Abstract

As a manufacturer of cooking oil, margarine and oil with raw material of palm oil, PT. SMART Tbk. formed a refinery business unit to manage, market and sales the products. The refinery business unit PT. SMART Tbk. Surabaya hires employees who are required to have knowledge and skills according to the type of work. Therefore, the company held training each year aims to develop the knowledge and skills of employees optimally.According to the results of employee’s competency assessment on Production Department about implementing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point in 2012 conclude that the employee’s competency has not been as expected. To overcome that problem, required to design and build an application of training need analysis based competency. The analytical method to be used is the gap analysis between competencies required by the position with competencies owned by employee.Based on the result of testing and evaluation, it’s known that the application can determine the type of training effectively to what is actually needed by employee in accordance with requirement of competence on the job. In addition, using the application will also affect the cost savings because not at all employees are given training that is not required.

Abstract

An Administration Document is necessary for sales vehicle and must be completed by customers. This Administrative document collection is done at the one of Astra isuzu branch because this process involving cooperation between customers, sales units, Sales leasing, An Administration document for vehicle sales also serves as one of the absolute requirement on leasing demand credit application chosen by the applicant vehicle loans and determine the vehicle's credit application is accepted or not. There is a problem that has occurred during this time, where there are no regulation about deadline for collection of Administrative document that make delays in the all process of ordering vehicles. With the implementation of the Administrative Workflow Systems in this Monitoring system can help the customer to accelerate the collection of administration documents of sales vechicle and help the sales unit to immediately process the customer booking request and help sales leasing to immediately process subcribers vehicle if the loan application is accepted or not.

Abstract

Supplier selection is one important aspect that ensures smooth operations of firms, as well as in Derry Auto Service (DAS). Customers complained that the vehicle has been repaired similar damage after a few months of use because of the quality of the spare part is not replaced either. This happens because DAS just judging by the supplier selection criteria on the price of the cheapest goods. To improve the supplier selection process, DAS requires a decision support system that can process a variety of criteria that is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). With the supplier selection decision support system is expected to produce recommendations supplier selection results. Results of experiments performed on supplier selection decision support system generates a maximum of 15 criteria and 15 intensity rating. In addition, the application also generates a report on the current best suppliers Kusuma Indah Motor with brand criteria, price, quality, and speed of delivery that produces 0.58  priority value for Shell Helix HX 5 and 1 priority value for Shell Helix HX 7.

Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indowood private companies that moves in wood manufacture with the main product wood flooring and wood decking .Maximum firm production capacity when is 700 container per year but in 2015 total firm production of 600 container with the number of refusal order of about 20 container this was caused because methods used by companies are not yet optimal .The company uses the least work remaining ( lwr ) with priority given in the work have the number of processing left still needed to be done at least .This study attempts to help select company of a method of the best in make the production by comparing five method .Fifth this method is fcfs , edd , spt , lpt and lsf .The result of research this is the report scheduling production permesin and reports scheduling production permesin by the application of bebbasis desktop .The results of the tryouts application obtained value of 93 % and hasi.

Abstract

Abstract: Disperindag city of Palangkaraya is the city agency had authority to serve and publish such a license, license trading business (SIUP), the business place licence of letter (SITU), licence billboard nuisance or hiring order (HO), tourism licence, construction services business licence (SUJK), and the building permit licence (IMB) city of Palangkaraya in central Kalimantan. Currently the ministry of creation permission on Disperindag city of Palangkaraya was still using document based and manual systems resulting in the creation of a permit being long and make the applicant back and forth to take care of permission to Disperindag. Based on the above problems then proposed the application of service permit issuance with the concept of one stop. Web based application and services made onlinethe applicant need not commute comes to Disperindag for verification of data documents. With the application ministry publishing permit with the concept of one stop this increasing service on Disperindag city of Palangkaraya. The output can be generated in the form of issuance of licence trading business, the business place licence of letter, and permits installation of the billboard. Keywords: One stop service, the issuance of permit

Abstract: Department of Transportation is implementing elements of regional autonomy, which hold the majority of regional government affairs, the field of Communications., The Department of Transportation to apply timeliness in doing recording, reporting Letters, Department of Transportation often have inaccuracies in the distribution of letter, it made the performance becomes late addition to distribution, There are difficulties experienced by secretary part, these difficulties such as the mail storage (archiving). During the archiving process is done well. However, for the maintenance of the archives of the letter can be accomplished and is still experiencing some difficulties, difficulty finding process letter, affect the shrinkage process should be done by letter secretary section.Through the analysis, to overcome the experiences to which there is by utilizing information technology based on the concept of mail management to support the process receiving, data collection, distribution, archiving, anddeliveryofletters.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the web-based management application letter can provide ease of Acceptance of incoming mail from internal and external, to record, archive and distribute up to send mail out.

Abstract

Transportation Department of Surabaya in particular the Deputy Transport Infrastructure which has activities that organize and establish management and control communications infrastructure. Problems faced could not be monitoring the progress of time and project work in the field. So the evaluation and early identification of problems that arise in the field so the prevention and settlement can not be immediately implemented and carried out repairs upcoming activities.To cope with the problem it was designed monitoring and evaluation information system penmbangunan facilities and infrastructure, the system is run by media websites that will be accessed easily through a smartphone, phablet, tablets and devices that can access other internet used by field supervisors.It was concluded that the application to assist and facilitate the task of the stakeholders in the process of monitoring and evaluation of development projects at the Department of Transportation in Surabaya. Abstract:  CV. Lintas Nusa is a company engaged in the field of offset printing and digital printing. This company is a printing where a minimum order 4 reams of paper, except that large can be in the order in small amounts. CV. Lintas Nusa hereinafter called the company's production process if there is an order.In the CV. Lintas Nusa, customer first perform mold goods orders in the sales department. After receiving orders from customers, the sales department will calculate the cost of production of each item of customer orders. The calculation of the cost of production is calculated from the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs, and 30 percent advantage of the company to obtain the selling price of each item. After completing the calculation of cost of production and sales price, the sales department will confirm the total price to the customer, if the customer agrees to the price, the sales department will store data on the customer order receipt transaction order printed materials. Upon receipt of a customer order and calculate the cost of production, the purchasing department will undertake the making purchases orders, purchasing department made a list of all the raw material requirements for each customer order. Making Purchases order to help facilitate the purchasing department in the purchase of raw materials, so that all the necessary raw material requirements listed. Part of purchase of raw materials purchases. Problems faced by the company is, the current CV. Lintas Nusa in the calculation of the cost of production, not all costs included in the calculation of the cost of production. The costs included in cost of production is only the cost of materials and direct labor costs, while the overhead costs are not included in the calculation of the cost of production. As a result, the cost of production resulting smaller and not appropriate. This affects the price offered by the company to customers and also affect earnings, the company can not know and do not generate profits that actually. In addition, the problems faced by the company is, as long as the company does not make a report the cost of production so that the company can not know the cost of production per period.
