Abstract

Information credibility in social media is becoming the most important part of information sharing in the society. The literatures have shown that there is no labeling information credibility based on user competencies and their posted topics. This study increases the information credibility by adding new 17 features for Twitter and 49 features for Facebook. In the first step, we perform a labeling process based on user competencies and their posted topic to classify the users into two groups, credible and not credible users, regarding their posted topics. These approaches are evaluated over ten thousand samples of real-field data obtained from Twitter and Facebook networks using classification of Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (Logit) and J48 algorithm (J48). With the proposed new features, the credibility of information provided in social media is increasing significantly indicated by better accuracy compared to the existing technique for all classifiers.

Abstract

Requirement engineering is the earliest phases of the development process of information systems in which there is a process to understand the needs of system users and formulate it into a format that facilitates the process of analysis. Requirement engineering approach through intentional perspective is one of the arguments that appear in the field. In intentional modeling, the focus will lie on the motive of every actor, how each actor can achieve their motives, and what dependencies present in order to achieve that motive. Some existing intentional modeling still has some limitations. Modeling is still having complexity problem when it will be used to model real-world situations that are quite large. Another disadvantage is how to describe the hierarchical conditions in intentional modeling. This research is to develop existing intentional modeling, in order to overcome limitations in describing the hierarchical conditions.

Abstract

The Social Media Platforms, as the one of largest part of today data traffic on the Internet, disseminate a vast volume of information, including medical information in it. Knowledge management system (KMS) approach is applied with purpose to capture, maintain, and manage tacit or explicit knowledge available and collected within the social media platforms, organization’s database, knowledge base, or document repository. By adding Indonesian Natural Language Processing (InaNLP), Machine Learning and Data Mining approach, our research has proposed a framework which is theoretically designed to improve the previous research related to social media knowledge capture model and enhance its accuracy and reliability of knowledge retrieved compared to previous knowledge capture model. This system mainly aimed for medical practitioner to give a quick suggestion of the diseases regarding to the early diagnose which has been taken in the first place. On this current research state, the pre-processing phase of the framework implementation and knowledge presentation is our main concernto maximize the information value for the knowledge users and also to reduce the language issues in texts such as ambiguity, inconsistency, use of slang vocabulary, etc.According to this research’s goal, we have designed an algorithm to extract feature from dataset.

Abstract

In order to support the adaptive SGfL, teaching materials must be represented in game component that becomes the target of adaptivity. If adaptive architecture of the game only use game state (GS) to recognize player's state, SGfL require another indicator -learning state (LS)- to identify the learning progress. It is a necessary to formulate computational framework for both states in SGfL.The computational framework was divided into two moduls, macro-strategy and micro-strategy. Macro-strategy control the learning path based on learning map in AND-OR Graph data stucture. This paper focus on the Macro-strategy modul, that using online, direct, and centralized adaptivity method. The adaptivity in game has five components as its target. Based on those targets, eight development models of SGfL concept was enumerated. With similarity and difference analysis toward possibility of united LS and GS in computational framework to implement the nine SGfL concept into design and application, there are three groups of the development models i.e. (1) better united GS and LS, (2) must manage LS and GS as different entity, and (3) can choose whether to be united or not. In the model which is united LS with GS, computing model at the macro-strategy modul use and-or graph and forward chaining. However, in the opposite case, macro-strategy requires two intelligent computing solutions, those are and-or graph with forward chaining to manage LS collaborated with Finite State Automata to manage GS. The proposed computational framework of SGfL was resulted from the similarity and difference analysis toward all possible representations of teaching materials into the adaptive components of the game. It was not dependent of type of learning domain and also of the game genre.

Abstract

The ability of self-adaptive software in responding to change is determined by contextual requirements, i.e. a requirement in capturing relevant context-atributes and modeling behavior for system adaptation. However, in most cases, modeling for self-adaptive software is does not take into consider the requirements evolution based on contextual requirements. This paper introduces an approach through requirements modeling languages directed to adaptation patterns to support requirements evolution. The model is prepared through contextual requirements approach that is integrated into MAPE-K (monitor, anayze, plan, execute - knowledge) patterns in goal-oriented requirements engineering. As an evaluation, the adaptation process is modeled for cleaner robot. The experimental results show that the requirements modeling process has been able to direct software into self-adaptive capability and meet the requirements evolution.

