Abstract

Co-management merupakan salah satu pendekatan pengelolaan sumberdaya perikanan yang memberi peran besar bagi partisipasi masyarakat dengan fasilitasi oleh pemerintah dan stakeholders lainnya dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya yang dimilikinya. Palabuhanratutermasuk kawasan pesisir yang telah banyak kegiatan/proyek melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat pemerintah, perguruan tinggi, LSM, dan swasta dalam pengembangan kegiatan perikanannya, dan saat ini menjadi kawasan minapolitan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca aksara jawa melalui model Quantum Learning di SD Negeri 1 Gidangelo Jepara Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.  Tempat penelitian di SD Negeri 1 Gidangelo Jepara. Subjek penelitian adalah  siswa kelas III dengan jumlah 40 siswa yang terdiri dari 21 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tindakan yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan tindakan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, lembar observasi/pengamatan dan tes. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan hasil prasiklus dengan siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III, dilanjutkan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan membaca aksara jawa melalui model Quantum Learning di SD Negeri 1 Gidangelo Jepara Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan prasiklus sampai siklus III.

Abstract

The research was motivated by a lack of enthusiasm for learning for students because the delivery of course material which is considered boring by conventional delivery methods without any variation. Based on the reason in this study developed a computer-based digital learning media for Urban Geography course material which is a type of development research. The result of this research is that the media is easy to use learning and increased student motivation to learn which is expressed by 97.67% of the students.

Abstract

Phytoplankton plays important roles of food weeb in aquatic ecosystem, can absorb and release CO2 which is very useful for other organisms and the environment. The purpose of this research was to study the community structure, including abundance, composition and diversity of phytoplankton in the Sekotong and Kodek Bay, West Lombok. The study was conducted in April 2012 at 10 stations in the Sekotong Bay  and six stations in Kodek Bay. Sampling was done vertically by using plankton Kitahara net having mesh size of 80 μm. The results showed that the abundance of phytoplankton from 10 stations in Sekotong Bay ranged between 834,134-6,488,888 sel/m3, while in Code Bay ranged between 53,571-191,642 sel/m3. Phytoplankton dominant in the waters of Sekotong Bay were Chaetoceros and Skeletonema, while in Kodek Bay the dominant phytoplankton were Chaetoceros, Hemialus, Lauderia, and Skeletonema. The results of the analysis of the diversity of phytoplankton genera in Sekotong Bay  showed the value of diversity index (H')=0.40-1.13 and dominancy  index=0.41-0.85. While in Kode Bay, the diversity of phytoplankton genera showed  the value of diversity index (H')=1.53-1.98 and dominancy index=0.03-0.28. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the diversity of phytoplankton genera in the waters Sekotong Bay could be classified as less to moderate and there was a tendency of being dominated by one genera in the population. The diversity of phytoplankton genera in Kodek could be  classified as moderate and there were low tendency of domination by certain genera in the population. Abstract

Potensi tanaman obat di daerah Bali dapat digali dari informasi yang tertuang dalam Lontar Usada Bali yang berisi sistem pengobatan, bahan obat dan cara pengobatannya. Seiring perkembangan zaman, informasi dan pengetahuan serta jenis tumbuhan yang digunakan tersebut semakin berkurang dari generasi ke generasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk memaparkan hasil kegiatan konservasi tumbuhan lontar usada berupa eksplorasi tumbuhan dan pengetahuan etnobotani Bali Utara dan pengkoleksiannya di Kebun Raya “Eka Karya” Bali (KRB). Penelitian dilakukan dengan eksplorasi dan iventarisasi tumbuhan obat berdasarkan pustaka Lontar Bali dan koresponden kunci (Balian).untuk dikoleksi di KRB. Hasil penelitian terkumpul 67 nomor koleksi dimana 16 diantaranya merupakan jenis baru untuk dikoleksi di KRB. Beberapa jenis tumbuhan yang terancam keberadaannya di alam yaitu: Averrhoa carambola Linn., A. blimbi Linn, Citrus aurantifolia Sw., Alstonia scholaris (L.) R.Br., dan Areca cathecu L. Berdasarkan informasi Balian dan lontar usada Bali nampak jelas kekayaan kearifan lokal dalam pengobatan yang terlihat dari beraneka ragamnya informasi mengenai kegunaan dan tata cara pemakaian dari masing-masing tumbuhan. Diharapkan konservasi ex-situ di KRB koleksi tumbuhan obat, masyarakat dapat mengetahui berbagai macam tumbuhan yang berpotensi obat dan ikut serta melestarikannya. Abstract

