Abstract

Merger merupakan kombinasi dari dua atau lebih perusahaan menjadi sebuah perusahaan tunggal yang mencakup akuisi serta bentuk lain dari penggabungan. Proses merger memiliki banyak tantangan pada tahap integrasi pascamerger (Trautwein, 1990). Proses integrasi dapat memicu berbagai masalah dan perubahan. Integrasi yang tidak baik dapat menyebabkan kegagalan pada proses merger secara keseluruhan (Shrivastava, 1986). Penelitian ini mencoba melakukan analisis dan merumuskan rekomendasi perancangan Arsitektur enterprise, yang dapat menanggulangi masalah-masalah yang akan muncul pada tahap integrasi pascaproses merger.  Dengan adanya perancangan arsitektur enterprise yang baik, diharapkan terwujudnya keselarasan antara teknologi informasi dan kebutuhan bisnis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tata kelola TI dan TOGAF ADM, maka dirancang tahapan-tahapan Arsiterktur enterprise yang terdiri dari Fase A Arsitektur Visi, Fase B Arsitektur Bisnis, Fase C Arsitektur Sistem Informasi, Fase D Arsitektur Teknologi, dan Fase E Peluang dan solusi. Akhirnya, penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan langkah dan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan pascaproses merger pada sebuah perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The community's need for social media is increasing, since the media can be used to express their opinion, especially the Twitter. Sentiment analysis can be used to understand public opinion a topic where the accuracy can be measured and improved by several methods. In this paper, we introduce a hybrid method that combines: (a) basic features and feature expansion based on Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and (b) basic features and feature expansion based on tweet-based features. We train three most common classifiers for this field, i.e., Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (Logit), and Naïve Bayes (NB). From those two feature expansions, we do notice a significant increase in feature expansion with tweet-based features rather than based on TF-IDF, where the highest accuracy of 98.81% is achieved in Logistic Regression Classifier.

Abstract

Tujuan pengembangan Knowledge Management (KM) di Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) adalah meningkatkan tingkat keberlangsungan UKM yang adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan, metode kolaborasi KM di komunitas UKM. Pendekatan kolaborasi untuk menciptakan (create)knowledge, menangkap (capture) knowldege, mengorganisasi (organise) knowledge, mengakses (access) knowledge, menggunakan (use) knowledge di UKM berbasis komunitas. Paper ini sebagai studi literatur untuk melihat peluang pengembangan Akses Knowledge di UKM, dengan melihat komponen-komponen penyusuan KM. Hipotesis kekuatan komunitas dalam kolaborasi pengembangan UKM.

Abstract

[Id] Pengelolaan koleksi data merupakan hal yang sangat kritis, apalagi jika melibatkan volume data yang sangat besar, karena hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap performansi sistem secara menyeluruh. Suatu rancangan strategi khusus dibutuhkan bagi penyediaan performansi sistem, sehingga sistem mampu mengerjakan tugas-tugasnya sesuai dengan indikator sistem. Salah satu inini. Makalah ini akan menguraikan salah satu persoalan yang berhubungan dengan application tuning, terutama beberapa hal yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan penggunaan segmentasi atau partisi untuk mengelompokan koleksi data yang besar. Pembahasan diawali dengan latar belakang, dilanjutkan dengan teori-teori terkait, kemudian mendefinisikan ilustrasi kasus, analisis dan pembahasan kasus, proses implementasi dan pengujian, serta kesimpulan dan pekerjaan kedepan [EN] Management of data collection is one of critical matter, event if involving a large volume of data because its will affect to all system performance. a particular strategic planning is needed to provision system performance, then the system able to do its jobs suitable with system indicator. one of very general indicator that can be used to assess system performance is speed. Basically, speed connected with tuning technique, and at the current time, there are many types, both theory or methodology that can be used in tuning technique. This paper will depict one problem that related to tuning application, especially some item that related with the requirement of using segmentation or partition to grouping large data collection. Depiction started with a background, then continued with related theories, case illustration, analyze and case description, implementation process, testing, conclusion and future works.

Abstract

[Id]Mengkonstruksi perangkat lunak self-adaptive sangat berbeda dengan mengkonstruksi perangkat lunak non self-adaptive, hal ini menuntut banyak cara yang harus ditempuh untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Salah satunya adalah pada tahapan pemodelan requirements. Pendekatan yang digunakan saat melakukan pemodelan requirements untuk perangkat lunak self-adaptive, tidak cukup hanya menangkap kebutuhan sesuai dengan kondisi systems-as-is. Namun kebutuhan systems-to-be yang berhubungan dengan spesifikasi perilaku, dan kemampuannya untuk menangani perubahan ketika sistem sedang berjalan, merupakan faktor penting yang harus terpenuhi. Makalah ini membahas pemodelan requirements untuk mengembangkan self-adaptive systems, dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan goal oriented requirements engineering dan feedback loop. Diawali dengan latar belakang, kemudian menguraikan penelitian terkait, dilanjutkan dengan konsep yang diusulkan beserta contoh penerapannya, dan diakhir bahasan kami menguraikan pekerjaan untuk masa depan serta kesimpulan.Kata kunci:Requirements modeling, goal oriented requirements engineering, self-adaptive systems, feedback loop[En]Construction of self-adaptive software is very different with the construction of non-self-adaptive software, its require many ways that must be through to gain these goals. one of them is on the requirement of modelling phase. The approach that used, when conduct modelling requirement is not enough to catch the needs appropriate with as-is system condition, but the requirement of to-be systems that connected with behaviour specification and its ability to handle transformation when system running is an important factor that must be fulfilled. this paper describes requirement modelling to develop self-adaptive systems, with goal oriented engineering integration approach and loop feedback. Started with the background, then untangle related research, continued with proposed concept and its implementation example, and in the last description, we untangle conclusion and our future works.Keywords: Requirements modeling, goal oriented requirements engineering, self-adaptive systems, feedback loop

