Abstract

Abstract: The goals of this study are to; 1) analyze Madrasah principals' innovative leadership strategies in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar Makassar City and 2) assess the efficacy of Madrasah principals' visionary leadership in developing the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar Makassar City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of research data are the principal, the head of the foundation and the Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar teachers in Makassar City. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The approach taken is phenomenological. The data analysis of this study used qualitative methods, with data analysis carried out by steps, data reduction, data display, and 3) data verification. The data validity test is past due to source triangulation to test the validity of data. The results showed that the visionary leadership strategy of the headmaster of madrasah in developing the quality of education of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar in Makassar City, includes a) Looking to the future seen in the vision initiated, b) Able to formulate a clear vision, seen in the vision elaboration that refers to the vision madrasah, c) Able to change the vision into action, seen in the formulation of the mission and the exemplary attitude of the principal of the madrasah performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengkaji strategi kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar Kota Makassar, dan 2) mengetahui efektifitas kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah dalam pengembangan mutu pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dekriptif. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, ketua yayasan dan guru Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah fenomenologis. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah, data reduction (reduksi data), display (penyajian) data, dan 3) verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data menunggakan triangulasi sumber untuk pengujian keabsahan data penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar Kota Makassar, meliputi a) Berwawasan ke masa depan tampak pada visi yang digagas, b) Mampu merumuskan visi yang jelas, tampak pada penjabaran visi yang mengacu pada visi madrasah, c) Mampu mengubah visi ke dalam aksi, tampak pada rumusan misi dan sikap keteladanan kinerja kepala madrasah, d) Berani bertindak dalam meraih tujuan tampak pada upaya memecahkan masalah, mendisiplinkan seluruh staf, guru dan peserta didik serta melakukan terobosan-terobosan, e) Mampu menggalang orang lain tampak pada kepala madrasah mengorganisir guru maupun komite madrasah, f) Membangun hubungan secara efektif, tampak pada komunikasi, motivasi, dan transparansi kepala madrasah, g) Berpegang erat kepada nilai-nilai spiritual, tampak pada pegangan berlandaskan pada Al-Qur’an dan perilaku kepala madrasah, dan h) Innovatif dan proaktif tampak pada perbaikan dan penataan infrastruktur madrasah. Efektifitas kepemimpinan visoner kepala madrasah dalam pengembangan mutu pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Abrar Kota Makassar tampak pada, a) pelaksanaan standar proses tercapai, b) standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tercapai, c) standar sarana dan prasarana sudah memadai, dan d) standar pengelolaan berjalan dengan baik dan transparan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan media aplikasi Education Games berbasis budaya lokal dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak usia dini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes, pengamatan, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan media aplikasi Education Games berbasis budaya lokal maka kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak pada Kelompok B di TK Teratai Kota Makassar dapat meningkat, baik dari aktivitas mengajar guru, aktivitas belajar anak, maupun dari hasil tes belajar siswa, dimana pada siklus I kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan anak berada dalam kategori cukup sedangkan pada siklus II kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan anak berada dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

AbstractSocial-emotional development is a very important stage in the lifespan of early childhood. The aimed of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the role play-based approach in developing early childhood social-emotional. The research method employed was descriptive qualitative research which analysis with interactive analysis model. The data collection technique is done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that role-play approach are effectively develop early childhood social-emotional. Social-emotional learning activities using role play-based approach should be meet both motivation and interest of early childhood requirements.  Keywords: Role play, social-emotional development, and early childhood. AbstrakPerkembangan sosial-emosional merupakan tahapan yang sangat penting dalam rentang kehidupan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna bermain peran untuk mengembangkan kompetensi sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskrptif kualitatif yang analisis dengan model analisis interaktif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bermain peran sangat efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sosial-emosional melalui bermain peran maka faktor yang harus diperhatikan adalah faktor motivasi dan minat anak.Kata Kunci: Bermain peran, perkembangan sosial-emosional, dan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Using ICT Learning Media on Class V Science Learning Outcomes at Sd Lanraki I I Makassar. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of ICT learning media on the learning outcomes of science class V at SD Lanraki II Makassar. The approach to this study uses experimentalresearch used to determine the successful use of ICT Learning media. The population of this study was all grade V students of SD Lanraki II, while the study sample was 17 people. Data collection is carried out by observation, learning outcomes tests and documentation. The data collected in the study were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the results of the school environment questionnaire of 2180 and the results of the character building questionnaire of 2227 can be seen that the results of ICT-based learning affect the science learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Inpres Lanraki 2 Makassar City. Judging from the results of the paired sample t-test, the significance value was obtained by 0.000< 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of the Use of the Word Square Model to Motivate Student Learning During a Pandemic. This study aims to describe the use of the word square model in learning to motivate student learning during a pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative. The sample in this study was 30 grade III students of SD Negeri Daya I Kota Makassar. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the use of the word square learning model can increase the learning motivation of grade III elementary school students from the observation that the level of motivating student learning of 53.3% is included in the good category. It is known that the use of the word square model in learning in motivating learning in the early days of the pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract: Enhancing Early Childhood Creativity Through Proyek method in Paud KB Atirah Regency Pangkaje and Kepulauan. This research aims to increase early childhood creativity through the project method. In this study, thedata sum was group B of PAUD KB Atirah with 11 students. The object of researchis the creativity of children. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. This research was carried out 2 cycles, each cycle lasted for 2 meetings. The results showed that children's creativity ability increased after PTK. The results of previous observationsshowed that children who had children's creative abilities through the project method had not met the criteria, in cycle I it increased to (33.5%.) and in cycle II it had reached success indicators (75%). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the project method can increase creativity in children in Paud KB Atirah, Pangkajene Regency and islands.

