Abstract

Shredded is a food that is quite popular in the community because of its soft taste and texture and has a long shelf life, so it is very suitable to be used as processed meat products to make it more durable. Making Beef Shredded consists of several stages ranging from boiling, refining fibers or shredding meat, mixing spices, soaking, frying, and draining oil. Mahkota Abon Business Group is a Abon business group located on Jl. Kaliurang Dusun Ngebo Rt. 07, Rw. 23, Sukoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta, which in the process of making the shredded meat is still simple and manual, especially in the roasting process which requires a lot of energy and time. Meat shredding machine has been made and effectively can be operated easily to produce hygienic meat slices. Therefore, through this service, it is hoped that the shredded production capacity of MSME partners will increase both in terms of quantity and quality. The socio-economic impact after this service is carried out is an increase in knowledge about the components, workings, and maintenance of the meat frying machine, so it is hoped that the shredded meat produced by partners will increase in quality and quantity.

Abstract

Komponen kendaraan otomotif terus mengalami kemajuan desain dan bermacam variasi bentuknya, salah satunya adalah velg. Terdapat dua jenis velg yang beredar dikalangan masyarakat yaitu velg berbahan baja dan velg berbahan paduan aluminium. Pada umumnya velg paduan aluminium ini terjadi kerusakan pada bagian bibir velgnya akibat deformasi plastis, atau pecahnya spoke akibat gaya dan tengan yang melebihi nilai tegangan maksimumnya. analisis tentang bentuk frekuensi natural velg ring 16 dan bentuk normal dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak ANSYS Workbench, hal ini guna untuk mengetahui deformasi bentuk velg apablia terjadi kegagalan, selain itu mempermudahkan para designer untuk analisis design. Pada penelitian ini material pemodelan velg ring 16 menggunakan bahan aluminium alloy. Analisis mode getaran dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak ANSYS Workbench. Hasil analisis frekuensi natural velg ring 16 secara berturut-turut sebesar 207,68Hz, 209,1Hz, 347,37Hz, 348,37Hz, 416,45Hz, 443,42Hz, 860,36Hz, 863,1Hz, 1166,7Hz, 1168,8Hz. Kenaikan frekuensi terbesar terjadi pada mode getaran keenam menuju orde ke tujuh, dengan nilai kenaikan sebesar 416,94Hz. Nilai deformasi maksimum velg ring 16 secara berturut-turut sebesar 16, 592mm, 16,593mm, 21,887mm, 21,965mm, 11, 388mm, 11,48mm, 22,231mm, 22,445mm, 13,731mm, 13, 537mm.

Abstract

Alloys based on Fe-Ni-Co are categorized as special nickel-based superalloys with braod application as magnetic sensors in electric motors, recording devices as well as for vehicle engine parts. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical and mechanical properties of Fe-Ni-Co materials synthesized by mechanical alloying method, then subjected to annealing temperature variation i.e 800oC, 900oC, and 1000oC for 1 hour. Test methods carried out by XRD-spectra to identify the phase, SEM and EDS mapping to determine the microstructure and composition together with micro hardness test to represent the mechanical properties of this FeNiCo alloys. The results of the XRD test showed that Co atoms and some Fe dissolved into the Ni crystal lattice tended to form a solid solution of g-Ni(Fe,Co). Microstructural observations at 900 OC after milling for 16 hours showed a fine and homogeneous grain structure. The highest hardness value was 421.5 kg/mm2 at 16 hours milling. The Fe-Ni-Co alloy exhibited a homogeneous microstructural distribution with a fine grain structure and high densification.

Abstract

Bucket teeth are an important component of an excavator that functions as a material penetrator or digger. This part is prone to failure because it is in direct contact with the ground. This study aims to determine the value of stress, strain, deformation, and safety factors that occur in the Komatsu PC400 excavator bucket teeth against thickness variations of 2.5 mm, 5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 10 mm. This study uses a computer with specifications: processor: Intel (R) Celeron (R) N4000 CPU @ 1.10 GHz, memory: 8 GB. Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit Operating System. This computer is equipped with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2023 and ANSYS Workbench R1 2023 software. The method used in this research is a testing method using ANSYS software with a finite element method approach, namely static structural. The simulation results of bucket teeth show the maximum deformation values are 0.16382 mm, 0.13832 mm, 0.1249 mm, and 0.11619 mm, respectively. Furthermore, the maximum equivalent stress values are 108.6 Mpa, 79.712 Mpa, 80.338 Mpa, and 79.992 Mpa, respectively. For the equivalent elastic strain maximum, 0.00052993, 0.00038899, 0.000392, and 0.00039029 were obtained. Then the safety factor value is obtained 3.8214, 5.2062, 5.1657, and 5.188. This shows that the thicker the thickness variation, the better the strength value.

Abstract

The study explores the implementation of student-oriented Islamic education.  The study was conducted at three schools Kulon Progo regency: MAN I Kalibawang, MAN I and II Wates. Education design was made through school culture covering leadership and cultural model of the principals; religious human relation; roles of teachers and students; religious guidance and consoling; and comprehensive prayer guide. It was found out that the behaviors of the students changed. That is,  the religiosity of the students was improving; smoking habit was decreasing; the discipline, responsibility and honesty were improving.

Abstract

The internet and all technological devices are currently an inseparable part of education and teaching, for this reason higher education institutions have a high enthusiasm for developing the use of technology in learning activities. The aim of this research was to increase knowledge for students and lecturers in the proper and correct use of Ecampus. The research method used is quantitative using interview and survey techniques. The results of this research show that student understanding increases when students' perceptions of the implementation of Ecampus in the Islamic religious education department in higher education are implemented. The conclusion of this research explains that Ecampus is very useful for students and lecturers in the learning process, especially in learning Islamic religious education in universities so that students can achievegcreativeAndproduce students who excel in using Ecampus. Therefore, in this research, the researcher only conducted research on student perceptions of the implementation of Ecampus in the Islamic religious education department in universities. The researcher hopes that future researchers can conduct research on student perceptions of the implementation of Ecampus in universities in the departmentWhichother.