Abstract

Along the implementation of Information Technology (IT), there are incident, request, problem, and event. According to this, organizations need to implement a function which can be a single point to provide communication between IT service provider and IT users. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) mentions service desk as a function to operate solution of  this matter. But, recently organizations find new challenge which is related to service desk staffs’ motivation. The repeated activities which are run by service desk may cause saturation. This situation will affect workplace enviroment and productivity. In this research, we propose a design to help organization build game-like activities as solution to boost service desk’s motivation which can give good impact to service desk’s quality. Our proposed design uses game approach and ITIL practices to ensure that game-based service desk is well designed.

Abstract

Enterprise governance for higher education can be viewed as arrangements that include a variety of university assets in order to support the strategy in achieving the goals and objectives.  In the implementation governance in university there are factors that affect good governance which are individual or groups. These factors are then called an enabler of enterprise governance. In the previous research obtained the fact that the enabler of enterprise governance that provide significant influence in the governance of vocational higher education is the organization structure and information. Using four common dimensions for enablers in COBIT 5 Enabler Generic Model will give recommendation for governance in vocational higher education. These recommendations are expected help the vocational higher education in preparation of blue print of governance needs by considering the enablers of organizational structure and information.

Abstract

Integration ofinfonnation system in organization’s business is a critical thing in titr‘s inionnatrbn economy are. Hence, informatron system will no longerbe seen as an enabler to achieve organization's strategy, moreover, as an integral part of the strategy itself. To be able to gain competitive advantage, infonnation technology needs to be aligned with the organisation ‘s goal. Questions arise for organisation that implement information technology are how far the implementation of information technology has achieved the business goal? What is performance of informationtechnology processess in organisation? And what is the condition of information technology processess?This paper will explain about the development of information technology framework for organization in lndonesia. COBIT is used as a reference when develop this homework. The framework is developed through the observation over real implementation of infonnation technology in public hospital and university. Abstract

Perguruan tinggi (PT) diakui sebagai salah satu pilar pembangunan masyarakat. Dengan semangat Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang meliputi kegiatan pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat, perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kehidupan masyarakat suatu negara. Namun adakalanya kegiatan operasional tersebut berdampak kepada kebutuhan dana yang tidak sedikit sehingga tidak jarang perguruan tinggi dengan dukungan dana minim mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan proses kegiatan operasionalnya tersebut. Hadirnya teknologi cloud computing dirasa dapat menjadi sebuah solusi efektif dan efisien bagi perguruan tinggi dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya. Tantangan yang harus dihadapi organisasi perguruan tinggi pada saat akan mengadopsi teknologi baru seperti cloud computing, tentunya akan sangat berhubungan dengan adanya kesiapan teknologi informasi (TI) atau eReadiness dari para pengguna dilingkungan sistem tersebut. Karena alasan itulah kerangka kerja eReadiness perlu digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran tingkat kesiapan TI, agar proses adopsi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pada makalah ini akan dibahas dimensi enabler apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap eReadiness cloud computing di perguruan tinggi, dan bagaimana posisi eReadiness PT di kota Bandung dalam mengadopsi cloud computing. Dengan menggunakan dimensi enabler enterprise tatakelola TI dari COBIT 5, framework eReadiness akan dirancang dengan tujuan dihasilkannya sebuah tools untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan berbasis model penilaian kematangan (matutiry level).

Abstract

The climate change issues due to greenhouse gas emissions and the emergence of Quantum Machine Learning technology have sparked various studies in utilizing quantum machine learning (QML) to predict greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). This article aims to illustrate research related to the implementation of QML for GHG emission prediction from the perspective of the philosophy of science, particularly in terms of the scientific revolution from Thomas Kuhn's perspective, research program analysis from Imre Lakatos' perspective, pseudoscience pitfalls, potential biases of injustice, ethical and moral aspects, and their impact on society. The article is structured using a qualitative descriptive method. Reference sources include original articles and review articles from journals collected from the Scopus database with topics related to GHG emission prediction. Based on the review of the articles, it can be outlined that research on QML for GHG emission prediction is a progressive science currently in the phase of intensive exploration and development, where the research paradigm in this area is dominated by logical positivism and pragmatism. However, over time and with the development of the research context, new paradigms may emerge as additions or even replace existing research paradigms. The article also identifies the potential biases of injustice, ethical and moral aspects, and the impact of research in this field on society, recommending five strategies to avoid pseudoscience pitfalls related to research on QML for GHG emission prediction.
