Abstract

This study is to examine among environmentally concerned customers in Mojokerto the impact of Green Brand Positioning, Green Brand Knowledge, Green Perceived Value, and Attitude Towards Purchasing Green items on Purchase Intention of Maybelline Green Edition cosmetic items. Following non-probability with judgemental sampling, then random sampling produced a sample of 170 responders. Direct messaging to green customers and online questionnaires sent on social media such Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram helped to gather data as well. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used with SmartPLS 4 program to data analysis. The study shows that, both directly and by mediation, Green Brand Positioning, Green Brand Knowledge, and Green Perceived Value significantly influence Purchase Intention. Furthermore found to have a major impact on purchase intention of green items is attitude towards buying them.

Abstract

Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata prioritas negara Indonesia. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang sering dikunjungi wisatawan saat ke Yogyakarta adalah kawasan Malioboro. Malioboro merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata di Yogyakarta yang paling sering dikunjungi wisatawan, baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan atribut destinasi pariwisata yang terdiri dari atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Kawasan Malioboro. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total responden/jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 responden yang dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan atribut destinasi wisata yang terdiri dari atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan atraksi sebagai variabel yang lebih dominan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan akses, daya tarik yang luar biasa dari destinasi serta kualitas fasilitas memiliki peranan penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman yang sangat memikat bagi para wisatawan. Selain itu, adanya pusat informasi wisata juga memberikan dampak positif bagi tempat wisata itu sendiri.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the influence of free trial experience and aesthetic design on buying interest Genshin Impact game products in Surabaya. A quantitative approach is used to answer the research problem formulation. The research sample consisted of 95 respondents who used the Genshin game in Surabaya. The data analysis technique is carried out using partial least square analysis using the SmartPLs program. The research results show that free trial experience and aesthetic design have a significant positive effect on interest in purchasing Genshin game products in Surabaya.

Abstract

Research aims: This study examines the causal relationships affecting export performance, including market orientation, proactive orientation, and market capability. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a quantitative approach, which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 140 MSMEs in East Java that had already exported. This study was tested utilizing SmartPLS 4 with partial least squares-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) analysis.Research findings: The results exhibited that market orientation significantly affected export performance and market capability. Proactive orientation substantially affected export performance and market capabilities. Besides, market capability directly and significantly influenced the relationship between market orientation, proactive orientation, and export performance.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Adding market capability as a mediating variable to test the influence of market orientation and proactive orientation on export performance in export MSMEs in Surabaya.Practitioners/Policy Implications: In improving the export performance of MSMEs, oversight institutions or policymakers are expected to provide regular education, training, and guidance on how to observe and take advantage of changes in the export market, obtain information about customers and the export market situation and study and identify opportunities that exist in the export market.Research Limitations/Implications: In this study, the research locations were limited to the Surabaya area, so further researchers can expand the research locations. Data collection can also be done by interviewing, so that respondents are more open to answering questions. In addition, there were only three variables affecting export performance in this study: market orientation, proactive orientation, and market capability. Because the R-Square value of market capability was still at 0.392, or 40%, other independent variables can influence as much as 60%, such as customer orientation, international orientation, demographic orientation, strategic orientation, and others. Besides, the R-Square value of export performance was 0.538, or 54%, so other mediating variables may affect as much as 467%, such as innovation, production, and productive and dynamic capabilities.
