Abstract

The campus is critical to learning because it provides a comfortable environment. If there is a disturbance in the environment, such as noise, the teaching and learning process will be disrupted. The purpose of this study was to assess if the noise level outside the campus area next to the recreation area adheres to the calculation standards outlined in Minister of State for the Environment Decree No. 48 of 1996, with a +3 dB tolerance (A). Because the research location is close to a road and adjacent to residences, the results at point 1 meet the quality criterion, however the results at point 2 are one decibel lower. When recreational guidelines are followed, the environment's standard regulations are met.

Abstract

The construction of the Dongko Trenggalek District Building is one of the Trenggalek government's work programs in an effort to improve the quality of community services. In the construction of a building, proper project management needs to be done to minimize the occurrence of project failures. This study aims to minimize delays and cost overruns in the Dongko District Building Project, Trenggalek. Efforts to control the project are carried out with the result value method. EVM is one of the methods used to measure and evaluate the progress and performance of a project The result value method is applied by performing performance analysis which includes cost and schedule analysis, variance analysis, performance index analysis and cost estimation analysis and work end time. The project was built with a contract value of Rp. 2,902,468,0000.00 and is planned to be completed within 154 days. The results showed that the project experienced delays from what was planned. The completion time was delayed from the planned time from 154 days to 170 days with a total project cost of Rp. 2,932,467,150 which indicates that the budgeted costs for the work carried out experienced overhead or cost overruns. By knowing this, the implementer can evaluate the work early so as to minimize the occurrence of project failure.

Abstract

The membership function or type of participation is used for assessing human logistical parameters. Types of membership in fuzzy logic. The purpose of this study is to compare the types of triangles that are commonly used and G Bell types that have not been widely used in other studies. The variable used in this study is a lower risk of experience in sustainable construction. The population in this study is a successful project management team in Surabaya and sampling using non-probability sampling method with cross sectional sampling technique. This study is to determine the number of opportunities and figures that will occur in a construction project. The program used in this method uses matlab software that has been integrated with fuzzy logic. The program goes through the stages used in fuzzy logic, namely fuzzification, inference and defuzzification. Abstract

Construction work for high rise buildings is a dense work activity with a high level of risk. The purpose of this research is that construction of the building takes place in the middle of lecture activities where many students, lecturers, and staff carry out activities in the campus environment, considering that construction projects are generally vulnerable to work accidents. This study investigated the identification, K3 risk assessment, and how to control OHS risks in Kadiri University LP3M building projects. The assessment method uses a matrix sourced from AS / NZS 4360: 2004. The study population numbered 58 workers ranging from workers, artisans, project guards, forepersons, executors, and office staff. The sample in this study amounted to 38 respondents. Data collected from questionnaires to respondents. The results of the study showed that immovable/ tripped objects with a risk index of 20 included a very high-risk classification, high-risk classification of 4 variables, classification at medium risk level as many as ten variables can endanger workers and jobs while classification at a low-risk level as much as two variables.

Abstract

Developments in areas such as roads, buildings, bridges, canals, and other developments are currently developing in the Purwodadi area. One of the jobs, namely the excavation process with a large scale of work, needs to be taken into account in terms of time, cost, and selection of equipment types. During the project, the costs incurred must also be taken into account. This is necessary to complete the work more easily, quickly, and efficiently. Dump trucks are medium to long-distance material transport vehicles. This research aims to determine the dump truck's productivity, the work's budget, and the time required to complete the regular excavation work for STA 8+450 – 8+500 on the BTS BLITAR/MALANG SP 5 PURWODADI road construction project. The research method used is a survey and observation method during the project and calculating the estimated Budget Plan for the rental of heavy equipment Dump Trucks. The results obtained are the number of heavy equipment used in carrying out ordinary excavations and embankments is two units of Dump Trucks with a capacity of 4 m3 with each productivity of 52 m3/hour, which requires 617 cycles to transport material from the excavation area to the stockpile area. Based on the analysis, the estimated cost for the heavy equipment budget for dump trucks is Rp. 5,610.000,00 (Five Million Six Hundred and Ten Thousand Rupiah).

Abstract

Rain that falls on the ground is one of the water sources that must be preserved. Great haste can also result in catastrophes, so a mapping estimate is required to determine the flow in a few years using a geographic information system and the isohyet approach with the Arcview application. This investigation’s stage is searching for data in SHP format in the Kediri metropolitan area. The area is plotted using the IDW method by entering precipitation data and coordinates. Then the rainfall relief according to the BMKG classification is obtained using the isohyet approach mapping, indicating that the maximum rainfall level for 2017-2021 will be rather high to moderate. Illustrates a trend in annual maximum rainfall loss.

Abstract

Background: Sosial berkelanjutan (Social Sustainability) merupakan hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian dalam pengembangan desa hal tersebut mengacu pada tindakan yang mendukung pengembangan desa selaras dengan keperdulian terhadap lingkungan. Permasalahan mitra yang beberapa dusun alami yaitu kekeringan, dimana hal ini merupakan fokus utama yang perlu diselesaikan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2022. Metode: Tim pengabdi melakukan Focus Grup Discussion (FGD), benchmarking dan edukasi pengelolaan air yang berkelanjutan. Hasil: Hasil program pengabdian yaitu revitalisasi peran kader BUMDES dan pengelolaan air, sehingga air bisa di distribusikan ke seluruh masyarakat. Rencana tindak lanjut dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan monitoring evaluasi hasil tindak lanjut FGD dan benchmarking yang sudah dilakukan. Kesimpulan: Monitoring pengelolaaan air yang sustainable perlu dilakukan agar dapat terus berjalan dan dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat.
