Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) provides the aim of improving the quality of service becomes faster, more convenient, and accurate on the basis of human resources (HR) is competent. Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) & Umum is part assigned to training for all employees PDC. Based on identification and analysis of problems, SDI & Umum has a problem in the process of determining the training needs for assessment competence test has not shown effective results. Impact, time to analyze customer samples will be long and causing delays lab results. This resulted in the PDC service quality to decrease. To overcome these problems, then made application solutions competency-based training needs analysis. This application can analyze the value of the results of competency tests to generate the amount of tolerance gap on the type and level of competence. Analysis of the gap tolerance can be seen priority training needs for each employee. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation of systems, applications have suitability between the results of calculations using the application with using manual calculations. The application obtained the information gap that training needs are categorized by level knowledge, skill, and attitude.

Abstract

PT. Ume Sembada Gresik is a company that supplied the field of outsourced labor. The quality of human resources is one of the important factors to improve the productivity of the company's performance. PT. Ume Sembada Gresik strive to improve the quality of the company to conduct an evaluation / assessment of performance in a way that is still manual. Performance appraisal system needs to be developed in the PT. Ume Sembada Gresik so as to assist in the performance appraisal problems. performance appraisal systems in this company are implemented using the Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee) as determining the rankings. This method is part of meode Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With Promethee methods, assessment of an employee will be assessed taking into account the differences between the criteria for each employee to another employee. Based on the results of the implementation and testing of systems, employee performance appraisal system on PT. Ume Sembada Gresik to result in any employee performance appraisals faster than manual calculation. These results can be demonstrated by the performance appraisal report. Abstract

Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW) yang secara umum disebut TKI (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia) adalah sebutan bagi warga negara Indonesia yang bekerja di luar negeri. TKI sering disebut sebagai pahlawan devisa karena menurut Badan Nasional Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BNP2TKI), TKI menyumbang devisa sejumlah Rp 40 triliun (s.d Mei 2012) dan sekaligus mengurangi angka pengangguran, tetapi realitanya banyak masalah yang muncul yang menimpa para TKI. Selama tahun 2012 terjadi  4.577 kasus, seperti penganiayaan, pembunuhan, pemerkosaan, gaji tidak dibayar, dikurung tidak boleh keluar rumah, lari dari majikan hingga meninggal dunia akibat kekerasan dan eksploitasi serta berbagai bentuk kejahatan lainnya yang sudah menjadi cerita lama yang terus berulang dari waktu ke waktu, akan tetapi TKI kurang mendapatkan perhatian dan jaminan yang maksimal bagi keberadaan dan keselamatan mereka saat bekerja di negeri orang. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem berbasis teknologi informasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi SMS Gateway dan telepon selular yang dihubungkan dengan sistem bantuan pertolongan darurat ini. Seorang TKI yang mengalami masalah serius bisa mengirim pesan pendek (SMS) dengan format tertentu ke nomor telepon tertentu yang terhubung dengan sistem yang dikembangkan ini, kemudian sistem tersebut akan “menterjemahkan” data yang dikirim tersebut dan mengirimkan SMS pemberitahuan darurat yang berisi nama dan alamat TKI yang mendapat masalah tersebut kepada pihak-pihak yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan bantuan. Dengan SMS darurat yang dikirim oleh sistem, maka TKI akan mendapatkan bantuan pertolongan dari pihak-pihak terkait seperti Agen TKI setempat, Konsulat Jendral, Duta Besar bahkan BNP2TKI di Jakarta. Sistem yang dibangun ini tetap dapat membantu TKI asal masih dapat mengirim sms dari handphone siapapun walaupun handphone milik yang bersangkutan disita oleh majikan. Bagi tenaga TKI yang mengalami perpindahan alamat tempat bekerja, sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fasilitas update data melalui SMS agar apabila terjadi sesuatu maka akan bisa diketahui keberadaannya dengan tepat.

Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi belakangan ini, banyak sekali dimanfaatkan baik oleh pelajar, masyarakat umum, bahkan para produsen yang ingin meningkatkan pelayanan dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran.Hal ini juga merambah pada produsen makanan, khususnya restoran waralaba yang semakin menjamur di Indonesia. Selama ini untuk melayani konsumen, salah satu produsen  memanfaatkan saluran telpon untuk menerima pesanan dari konsumen. Tentunya pelayanan melalui saluran telpon ini mempunyai berbagai kekurangan yang tentunya dapat mengurangi kepuasan konsumen. Diantaranya konsumen hanya mengetahui nomer telpon outlet tertentu yang lokasinya sangat jauh dari konsumen padahal ada outlet yang lebih dekat dengan konsumen, hal ini tentu tidak menguntungkan konsumen karena akan menerima pesanan lebih lama dikarenakan jarak outlet yang jauh dari konsumen.  Untuk memperbaiki kekurangan tersebut, tampaknya produsen ingin memanfaatkan kelebihan internet yang akhir – akhir ini mewabah di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan sistem pemesanan makanan cepat saji melalui internet dengan multi outlet ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang sering dikeluhkan oleh konsumen. Konsumen cukup memesan makanan yang diinginkan melalui web yang disediakan dengan mengklik  menu yang tersedia. Kemudian menu yang telah dipesan oleh konsumen dikirimkan ke server. Setelah itu server akan mengolah data pesanan dan dengan menggunakan algoritma jarak terpendek dan mengirimkan email kepada outlet yang terdekat dengan konsumen untuk melayani pesanan tersebut. Kemudian outlet yang lokasinya lebih dekat akan mengirimkan pesanan kepada konsumen sehingga pesanan tersebut dapat diterima konsumen lebih cepat. Untuk pembayarannya dilakukan setelah pesanan tiba ke alamat konsumen.

Abstract

With background of Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesian state trying to make various efforts, so people comply health protocols. One of them is through PeduliLindungi application. PeduliLindungi has 3 main functions, namely tracing, tracking, warning and fencing. However, PeduliLindungi is deemed unable to meet user needs in terms of appearance and experience provided. This study aims to find factors that affect user experience in PeduliLindungi app based on UX Honeycomb. UX Honeycomb is a tool that can explain various aspects of user experience design in 7 indicators and grouped into 3 variables. The 3 variables are Think (useful, valuable, credible), Feel (desirable, credible), and Use (findable, accessible, usable). This study uses primary data by distributing online questionnaires to 404 respondents contains 15 statements that represent all UX Honeycomb variables, with 5 scales of answer choices namely strongly disagree/disagree/neutral/agree/strongly agree. From the calculation results, it is found that all variables and indicators significantly affect user experience with greatest level of influence being on the Think variable at 0,418, the second Use at 0,219, and the last is Feel at 0,151. Further research is expected can measure the level of influence on user experience by making direct comparisons with similar health apps.

Abstract

Abstract:  CV. Lintas Nusa is a company engaged in the field of offset printing and digital printing. This company is a printing where a minimum order 4 reams of paper, except that large can be in the order in small amounts. CV. Lintas Nusa hereinafter called the company's production process if there is an order.In the CV. Lintas Nusa, customer first perform mold goods orders in the sales department. After receiving orders from customers, the sales department will calculate the cost of production of each item of customer orders. The calculation of the cost of production is calculated from the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs, and 30 percent advantage of the company to obtain the selling price of each item. After completing the calculation of cost of production and sales price, the sales department will confirm the total price to the customer, if the customer agrees to the price, the sales department will store data on the customer order receipt transaction order printed materials. Upon receipt of a customer order and calculate the cost of production, the purchasing department will undertake the making purchases orders, purchasing department made a list of all the raw material requirements for each customer order. Making Purchases order to help facilitate the purchasing department in the purchase of raw materials, so that all the necessary raw material requirements listed. Part of purchase of raw materials purchases. Problems faced by the company is, the current CV. Lintas Nusa in the calculation of the cost of production, not all costs included in the calculation of the cost of production. The costs included in cost of production is only the cost of materials and direct labor costs, while the overhead costs are not included in the calculation of the cost of production. As a result, the cost of production resulting smaller and not appropriate. This affects the price offered by the company to customers and also affect earnings, the company can not know and do not generate profits that actually. In addition, the problems faced by the company is, as long as the company does not make a report the cost of production so that the company can not know the cost of production per period.

Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indowood private companies that moves in wood manufacture with the main product wood flooring and wood decking .Maximum firm production capacity when is 700 container per year but in 2015 total firm production of 600 container with the number of refusal order of about 20 container this was caused because methods used by companies are not yet optimal .The company uses the least work remaining ( lwr ) with priority given in the work have the number of processing left still needed to be done at least .This study attempts to help select company of a method of the best in make the production by comparing five method .Fifth this method is fcfs , edd , spt , lpt and lsf .The result of research this is the report scheduling production permesin and reports scheduling production permesin by the application of bebbasis desktop .The results of the tryouts application obtained value of 93 % and hasi.

Abstract

Hermasari Motor is a showroom of buying and selling a used car that is the beginning of standing at Jl. A. Yani Km. 4,500 Banjarmasin South Kalimantan and is now at Jl. A. Yani Km. 9,100. At the beginning stood Hermasari Motor can only accommodate 10 cars and now Hermasari Motor can accommodate 35 cars. Motor Hermasari turnover obtained about 1-2 billion per month. Problems faced Hermasari Motor is the customer does not buy a car because cars that customers want are not available and the alternative offered by the car showroom is not in accordance with customer requirements, customer consequently go straight to another showroom. Own car showroom recorded data for desired customers but not available in the showroom. The showroom owner buys and holds the car in the showroom, because too many requests from customers so cars must have a broader area. To menaggulangi the problems above, the Showroom has widen the land, but have not been effective due to the widening of the land cost is very high.The solution to overcome the problems experienced by owners of the showroom is to relationship management, marketing, and online catalogs. Management of relationships with partners to establish cooperation with partners. With the cooperation showroom informed car owned partner. With this information, the showroom has a stock of more cars without having to put the car in the showroom. Showroom does not require a large area to accommodate all the cars. Marketing for determining the selling price of the Hermasari Motor cars and Partner thus gaining profit. The online catalog contains Hermasari Motor cars and partners to increase the reach of the market in car sales Hermasari Motor.After doing the implementation and evaluation of Applications Marketing Drives Online Catalog Based Client Relationship Management at Hermasari Motor accordance with the solution. Applications are made online based so that it can expand market share, because it can be accessed anywhere and customers can see the stocks owned car showroom without having to showroom. Applications can management relationship between the showroom with a partner. With the partnerships, Hermasari Motor obtain car information into the stock car Hermasari Motor so it does not require widening of the land. Applications can increase turnover and profits without the use of capital, because the showroom to get a car turnover without having to buy in advance and the price is determined by the car showroom that benefit. Applications can report selling car based on transaction history, so that the party could provide the showroom and the car more. Applications can establish communication between the showroom with partners or customers, so as to find out their needs.

Abstract

An Administration Document is necessary for sales vehicle and must be completed by customers. This Administrative document collection is done at the one of Astra isuzu branch because this process involving cooperation between customers, sales units, Sales leasing, An Administration document for vehicle sales also serves as one of the absolute requirement on leasing demand credit application chosen by the applicant vehicle loans and determine the vehicle's credit application is accepted or not. There is a problem that has occurred during this time, where there are no regulation about deadline for collection of Administrative document that make delays in the all process of ordering vehicles. With the implementation of the Administrative Workflow Systems in this Monitoring system can help the customer to accelerate the collection of administration documents of sales vechicle and help the sales unit to immediately process the customer booking request and help sales leasing to immediately process subcribers vehicle if the loan application is accepted or not.
