Abstract

This study investigates the influence of employee engagement, digital training, and reward systems on employee productivity at the Central Statistics Agency of Kediri Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A total of 33 employees participated as respondents, determined using a saturated sampling technique, which ensures that all members of the population were included. The instrument utilized was a Likert-scale questionnaire, designed to capture perceptions and experiences related to engagement, training, and rewards. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to measure both the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on productivity. The results reveal that employee engagement plays a significant role in enhancing productivity, with a significance value of 0.003. Similarly, digital training and reward systems also exert a positive and significant influence, with significance values of 0.037 and 0.0002, respectively. When tested simultaneously, the three independent variables collectively demonstrate a substantial impact on employee productivity, as evidenced by an F-value of 76.069. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value of 87.6% indicates that the research model possesses strong explanatory power, meaning that most variations in productivity can be explained by employee engagement, digital training, and reward systems. These findings highlight the strategic importance of integrating engagement initiatives, continuous digital skill development, and fair reward mechanisms to foster higher levels of productivity. For organizations, particularly government institutions, the study underscores the necessity of adopting a holistic human resource development framework that addresses both intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors to maximize employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. The research employs a quantitative approach to analyze the relationship between the variables. Data were collected from both primary sources, such as questionnaires distributed to employees, and secondary sources, including company records and relevant literature. The population in this study consisted of all employees working at Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. A total sample of 45 employees was selected using a saturated sampling technique, meaning the entire population was used as the sample due to the relatively small number of employees. The data analysis methods used in this study included validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the research instruments. Additionally, classical assumption tests were conducted to confirm the suitability of the regression model. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between the independent variables (organizational culture, compensation, and work discipline) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of the partial t-test showed that each independent variable had a significant effect on employee performance. Moreover, the results of the simultaneous F-test indicated that organizational culture, compensation, and work discipline together had a significant and positive influence on employee performance at Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work experience, professional skills, and work attitudes on employee performance at UD Rahayu Indah Kediri. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 76 respondents, which is also used as a sample through the saturated sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software version 25.0. The independent variables in this study include work experience, professional skills, and work attitudes, while the dependent variables are employee performance. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance. Work experience contributes to shaping work effectiveness and efficiency, professional skills play a role in improving quality and productivity, while work attitudes affect individual motivation and responsibility in carrying out tasks. These findings indicate that improving employee performance can be achieved through strengthening work experience, developing professional skills, and forming a positive work attitude. This research provides practical implications for company management to design human resource development strategies that focus on improving competencies and work behaviors. Thus, companies can create a productive and highly competitive work environment.

Abstract

The national sugar industry faces a significant challenge due to its heavy reliance on imports, making the continuity of sugarcane supply from farmers to sugar mills a critical factor. This study aims to analyze the effect of sugarcane purchase price, service quality, and corporate reputation on farmers’ decisions to sell sugarcane to PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (PG Ngadiredjo), Kediri Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, involving 33 farmers as respondents, and the data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the purchase price of sugarcane has a significant but negative effect on selling decisions, whereas service quality and corporate reputation exert a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect selling decisions, contributing 42.3%, while the remaining variance is explained by other factors beyond this study. These results highlight that farmer loyalty is not solely driven by price, but also by transparency in services and the company’s image. The implications of this research provide strategic recommendations for PG Ngadiredjo to review its pricing policies, improve service quality, and strengthen its reputation to sustain long-term partnerships with farmers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance in the public sector, particularly at the Department of Education of Kediri City, which faces challenges related to work discipline, workload, and the phenomenon of cyberloafing. The study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, workload, and cyberloafing on employee performance. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 69 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine both partial and simultaneous effects. The results indicate that, partially, work discipline and workload have a significant influence on employee performance, while cyberloafing has no significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a joint impact on performance. These findings suggest that effective management of employee discipline and workload can enhance performance levels, whereas controlling cyberloafing behavior helps maintain productivity and work focus. Practically, this research contributes to the formulation of strategic human resource policies that can increase efficiency, optimize task distribution, and reduce unproductive online behavior among government employees.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi membuat investor tertarik untuk menanamkan modalnya pada perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi dapat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja keuangan perusahaan seperti profitabilitas, struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah 86 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 48 laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2020. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen secara signifikan mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen tidak signifikan dan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Work-life balance, atau keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi merupakan isu krusial dalam organisasi masa kini, terutama pada sektor keuangan dengan target kerja yang menuntut, beban kerja berat, serta jam kerja yang Panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi work-life balance karyawan PNM Mekaar Wates 2 Kabupaten Kediri, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, serta menelaah upaya yang diterapkan untuk menjaga keseimbangan tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memahami subjektif karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan masih menghadapi kendala dalam mencapai work-life balance, khususnya terkait beban kerja dan keterbatasan fleksibilitas waktu. Meski demikian, peran atasan, dukungan keluarga, menumbuhkan budaya kerja tim yang kolaboratif, memberikan insentif serta fasilitas pendukung kesejahteraan karyawan, dan merancang kebijakan jam kerja baru, mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih sehat dan produktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan work-life balance yang baik berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja, kepuasan, dan produktivitas karyawan, serta menjadi faktor strategis dalam membangun keberlanjutan organisasi.

Abstract

Menurut investor rasio keuangan seperti EPS, PER, dan ROA merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar dalam pengambilan keputusan ketika membeli saham. Sebab itu peneliti tertarik meneliti tentang Pengaruh EPS, PER dan ROA terhadap Harga Saham PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2013-2020. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu menguji pengaruh rasio EPS, PER dan ROA secara parsial dan simultan terhadap harga saham PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2013-2020. Hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial variabel EPS berpangaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Dengan nilai t-hitung 19,74 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Variabel PER berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dengan nilai t-hitung 15,86 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Variabel ROA berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham dengan nilai t-hitung -2,397 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,023. Secara simultan variabel EPS, PER dan ROA berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 atau nilai probabilitas < 0,05. Dengan koefisien determinasi simultan sebesar 93,4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Piutang serta Persediaan terhadap Likuiditas pada CV. Aura Seed Indonesia periode 2012-2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Perputaran Kas secara parsial terhadap Likuiditas, (2) Pengaruh Perputaran Piutang secara parsial terhadap Likuiditas, (3) Pengaruh Perputaran Persediaan secara parsial terhadap Likuiditas dan (4) Pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Persediaan secara simultan terhadap Likuiditas pada CV. Aura Seed Indonesia periode 2012 – 2021. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan seluruh populasi dari laporan keuangan triwulan CV. Aura Seed Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 laporan keuangan triwulan CV. Aura Seed Indonesia periode 2012-2021. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perputaran Kas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Likuiditas, (2) Perputaran Piutang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Likuiditas, (3) Perputaran Persediaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Likuiditas dan (4) Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran persediaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Likuiditas.