Abstract

The number of unemployed college graduates is increasing because they generally expect to be employees and are not interested in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the formation of students' entrepreneurial attitudes through the independent entrepreneurial program and (2) the opportunities and challenges faced by students in the program. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study approach. The object of the research is the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar as the only organizer of the independent entrepreneurial program in eastern Indonesia, which was selected and beat the leading universities. The informants in this study were purposively selected committee members and students participating in the independent entrepreneurial program. The results showed the formation of students' entrepreneurial attitudes through workshops, business partner onboarding, entrepreneurial experience, and the expo. This program provides opportunities for students to acquire entrepreneurial knowledge, create their own businesses, and build networks with entrepreneurs. The challenge faced by students is convincing business partners of their product ideas and deadlines for preparing products for the expo.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) what is the description of the implementation of literacy activities on reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Inpre Barombong 2, Makassar City. (2) Do literacy activities influence reading interest and Indonesian language learning outcomes for Class IV Students at SD Inpres Barombong 2, Makassar City. The type of research used is experimental one group pretest-posttest which has one independent variable and two dependent variables. The independent variable is literacy activities and the dependent variable is reading interest and learning outcomes. The research population and sample were 36 grade IV students at SD Inpres Barombong 2, Makassar City. Instruments and data collection are activity observations, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The research results obtained are: (1) The implementation of learning literacy activities at SD Inpres Barombong 2, Makassar city is good. (2) There is an influence of literacy activities on students' reading interest after treatment of 69.4%, learning outcomes after treatment of 41.7%, for hypothesis testing obtained 0.000 < 0.005, namely Ho is rejected. Based on research, literacy activities have a positive and significant effect on reading interest and learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Inpres Barombong 2, Makassar city.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatuhui: (1) bagaimana gambaran pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi terhadap minat baca dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SD Inpre Barombong 2 Kota Makassar. (2) apakah kegiatan literasi berpengaruh terhadap minat baca dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas IV SD Inpres Barombong 2 kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperiment one group pretest-postest yang memiliki satu variabel bebas dan dua variabel terikat. Varibel bebas adalah kegiatan literasi dan variabel terikat adalah minat baca dan hasil belajar. Populasi dan Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Barombong 2 Kota Makassar sebanyak 36 siswa. Instrumen dan pengumpulan data yaitu observasi kegiatan, angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1) Pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi belajar di SD Inpres Barombong 2 kota Makassar baik. (2) Ada pengaruh kegiatan literasi terhadap minat baca siswa setelah perlakuan sebesar 69,4%, hasil belajar setelah perlakuan sebesar 41,7%, untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh 0,000 < 0,005 yaitu Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan penelitian maka kegiatan literasi berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap minat baca dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Barombong 2 kota Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi model Project Based Learning pada siswa kelas III SD Inpres Tabaringan serta untuk mengetahui peningkatan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila setelah penerapan model Projek Based Learning pada siswa kelas III SD Inpres Tabaringan. Jenis dan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Inpres Tabaringan yang berlokasi di jalan Yos Sudarso no. 31, Kecamatan Ujung Tanah Kota Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SD Inpres Tabaringan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 29 Maret sampai dengan tanggal 19 April 2023 pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan membuat penyederhanaan data, paparan atau penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Implementasi model Project Based Learning pada siswa kelas III SD Inpres Tabaringan berhasil diterapkan dengan menggunakan lima tahapan pembelajaran yaitu pembukaan (penentuan pertanyaan mendasar, desain (menyusun perencanaan projek), memantau siswa dan kemajuan projek serta penilaian hasil dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan PjBL tersebut: 2). Dengan adanya implementasi model Project Based Learning pada siswa kelas III SD Inpres Tabaringan terjadi peningkatan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi yang diamati yaitu karakter bergotong royong pada elemen siswa memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerjasama dengan individu/kelompok lain (kolaborasi) dan elemen siswa mampu menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya dan mengapresiasi upaya yang telah dilakukan anggota lain dalam kelompoknya (saling ketergantungan positif) memperoleh persentasi tertinggi yaitu 96.30% dengan kategori Sangat Tinggi, sedangkan pada elemen siswa mampu berkomunikasi, mendengar dan menyimak pesan dan gagasan orang lain (komunikasi) persentasenya 85,40% (Sangat Tinggi). Begitu pula pada dimensi Kreatif, persantase karakter siswa juga berada pada kategori Sangat Tinggi yaitu 88,89%.

Abstract

Research with the title description of parenting patterns in shaping the character of early childhood in tk aisyah mandalle. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of parenting in shaping the character of early childhood in Aisyiyah Kindergarten independently. The data collection techniques used in determining the truth of the problem are generally obtained through: Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of the research conducted are, Early childhood is a group of children who are in the process of growth and development that is unique. Early childhood is often called preschool, which has a sensitive period in its development, and the maturation of physical and psychological functions that are ready to respond to stimuli from the environment. This period is the most appropriate time to lay the first and main foundation in developing various potentials and physical abilities, cognitive, language, art, social emotional, spiritual, self-concept, and independence. The parenting pattern given by parents is democratic parenting, which means that parenting tends to encourage children to be open, but responsible and independent. The results of the above research are in accordance with the results of interviews with neighbors that the author conducted as a crosscheck of the results of interviews with parents and also based on observations made by the author, that parents have indeed provided good parenting to children.
