Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables product quality (X1), price (X2) and service quality (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Sicepat Express Delivery Service, Nganjuk District Branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 175 respondents at the Sicepat Express Delivery Service, Nganjuk District Branch. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique was carried out by describing the research data and analysis used, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.185 + 0.278 0.000 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that product quality (X1), price (X2) and service quality (X3) simultaneously and significantly influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sesuai latar belakang yaitu Apakah terdapat pengaruh Brand Association terhadap Purchase Intention masyarakat pada Lila Catering secara parsial?, Apakah terdapat pengaruh Perceived Quality terhadap Purchase Intention masyarakat pada Lila Catering secara parsial?, Apakah terdapat pengaruh Word of Mouth terhadap Purchase Intention masyarakat pada Lila Catering secara parsial?. pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu metode yang menggunakan data penelitian berupa angka-angka dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yang meliputi kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi literatur. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Ibu Lila Wirawati yang berlokasi di Graha Lila Catering Jalan Totok Kerot Nomor 40, Sumberjo Kecamatan Ngasem, Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah (1) Penelitian diperoleh bawah variabel Brand Associaton berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention di Lila Catering Kediri terbukti dari hasil uji t dengan diperoleh nilai Sig 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Penelitian terkait dengan Perceived Quality yang sudah dilakukan oleh peneliti berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Purchase Intention Lila Catering Kediri terbukti dengan nilai Sig dari hasil Uji t 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Dari hasil Uji t yang dilakukan peneliti dari varibel Word of Mouth dengan nilai Sig 0.000 < 0.05 maka Word of Mouth di Lila Catering Kediri sangat berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention. (4) Dari hasil Uji F yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dari variabel independen yaitu Brand Associaton, Perceived Quality, dan Word Of Mouth terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Purchase Intention dengan nilai signifikasinya <0.05 yaitu 0.000 maka disimpulkan variabel independen sangat berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaksan adakah pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional, Komitmen dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada DinKop Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, dengan mengambil pegawai sebanyak 41 responden. Teknik analiasis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai DinKop Kota Kediri, secara parsial komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai DinKop Kota Kediri, dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai DinKop Kota Kediri. Secara simultan kepemimpinan situasional,komitmen dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai DinKop Kota Kediri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai koefisien determinasi terdapat pada R Square yaitu sebesar 0,558 atau 55,8% artinya kepemimpinan situasional,komitmen dan kompetensi mempengaruhi variabel kinerja sebesar 55,8% sisanya sebesar 44,2% variabel kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel independent lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work risk variables (X1), wages (X2) and work experience (X3) on work productivity (Y). The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 0.908 + 0.331X1 + 0.474X2+ 0.337 t test results: The wage variable has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig result of 0.002 <0.05. t test results: The work experience variable has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig result of 0.002 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained an Fcount of 116,338 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

An important aspect in the organization is human resources, human resources have a dominant role in all organizational activities, because they are the actors and determinants of achieving organizational goals. In its development, organizations face various issues in workforce management that encourage the need for professional HR management. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, competence and incentives on the performance of teachers at SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri City, because the results of observations indicate a decline in teacher performance caused by issues of motivation, competence and incentives. This quantitative research shows that the variables of motivation, competence and incentives have a partial and simultaneous influence on performance. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.969, meaning that 96.9% of performance is influenced by motivation, competence and incentive variables, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan diharapkan dapat berkualitas, akan tetapi fenomena yang dialami saat ini pendidikan masih belum mampu menunjang kualitas pendidikan. Meskipun usaha dalam memperbaiki Pendidikan sudah mulai meningkat dengan dibangunnya sekolah-sekolah dan bimbingan belajar di daerah-daerah untuk menunjang Pendidikan. Salah satu penunjang pendidikan di Indonesia terciptanya kampung yang disebut Kampung Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kualitas produk (X1), pelayanan (X2) dan harga (X3) terhadap Kepuasan member (Y) Pada LKP English Institute Pare Kediri. Dengan menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling berupa Accidental sampling sebanyak 80 responden LKP English Institute Pare Kediri. Teknik pengumpulandata berupa observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan analisis yang digunakanprogram software SPSS versi 16.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisisregresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitiandiperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 595 + 381X1 + 262X2 + .335X3 +1.534 kualitas produkberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan member dengan nilai Sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Pelayanan berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap Kepuasan member dengan nilai Sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Harga berpengaruh signifikanterhadap Kepuasan member dengan nilai Sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Kualitas produk, pelayanan dan hargaberpengaruh sama-sama terhadap kepuasan member dengan nilai Sig. F 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership, job satisfaction and self efficacy on the employees performance of Podo Seneng Factory which located in Banjaranyar Village, Kras District, Kediri Regency, East Java 64171. This type of research is quantitative research which includes a hypothesis as an initial research assumption. The sample was 35 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Technique data analysis is multiple linear regression using SPSS software 25. The results of this research show that spiritual leadership partially has a significant effect on the performance of Podo Seneng Kediri Factory employees. Job satisfaction partially has a significant effect on employee performance Podo Seneng Kediri Factory. Self-efficacy partially has a significant effect on the employees performance of Podo Seneng Kediri Factory. Meanwhile, simultaneously spiritual leadership, job satisfaction and self efficacy have a significant effect on the employees performance of Podo Seneng Kediri Factory. Based on results of the research, the coefficient of determination value is found in R square, 0.943 or 94.3% which means spiritual leadership, job satisfaction and self-efficacyinfluences employee performance variables by 94.3%, the remaining 5.7% performance variables employee performance is influenced by other independent variables that are not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

This study explains the effect of word motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung. The analysis technique in this study used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test and the samples used in this study were 46 employees at PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung. From the results of the analysis that has been done, it shows that work motivation has no partial and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational culture has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of PT Lexxa Data Indonusa Tulungagung employees.

Abstract

The research that the researchers took was related to compensation, leadership style, and motivation for performance at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri. This study aims to know and explain about compensation, motivational leadership style for employee performance at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri. Descriptive Quantitative is a method that researchers use. Employees at UD. Surya Manalagi Kediri as the object that the researchers took. The data processing that researchers use includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests through t tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficients of determination. The results obtained are a positive and relevant influence on compensation on employee performance which is shown by a sig value of 0.045<0.05, leadership style has a positive influence on teacher performance shown a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05, motivation has a significant positive effect on UD employee performance. Surya Manalagi Kediri is indicated with a sig value of 0.001<0.05. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted with the primary objective of examining and determining the effect of occupational safety, occupational health, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) on employee performance at UD. Berkah Mandiri, located in Kediri Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing OHS in the workplace as an effort to minimize the risk of accidents, improve employee well-being, and support overall company productivity. In today’s increasingly competitive industrial world, attention to occupational safety and health is a key factor that not only protects workers but also enhances organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of 56 employees, all of whom were taken as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument constructed based on indicators of occupational safety, occupational health, OHSMS, and employee performance. The data were then analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis revealed that occupational safety has a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that the better the implementation of safety standards, the higher the performance achieved. Similarly, occupational health was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, suggesting that healthy working conditions contribute to higher motivation and work effectiveness. Furthermore, the OHSMS also significantly influenced employee performance, reflecting that proper policies, procedures, and supervision in OHS management create a safe and productive work environment. Collectively, the three variables—occupational safety, occupational health, and OHSMS—were proven to have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at UD. Berkah Mandiri. Thus, this study emphasizes that occupational safety, occupational health, and OHSMS are crucial factors that must receive serious attention in order to improve employee performance and support sustainable business continuity.
