Abstract

Quality improvement has always been applicated by the Universitas Terbuka (UT) especially to improve its distance learning services at its regional centers. The objectives of this research are to analyze the results of the internal audit before and after the UT regional centers accepting ISO 9001:2000 certificate, to learn what the benefits of the internal audit are toward the improvement of the distance learning services in UTs regional centers, and to identify the top managers of the UTs regional centers and their staff perceptions toward the internal audit. This research was conducted between March and October 2008 in UT. The research was conducted using descriptive analysis. The report analyzing guidance, questionaires and interview guidance were employed as the research instruments. The research concluded that ISO 9001:2000 had good effects to the improvement of the distance learning services at UT regional centers. Moreover, the internal audit made the UTs regional centers did their best to improve they distance learning services and these benefits made the top managers of the UT regional centers and their staff had a good perception toward the internal audit in UT.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the research trends related to distance education over the past three years by examining the publication patterns and key topics within the field. This study used a quantitative descriptive research approach with a bibliometric method. Data was collected through the Scopus database with the keyword "Distance learning" by searching for journals based on keywords, article titles, and abstracts with the condition of publications in 2020-2022. The software used in data analysis in this study was the Bibliometrix R-Package, which was part of R-Studio. A total of 1936 articles were found and analyzed. The study results showed that the number of articles related to distance education has been increasing each year, with a growing trend from 2020 to 2022. The study analyzed the top journals, affiliations, and countries publishing articles and identified the most productive authors and relevant affiliations. The trend topics discussed were social media, distance learning, and learning analytics, with new topics emerging in 2021, such as university students, motivation, and Covid-19. Theme classifications were divided into two, connected by blue and red lines. The study also identified future research opportunities using a thematic map.

Abstract

This research focuses to produce a learning media which is a guidebook of practical learning and complete practical learning media as well as making students easy in doing practical assignments during attending the online tutorial. This research is a survey study by quantitative approach. The quality of the guidebook and practical learning are viewed through the content validity by the expert and through descriptive analysis taken from the questionnaire given to the college students. The number of experts validating the data in this research is 3 (three) experts. Meanwhile, the number of college students assessing the quality of guidebooks and practical learning media in this research is 23 (twenty-three) college students. The data collection technique in this research used two instruments as product assessment instruments by the expert and college students. The technique of data analysis used two ways include 1) content validity and Aiken Formula verification, and 2) using statistics description. The result of the research shows that; 1) the assessment instrument of guidebook quality and practical learning media have occupied valid criteria with the index Aiken score average, which is 0.76, the result includes in the medium category; 2) the quality of guidebook and practical learning media of television broadcasting management show a good result. This case is based on the result of the descriptive analysis that has been done.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara minat mahasiswa terhadap tutorial online dengan hasil belajar pada mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran (2) hubungan antara aktivitas mahasiswa dalam tutorial online dengan hasil belajar pada mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran, (3) hubungan secara bersama-sama antara minat dan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam tutorial online dengan hasil belajar pada mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif survei. Jumlah responden sebanyak 117 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat mahasiswa terhadap tutorial online memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran. (2) aktivitas mahasiswa dalam tutorial online memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran. (3). minat dan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam tutorial online secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) minat mahasiswa terhadap tutorial online dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran. (2) aktivitas mahasiswa dalam tutorial online dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan Pembelajaran. (3) minat mahasiswa terhadap tutorial online dan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam tutorial online secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata kuliah Teori Belajar dan PembelajaranKata kunci: minat, aktivitas, tutorial online, hasil belajar mahasiswa

Abstract

Enhancing Early Childhood Education (ECE) educators' digital media creation skills is crucial for innovative teaching, yet effective, practical professional development often remains a significant challenge. This article presents a detailed instructional design for an online training program, developed as an outcome of a community service initiative with a private ECE institution in Indonesia. This initiative involved its eleven educators, who possessed varied initial digital competencies, and aimed to address their specific needs. The design process employed a systematic needs analysis, integrating project-based learning and established andragogical principles to ensure relevance and practical application for adult learners. The resulting online program features a three-tiered competency structure (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), where each level culminates in authentic media creation projects, fostering skills through learner-centered, reflective, and collaborative activities. This theoretically-grounded instructional design offers an adaptable model anticipated to significantly improve ECE educators' digital competencies and creative capacities, thereby enriching children’s learning experiences.