Salah satu tujuan dari penerapan arsitektur enterprise adalah menciptakan keselarasan antara bisnis danteknologi informasi bagi kebutuhan organisasi, penerapan arsitektur enterprise tidak terlepas dari bagaimanasebuah organisasi merencanakan dan merancang arsitektur enterprise tersebut. Untuk melakukan perancanganarsitektur enterpise diperlukan suatu metodologi yang lengkap serta mudah digunakan, TOGAF ADMmerupakan metodologi yang lengkap, banyak organisasi yang tidak memahami secara jelas bagaimanatahapan-tahapan dari metodologi tersebut diterjemahkan kedalam aktivitas perancangan arsitektur enterprise.Tahapan dalam perancangan arsitektur enterprise sangatlah penting dan akan berlanjut pada tahapanberikutnya yaitu rencana implementasi. Abstract

Universitas Pasundan salah satu tempat untuk melaksanakan studi kasus, selanjutnya disebut UNPASberlokasi di Kota Bandung. Pada saat ini sedang upaya merencanakan integrasi dan memaksimalkanpemantauan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) yang dimiliki di setiap program studi menjadi suatu unggulankompetensi dalam melaksanakan proses bisnis. Masalah yang dihadapi, secara komprehensip belum terdefinisiadanya prosedur baku tertulis yang mencerminkan link kompetensi SDM antar program studi di LingkunganUNPAS. Pengembangan SISDM (Sistem Informasi SDM) masih berfokus pada masing-masing program studi.Pengelolaan IT (Information Technology) tidak lepas dari pengawasan kendala-kendala yang mungkinmuncul, meliputi: keterlambatan penyajian atau ketidaklengkapan data yang akan diproses, informasi tidak sah,resiko layanan antar unit organisasi, resiko pengawasan, dan keadilan pemenuhan kebutuhan IT belummenyeluruh.Suatu penelitian telah diusulkan model IT Governance untuk SISDM, guna mengendalikanketidaksesuaian antara program yang direncanakan dan pencapaian tujuan aktivitas SDM. Abstract

Sistem Informasi merupakan asset bagi suatu perusahaan yang bila diterapkan dengan baik akanmemberikan kelebihan untuk berkompetensi sekaligus meningkatkan kemungkinan bagi kesuksesan suatu usaha.Dalam mengimplementasikan sistem informasi tersebut harus adanya suatu tolok ukur untuk mencegahterjadinya hal-hal di luar rencana organisasi, dan pengoperasian sistem informasi yang dilakukan secara efektifdan efisien. Tujuan pengukuran terhadap sistem informasi tersebut adalah untuk meyakinkan manajemen bahwaapakah kinerja sistem informasi yang ada pada organisasi nya sesuai dengan perencanaan dan tujuan usahayang dimilikinya.Audit SI merupakan wujud dari pengukuran tersebut. COBIT merupakan salah satu metodology yangmemberikan kerangka dasar dalam menciptakan sebuah Teknologi Informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhanorganisasi dengan tetap memperhatikan faktor–faktor lain yang berpengaruh. Sebagai model untuk organisasisistem informasi, maka COBIT memuat kendali yang sifatnya generik.Usulan Model Audit yang dibuat dapat digunakan khusus untuk menilai proses penyampaian dukunganpelayanan informasi di dalam industri pesawat terbang. Penilaian tersebut dilakukan melalui kendali danindikator kinerja yang merupakan hasil ekstraksi dari COBIT. Berdasarkan model tersebut, sebuah kuesionerakan dibentuk untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat maturity Sistem Informasi Perawatan Pesawat Terbang.Kata kunci: pengukuran, kendali & indikator kinerja, Audit SI

Abstract

E-government dapat dipahami sebagai upaya pemerintah untuk menyediakan layanan publik yang efisien dan efektif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan maka diperlukan kondisi atau keadaan tertentu yang mendukung.Kondisi ini dapat diartikan sebagai kesiapan atau readiness. Terkait dengan e-government maka readiness merupakan kondisi atau keadaan kesiapan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat pengguna terkait dengan pelayanan berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Tingkat kesiapan yang dicapai memiliki korelasi positif dengan keberhasilan dalam mencapai tahap pengembangan e-government suatu kabupaten atau kotamadya. Makalah ini akan memaparkan kajian secara teoritis tentang model pendekatan e-government readiness sebuah kabupaten atau kotamadya di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Clustering, partitional, incremental, distance.

Abstract

E-Government didefinisikan sebagai penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi oleh pemerintah sehingga terjadi proses pemerintahan yang efisien. Salah satu tujuannya adalah menyediakan informasi kepada masyarakat, memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik, dan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui ketersediaan akses. Untuk menilai kemungkinan berhasilnya penerapan e-government digunakan indikator E-Readiness. Dalam makalah ini akan dibahas tentang budaya organisasi sebagai salah satu dugaan parameter untuk pengukuran e-readiness penerapan e-government oleh pemerintah kota / kabupaten di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi,e-readiness,e-government.
