Abstract

Objective: This research aims to analyze the effect of populations administration information system technology on the performance of operator’s populations administration service through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. Method: Research design can be classified as explanatory/confirmatory research. The population to be studied is all employees of population administration service operators in sub-district offices throughout Jember Regency, amount 132 people. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS statistical tool. Results:  Findings of this research state that populations administration information system technology has significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior and the performance of operator’s populations administration service. Organizational citizenship behavior has significant effect on the performance of operator’s populations administration service. The population administration system has significant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. Novelty: This research uses a model of the influence of information system technology on service operator performance by involving organizational citizenship behavior as mediator or intervening. Thus, this model is the answer to the existing research gap related to staff performance.

Abstract

Objective: This study explores the influence of social media marketing, product quality, and price on consumer purchasing decisions through the intervening variable of customer trust in MSMEs in Mayang District, Jember Regency. The main objective of this study is to understand the relationship between these variables and provide guidance for MSMEs actors in optimizing their marketing strategies. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey involving MSME consumers. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Form and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. Results: The results of the study indicate that social media marketing, product quality, and price have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions through customer trust. The implications of this study indicate that marketing strategies that focus on increasing customer trust can improve purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty. Novelty: This study makes an important contribution to the academic literature and offers practical guidance for MSMEs in developing more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to analyze the effect of servant leadership style on the organization performance through the core value of competence as an intervening variable. Method: This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population to be studied is all staff of Regional Apparatus Organizations in Jember Regency, total 461 people. The number of samples used was 109 respondents and the sampling technique was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS statistical tool. Results: Findings of this research state that servant leadership style has a significant effect on the core value of competence and the organization performance. Core value of competence has significant effect on the organizational performance. The servant leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through the core value of competence. Novelty: This research uses a model of the influence of servant leadership style on organization performance by involving the core value of competence as mediator or intervening. Thus, this model is the answer to the existing research gap related to organizational performance.

Abstract

Objective: The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) is designed to improve the overall quality of public health while providing protection to individuals and families from the burden of high health care costs. The quality of National Health Insurance (JKN) services which are supported by human resource competencies such as speed, response to patient needs, and professionalism of medical personnel will improve employee performance and ultimately, this will have a positive impact on patient satisfaction. Method: This research was conducted at the Rambipuji Jember Community Health Center with 100 BPJS patients as respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS. Results: The research results show that: (1) JKN quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) JKN quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, (3) Employee performance has a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction,( 4) JKN quality has a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction through employee performance. Novelty: This study aims to examine how the quality of JKN services at Puskesmas plays a role in influencing patient satisfaction. This is important for understanding the connection between national health policies and patient experiences at the primary care level. Additionally, the study investigates the role of Puskesmas staff performance as a mediator between JKN quality and patient satisfaction, which could provide new insights into the importance of human resources in improving patient experiences.