Abstract

Salah satu matakuliah di Prodi PGSD UT adalah matakuliah Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup (PLH). Matakuliah ini merupakan matakuliah yang amat penting karena masalah lingkungan hidup merupakan suatu masalah yang sedang terjadi di negara kita. Masalah lingkungan hidup harus disikapi dengan baik karena akibat dari mengabaikan dan menghancurkan lingkungan akan dirasakan oleh masyarakat negara kita sendiri, misalnya seperti banjir, kemarau, kekurangan air bersih dan udara yang kurang sehat. Selama ini materi dalam matakuliah PLH tersebut lebih banyak ke teori. Oleh sebab itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, tim UT berupaya memberikan suatu arahan dan bimbingan agar PLH dapat juga dipraktekkan oleh mahasiswa PGSD UT. Praktek PLH dalam kegiatan abdimas ini adalah kegiatan penyadaran akan pentingnya semua anggota masyarakat untuk berupaya mencintai lingkungannya melalui kegiatan pengembangan literasi lingkungan untuk mahasiswa PGSD UT yang berada di Pokjar Putut Nutug 01 Ciseeng. Mitra PkM dalam hal ini kepala sekolah dan Pokjar SD Negeri Putat Nutug 01 telah mencoba menerapkan berbagai cara untuk melakukan edukasi terhadap guru-guru dan seluruh siswa dengan berbagai cara, diantaranya dengan menyediakan tempat sampah di berbagai tempat, membuat banner dan spanduk tentang Menuju Sekolah Adiwiyata, Menyusun Visi Misi yang disesuaikan dengan rencana Sekolah Adiwiyata. Dari kegiatan PkM ini tersirat bahwa seluruh mitra telah memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Abstract: The Society 5.0 era emphasizes the importance of digital technology in supporting organizational functions, including mosques as non-profit institutions. Al-Hijriyah Mosque, Ciputat, faces challenges in managing administration and finances using conventional methods. This activity aims to assist mosque administrators in utilizing information technology to prepare transparent and accountable financial reports according to ISAK 35 standards. Activities using the Participatory Action Research method include Google Drive-based administration training, preparing financial reports using Microsoft Excel, and managing information media. The activity results show an increase in the competence of administrators in managing finances digitally, as well as developing promotional materials to support more effective, efficient, and innovative mosque management.Keywords: Accountability; ISAK-35; Mosque Finance; Information Technology; Transparency. Abstrak: Era Society 5.0 menekankan pentingnya teknologi digital dalam mendukung fungsi organisasi, termasuk masjid sebagai lembaga nirlaba. Masjid Al-Hijriyah, Ciputat, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan administrasi dan keuangan yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada pengurus masjid dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menyusun laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel sesuai standar ISAK 35. Melalui metode Participatory Action Research, kegiatan meliputi pelatihan administrasi berbasis Google Drive, penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, serta pengelolaan media informasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi pengurus dalam mengelola keuangan secara digital, serta  mengembangkan bahan promosi untuk mendukung pengelolaan masjid yang lebih efektif dan efisien, serta inovatif.Kata kunci: Akuntabilitas; ISAK-35; Keuangan Masjid; Teknologi Informasi; Transparansi.

Abstract

Abstract: Employes who have a high level of loyalty are crucial for maintaining the stability and growth of the company. Amidst the demands of work, achieving a balance between work responsibilities and personal life becomes challenging. This study aims to analyze the effects of work-life balance, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on employee work loyalty at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Ponorogo Branch Office using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance, self-eficacy, and job satisfaction individually affect work loyalty. Furthermore, collectively, work-life balance, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction have a significant impact on work loyalty. Keywords: work life balance, self efficacy, job satisfaction, work loyalty. Abstrak: Tujuan utama pendidikan anak usia dini adalah instansi pendidikan penting yang membantu pemerintah mempersiapkan generasi berikutnya sesegera mungkin. Melalui proyek kerajinan tangan yang memanfaatkan bahan bekas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak di TK Negeri Pembina Sungai Are. Kegiatan kerajinan tangan dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas dan merangsang motorik anak. Dua siklus penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dilakukan berturut-turut membentuk penelitian ini. TK Pembina Sungai Are, yang memiliki 15 siswa secara keseluruhan (10 perempuan dan 5 laki-laki), berfungsi sebagai subjek penelitian. Dokumentasi dan penelitian observasional merupakan bagian dari teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik untuk analisis data juga merupakan metode untuk analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis perolehan persentase kegiatan guru mengajar siklus I diperoleh 86,67%. kegiatan belajar untuk anak siklus I diperoleh 73,33%. Selanjutnya, telah terjadi peningkatan yang mencolok dalam keterlibatan pendidik siklus kedua, mencapai persentase 93,33%. Hasil aktivasi anak meningkat menjadi 93,33% pada siklus kedua juga. Pada siklus I, hasil belajar anak sebesar 60%, dan meningkat menjadi 93,34% pada siklus II. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan kerajinan tangan yang memanfaatkan bahan daur ulang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak-anak. Kata kunci: Motorik halus anak, kerajinan tangan dari bahan bekas, anak usia dini.