Abstract

Character is an important aspect that needs to be instilled in students in forming morals. Especially for students who have entered the upper secondary level of education. However, the corona virus pandemic makes it difficult for educators to apply distance learning, especially in cultivating student character according to Islamic religious education learning. This is because the previously face-to-face learning system has changed to online. This is what causes educators to make more efforts to instill good character in students. Therefore, the research is aimed at finding out in order to analyze what educators need to do in realizing the formation of student character during the corona virus pandemic using an online learning system. The research method uses quantitative methods (observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires) to make it easier to collect the intended respondents. The results of this research were analyzed according to the objects obtained from the educator respondents to cultivate student character using an online system. The studies that are formed in cultivating character are cleanliness, discipline, responsibility according to the learning values of Islamic religious education. In this research, there are a few limitations felt by educators, namely regarding the lack of media and supporting applications to fulfill the cultivation of students' character by learning Islamic religious education. So it is hoped that future researchers will be able to provide media development as a means of supporting learning and making it easier for educators to shape students' character through Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This article aims to narrate a chronological history of the religious transformation and the history of Islamic educational institutions in Kampung ‘Preman’ Pancuran Salatiga, with discussions on the history and characteristics of Salatiga society, the stigma and image of Kampung Pancuran, and the history of Islamic educational institutions in Kampung Pancuran. This research is descriptive analytical using historical research methods with a sociological approach to examine the interactions among humans' actions and relations as well as their conditions and consequences. The method consists of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The data used were primary sources, secondary sources, and related literature. The data was collected through interviews, literature study, and desk research. The research results chronology: Salatiga is a city in Central Java Province, located between Semarang and Surakarta, with a diverse population of ethnicities, religions, and cultural traditions. In Dutch colonial period, it was a Christian missionary city called Salatiga Zending, emphasizing education. However, the missionaries were rejected by Muslims and social organisations, and Islam began to develop in Salatiga through education and Islamic boarding schools. Since the colonial period until 1992, Salatiga was administratively structured as one sub-district, Salatiga sub-district, and eight villages or hamlets. One of these villages is Kutowinangun, consisting of seven hamlets or villages. One of these villages is called Pancuran, which is a unique village, ‘different from the others’, with exclusive citizens, and conflicting ‘dual personalities. On the one hand, they have a very strong sense of togetherness, artistic spirit, harmony, unity, solidarity, compassion, and brotherhood. On the other hand, they tend to fight with ‘gangsters’, cause trouble, commit crimes, and play gambling. Therefore, it led to a bad image for its residents. then a negative stigma emerged, that Pancuran as a Kampung ‘Preman’, which is embedded until now. But there is a distinctive aspect of Pancuran village that remains unexposed to the public, i.e. the existence of an Islamic Education Institution in the centre of the village. The history of the establishment of the Pancuran Islamic Education Institute, began in 1988. As the head of the Takmir of Al-Muttaqin mosque in Pancuran, KH Zahroni received waqf from Mrs Muslimah, in a land and house of 199 m2, located on Jl. Talang Tirto 606, Pancuran village. The waqf pledge from Mrs Muslimah (Alwaqif), was intended to serve as a place of Islamic education. The institution was then realized and firmly established on 18 June 1988.

Abstract

The "Lestari" Joint Business Group is a Small and Medium Enterprise in the Rambak business located in Ngolodono, Karangdowo, Klaten, Central Java. This business group makes Rambak with an onion aroma. This community service activity aims to overcome problems and help groups increase Rambak's productivity. From the initial review results, the site service team discovered several issues the "Lestari" Joint Business Group faced. The problem faced by this Joint Business Group is that the implementation process for crushing onions still needs to be simplified and manual. This activity requires a lot of energy and a long time, with the "Lestari" Joint Business Group not having any tools or machines to overcome this problem. Through this Community Service activity, the service team offers innovation in making an onion crusher for the "Lestari" Joint Business Group. Furthermore, the solution is to design and manufacture an effective onion crusher machine that produces more onions.  As a result of this PKM, one unit of onion-crushing equipment was obtained, which will be given to the "Lestari" Joint Business Group located in Ngolodono Karangdowo, Klaten, Central Java.

Abstract

This action research is motivated by the problem of the lack of student activity in sociology studies especially the integration and reintegration material as an effort to solve conflicts and integration problems, causing the low learning outcomes of students in sociology in class XI IPS 6 SMA Negeri 5 Jambi City. The contributing factor is that the teacher has been using lecture methods a lot, and the lack of use of learning models has caused students to not be active in learning, student activity in asking questions. % of 40 students. Most students show a passive attitude lacking enthusiasm, daydreaming, less attention, speaking when the teacher is explaining the material and showing attitudes that are not relevant to the learning situation Student learning outcomes are low. This study aims to find out how the action is carried out and the outcome process. Student activities are categorized in cycle I, cycle II is good, cycle III is very good. cycle I the average value of 64.50 cycle II increased 74.75 cycle III increased 88.25. An increase in students who completed 16 people in cycle I completed 25 people in cycle II increased 39 people in cycle III. Mastery class has increased cycle I by 40% cycle II 62.50% cycle III increased 97.50%. It can be concluded that an increase in the activities and learning outcomes of the sociology of the concept of social integration and reintegration through the application of the Gagnon and Collay Learning model. students in class XI IPS 6 Semester II SMAN 5 Jambi.
