer into a digital signal using ADC is inversely proportional, which is indicated by a linear graph with a correlation R = 0.99079 Graph showing the relationship between deflection with temperature according to the graph of the results of previous years of research that is done manually. Thus, further stay pending the outcome of the development of an acceptable deflection pattern detector equipped with a data acquisition system, as the final stage before implemented in the industry. Data acquisition system consists of two parts: signal conditioning systems and interfaces. If the detector is subjected by a laser beam, the optical signal is converted into electrical signals. This causes an electrical current. Because the electric current generated by the detector is very small, it needs to be strengthened and transformed into voltage by a signal conditioning system.Temperatures are measured in a particular room will cause the laser beam deflection at a certain distance so it can be used for high temperature control system.   Keywords: ADC, Instrumentation, He-Ne Laser, Borland Delphi

Abstract

A technology creation starts from the world of education, then the world of education should implement a technology-oriented information system, but in SMK Bina Medika every school academic system procedure is done manually, student data processing, absenteeism, student data search related to academics still must be open the archive sheets in the student information value section, there is no integrated data storage media because student data storage, teacher data, grade data, class data and class schedules that are done now are still using an offline application without you a database, so the problem in SMK Bina Medika, thus slowing down performance in presenting information quickly and precisely. This research aims to design a web-based academic information system. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The design system in making academic websites uses some software namely Sublime Taxt, Xamp which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, MySQL. Designing an academic information system to facilitate students, teachers and the Bina Medika Vocational High School (SMK) which was previously not available, student data, teacher data and the school is still separate so as to find out full information for quite a long time, with its website-based information system online is expected to make it easier for students, teachers and the Bina Medika Vocational High School (SMK), so that it can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the world, so early detection of heart conditions is very important. Detection related to cardiovascular disease can be conducted through the detection of heart signals interference, one of which is called phonocardiography. This study aims to classify heart disease based on phonocardiogram (PCG) signals using the convolutional neural networks (CNN). The study was initiated with signal preprocessing by cutting and normalizing the signal, followed by a continuous wavelet transformation process using a mother wavelet analytic morlet. The decomposition results are visualized using a scalogram, then the results are used as CNN input. In this study, the PCG signals used were classified into normal, angina pectoris (AP), congestive heart failure (CHF), and hypertensive heart disease (HHD). The total data used, classified into 80 training data and 20 testing data. The obtained model shows the level of accuracy, sensitivity, and diagnostic specificity of 100%, 100%, and 100% for training data, respectively, while the prediction results for testing data indicate the level of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of 85%, 80%, and 100%, respectively. This result proved to be better than the mother wavelet or other classifier methods, then the model was deployed into the graphical user interface (GUI).

Abstract

A conventional stethoscope (an acoustic stethoscope) is an acoustic medical device that is always used for preliminary examination of patients with any heart abnormalities. The main disadvantage of acoustic stethoscope is its dependence on how to use it and the experience of the examining physician. This paper presents a simple electronic stethoscope design in Phonocardiograph system that is free from subjectivity of doctors or other medical personnel. This electronic stethoscope is made sensitive in order to capture as many acoustic signal as possible from the activities of the human body, especially the heart and lungs. The design of this electronic stethoscope consists of chest piece, a pipe with proper acoustic impedance, mic condenser, mic preamp, and battery. The output of the mic preamp is connected to the mic channel on the laptop. The recording signal then processed separately. The repeatability of output signal was investigated in this paper. The signal was analyzed by using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The result showed that the frequency responsea of the output signals are consistent, hence the instrument is reliable. Furthermore, the frequency response of the system with filter that connecting chest piece and mic condensor were also investigated.

Abstract

Beberapa daerah di Wonogiri memiliki tanah yang mengandung kapur, sementara itu sebagian masyarakat mengonsumsi air yang berasal dari dalam tanah. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun 2016 ditemukan permasalahan dalam masyarakat di kelurahan Wonogiri yaitu sulitnya mendeteksi adanya kapur dalam air yang mereka konsumsi. Sebagai akibatnya banyak masyarakat yang menderita penyakit dalam yang diakibatkan pengendapan kapur di dalam tubuh mereka seperti penyakit ginjal. Oleh karenanya, tim PPM Fakultas MIPA Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta membangun sistem pendeteksi adanya kapur dalam cairan berbasis Light Emitting Diode (LED) dan Light Dependent Resistor (LDR). LED digunakan untuk menyinari cairan dengan kadar kapur yang berbeda-beda, kemudian LDR akan mendeteksi cahaya LED yang melewati cairan tersebut. Besar kecilnya nilai luaran LDR akan bergantung kadar kapur dalam cairan. Masyarakat sangat antusias dan mulai menggunakan alat ini untuk mendeteksi adanya kapur di air yang mereka konsumsi. Kata kunci: Kesadahan, LDR, LED Workshop On Detector of Water Hardness Based On Light Dependet Resistor In Giritontro Village, Giritontro District, Wonogiri RegencyAbstract           Some areas in Wonogiri contain hardness in its soil, while some people consume water that come from the soil. In community service activity in 2016, we found problems in the community in Giritontro, Wonogiri that is the difficulties to detect the hardness in the water that people consume. As a result, many people who suffer from internal diseases caused by the deposition of lime in their bodies such as kidney disease. Therefore, the PPM team of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Yogyakarta State University built a hardness detection system in liquid based Light Emitting Diode (LED) and Light Dependent Resistor (LDR). LEDs are used to irradiate fluids with different lime levels, then LDR will detect the LED light passing through the liquid. The size of the LDR output value will depend on the lime content in the liquid. People are very enthusiastic and start using this tool to detect the presence of limestone in the water they consume. Keywords: Hardness, LDR, LED

Abstract

Karang Taruna is an organization that exists in Indonesia. Because surely in every village there is this organization. Karang Taruna is a place for teenagers to develop themselves to be responsible and have a social spirit. Technological developments can now be enjoyed by everyone throughout the world. Looking for information, we just have to type in Google what we want, after that so many references appear so that we can read the latest information without fear of missing out on information and this is a very significant difference where in the past it was very difficult to get the latest information and You have to wait a while to get this information. Now a problem where people don't know about Karang Taruna Tegal Parang Village and the activities they carry out. The solution offered is training in creating a company profile website for Karang Taruna, Tegal Parang. The training is carried out using the Technical Assistance method in the form of Training. The results obtained from this training were that the youth organization administrators can understand how to create a company profile website and can host the website they created. So that it can produce the latest information to citizens.

Abstract

In private universities in Indonesia, student graduation is something that is worth paying attention to, because it will be an aspect of the success of the university. Universities certainly have data on students who graduated, where student graduation data is very important to be taken into consideration by private universities, however with a lot of data it will make it difficult for private universities to find information from this data. Other researchers have previously carried out student graduation data with the same data by examining student graduation data using other methods. So we need a data mining algorithm that has never been tested on student graduation data. The method used is the neural network method with an optimization method, namely the particle swarm optimization method, to test the data, which will later produce information that is very useful for universities. After testing the student graduation data and getting accuracy results using the neural network method of 84.55% and after being optimized using the particle swarm optimization method, the accuracy results were optimal with a value of 86.94%. These results can be used by private universities to predict that students will graduate on time before they take their final semester so that the student graduation rate will be high.