Abstract Polygala paniculata L. grows naturally in grasslands, open woodland or even in our own backyard. But most people only see P. paniculata as a weed or wild grass instead of a medicinal plants. This paper is going to discuss about a profile of P. paniculata in order to promote this species as a medicinal plant.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Low layer plants as one of component in forest ecosystem today still lack of attention due to the limited information about them. Low layer plants plays an important role in forest ecosystem, and also they are potential to be use as a medicinal plants, genetic resources and other uses that are not yet revealed. For that reason reseach about Low Layer Plants ; Community Structure and Their Use as Medicinal Plants need to be conducted. The objective of this research was to get the information about : (1) Community structure of low layer plants in compartment seven Kaliurang protection forest and (2) Species that are use as a medicinal pants. To fulfill this goal, small plots of 1 x 1 m along forest pathways were made in sampling area. Result showed that as many as 47 species of low layer plants were found in sampling area. There were five main species which has high importance value index : Eupatorium riparium Regel. with importance value index 21,29%, followed by Eleusine indica Gaertn.17,82 % , Oplismenus burmanii Beauv. 14,61 %, Diplazium proliferum 14,04% and Panicum reptans Kunth. 11,27 %. From those 47 species, as many as 10 species are known as a medicinal plants, they are : Melastoma malabathricum L., Physalis angulata Heyne, ex. Wall., Ageratum conyzoides Linn., Elephantopus scaber Linn., Psidium guajava Linn., Justicia gendarussa Linn., Alocasia macrorhiza Schott., Eleusine indica Gaertn., Villebrunea rubescens Bl. and Phyllanthus niruri L.

Abstract

This research aims to find formulating to mitigation of dangser of landslide, by observe on the classes of landslise dangser, the risk of landslide and the landslide disaster. The method used in the research is survey with two kinds of variables, the dependent variable includes the classes of dangser and the classes risk for the landslide, and the independent variable is the effart of mitigation. The classes of dangser and risk for the landslide are obfained from the secondary data, white the efforts of mitigation for the landslide are determined in accordance with the classes of landslide danser and risk landslide by considery the supporting factors. The result of the research shows that the field studied is the area with high risk of landslide. The dominant factors for the risk are the type of litology, and the weatering. The classes of landslide risk ranges from the low to the high. Hence, the efforts of mitigation should be tayseted first to those areas with the high risk of landslide. The efforts of mitigation to put into practive should consider. The dominant factors in the area, its can be underfaken by desighing a priovity, based on its terms covering shout ferm, medium term and long term.

Abstract

Matoa (Pometia pinnata) merupakan salah satu  tumbuhan yang dapat tumbuh dengan baik di Kalimatan dan diketahui mengandung metabolit sekunder yang berpotensi sebagai obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan standardisasi berdasarkan parameter spesifik dan nonspesifik dari simplisia dan ekstrak. Pengambilan sampel daun P. pinnata dilakukan pada tiga tempat tumbuh yaitu Desa Pemuda, Kebun Raya Banua, dan Tahura Sultan Adam. Metode standardisasi yang digunakan mengacu pada Farmakope Herbal Indonesia dan Parameter Standar Umum Ekstrak. Pengamatan organoleptik simplisia yaitu berwarna hijau muda, rasa pahit, berbau khas. Pengamatan mikroskopik menunjukkan adanya dinding sel, floem, xilem, stomata, dan inti sel. Kadar sari larut etanol (19,07-19,27)%; kadar sari larut air (20,93-21,17)%; susut pengeringan (6,17-6,23)%; kadar abu total (4,63-4,73)%; kadar Pb (0,014-0,022) ppm; kadar Cd (0,014-0,015)ppm; dan kadar Hg <0,00004ppm. Pemerian ekstrak yaitu berwarna hijau kehitaman, berbau khas, rasa pahit. Ekstrak etanol daun P. pinnata mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, steroid, tanin, glikosida, saponin, antrakuinon yang ditegaskan pada profil KLT menunjukkan kesamaan kandungan senyawa kimia pada tiap tempat tumbuh. Rendemen yang didapat (11,19-14,68)%; kadar air (5,57-5,97)%; kadar abu total (1,19-1,24)%; dan kadar abu tidak larut asam (0,41-0,44)%. Hasil uji parameter spesifik dan nonspesifik simplisia dan ekstrak daun P. pinnata dari tiga tempat tumbuh telah memenuhi syarat yang ditetapkan oleh MMI dan BPOM RI. Kata Kunci :  Standardisasi; Matoa; Pometia pinnata, Simplisia; Ekstrak   Matoa (Pometia pinnata) is one of the plants that can grow well in Kalimantan and known to contain efficacious secondary metabolites. This study is aimed to determine the value of specific parameters and nonspecific parameters of simplicia and extract. The leaves of P. pinnata was carried out in three growing places, which are the Pemuda Village, Banua Botanical Garden, and Tahura Sultan Adam. The method of determining the standardization parameters refers to Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopoeia and the General Standard Parameters of Medicinal Plant Extracts. The result from organoleptic observations of simplicia showed that P. pinnata had a light green color, a bitter taste, and a distinctive smell. Microscopic observations showed phloem, xylem, stomata, cell nuclei, cell walls. The content of ethanol soluble extract was 19.07%-19.27%, water soluble extract content was 20.93%-21.17%, drying losses was 6.17%-6.23%, total ash content was 4.63%-4.73%, Pb levels was 0.014-0.022ppm, Cd levels was 0.014-0.015ppm, and Hg levels was <0.00004 ppm. The description of extracts was that P. pinnata had a blackish green color, a bitter taste, and a distinctive smell. Ethanol extracts of P. pinnata leaves contained alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, tannins, glycosides, saponins, anthraquinones which were confirmed in the TLC profile  showing the similarity of chemical compounds in each growing place. The yield extract was 11.19%-14.68%, water content was 5.57%-5.97%, total ash content was 1.19%-1.24%, and acid insoluble ash content was 0.41%-0.44%. The results of specific and nonspecific parameters of simplicia and P. pinnata leaf extract from three growing sites have met the requirements set by MMI and BPOM RI.
