Abstract: The research is based on initial findings that students struggled to perform accurate underhand volleyball passes. An effort to address this problem was made by providing wall volley drills to observe their effect. A quantitative approach was chosen with an experimental method and a single-group pretest-posttest design. The study's population consisted of 248 tenth-grade students, with a sample of 30 students selected using cluster random sampling. Data collection was conducted using an underhand passing test instrument and analyzed with a paired sample t-test. The results showed an improvement in the accuracy of underhand passing, with the average pretest score increasing from 4,47 to 7,47 in the posttest. T-test analysis indicated that the calculated tvalue (12.51) ttable (1.70), and the significance level (0,00) 0,05, leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. The conclusion is that wall volley drills have a significant impact on the accuracy of students' underhand passing in volleyball. These findings suggest that wall volley drills are effective in improving underhand passing techniques, making them a viable alternative method in teaching basic underhand passing skills in volleyball.Keywords: Wall Volley, Underhand Passing Accuracy, Volleyball Abstrak: Penelitian didasarkan pada temuan awal bahwa siswa kesulitan dalam melakukan passing bawah bola voli dengan tepat. Upaya mengatasi masalah dengan memberikan latihan wall volley untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipilih dengan metode eksperimen dan desain pretest-posttest kelompok tunggal. Populasi penelitian 248 siswa kelas X, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes passing bawah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan ketepatan passing bawah dengan skor rata-rata pretest 4,47 meningkat menjadi 7,47 pada posttest. Analisis uji-t menunjukkan thitung (12,51) ttabel (1,70) dan nilai signifikansi (0,00) 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulannya, latihan wall volley berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan passing bawah siswa pada bola voli. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa latihan wall volley efektif memperbaiki teknik passing bawah sehingga, dapat dijadikan metode alternatif yang efisien dalam pembelajaran teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli.Kata Kunci: Wall Volley, Ketepatan Passing Bawah, Bola Voli

Research with the aim of analysing the strategy of strengthening internal control of cash receipts and disbursements to avoid fraud at the Nevian electronic company in Jember Regency. Approach is used in this research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the strategy of strengthening the internal control system on cash receipts and disbursements is an organisation that separates duties and responsibilities, an authorisation system, sound practices, and qualified employees. The implementation of internal control elements in cash receipts and disbursements Nevian Elektronik Jember Regency implemented there are three elements, namely a good organisational structure that separates clear tasks in each section. Nevian Elektronik has set the division of authority in authorising company transactions properly. In recording cash receipts and cash expenditure transactions that occur, get prior authorisation from the authorised official, namely the owner of the business in order to provide protection to the company's assets. Healthy practices by applying accounting records to related documents are well implemented. Meanwhile, the element of qualified employees has not been applied specifically to employees who handle cash in terms of employee recruitment.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali generasi muda, khususnya siswa SMA NU Gombengsari Kalipuro Banyuwangi, dengan wawasan dan keterampilan dalam bidang kewirausahaan serta pemahaman pentingnya manajemen bisnis dan isu kekerasan seksual. Program ini terdiri dari dua sesi utama, yakni pendampingan kewirausahaan bertajuk “Practice Young Entrepreneur” dan sosialisasi edukatif mengenai kekerasan seksual. Dalam sesi kewirausahaan, siswa diarahkan untuk mengenali potensi diri, menggali peluang usaha di lingkungan sekitar, dan menyusun rencana bisnis sederhana berdasarkan kreativitas masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga menghadirkan para narasumber profesional dari kalangan akademisi dan praktisi usaha yang membagikan pengalaman serta strategi bisnis yang aplikatif. Di sisi lain, sosialisasi kekerasan seksual bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap bahaya kekerasan berbasis gender, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun dunia digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, kepercayaan diri, serta semangat siswa untuk memulai usaha mandiri, disertai dengan kesadaran baru mengenai pentingnya menjaga keselamatan dan hak diri. Program ini diakhiri dengan presentasi rencana bisnis siswa dan penyerahan apresiasi, sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap semangat wirausaha muda.

The research aimed to assess the effectiveness of community education and training programs in enhancing public knowledge and practices regarding organic and inorganic waste management in Gunung Remuk Village, Ketapang, Kalipuro, Banyuwangi. The study utilized a participatory approach, involving workshops and training sessions focused on the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Data was gathered through surveys and direct observation before and after the intervention. The findings indicated a significant increase in awareness among participants regarding the negative impacts of improper waste disposal and the importance of segregation. Post-program assessments revealed a notable improvement in waste sorting practices at the household level, contributing to cleaner and more sustainable local environments. Furthermore, there was a noticeable reduction in waste volume disposed of improperly, highlighting the effectiveness of recycling and reuse initiatives introduced during the program. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that targeted education and training programs can effectively empower communities to actively participate in environmental preservation efforts. By enhancing knowledge and fostering behavioral changes towards sustainable waste management practices, these initiatives not only improve local environmental quality but also promote broader societal benefits. Continued support and collaboration among local governments, communities, and private sectors are crucial for sustaining and scaling such programs to achieve long-term environmental sustainability goals.

Discipline is one of the key aspects in shaping students' character, especially in vocational school environments. The drill training (Peraturan Baris Berbaris or PBB) by lecturers, instructors, and cadets from the Academy of Maritime Banyuwangi at SMK NU Sudirman Rogojampi Banyuwangi aims to improve students' discipline, teamwork, and responsibility through structured activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation to evaluate the effectiveness of this training program. The results show that the PBB training enhances students' ability to follow rules, improves teamwork skills, and fosters a more disciplined character. The discussion of the research links the findings with previous studies, which indicate that discipline-based training is effective in developing students' non-technical (soft) skills that are relevant to the needs of the workforce. The conclusion of this study is that PBB training not only provides practical benefits in improving student discipline but also contributes to strengthening character education overall. The collaboration between higher education institutions and secondary schools has also proven to be effective in providing a holistic learning experience for students.

The purpose of this research is to determine the recording of opening and disbursement of time deposits at PT. BPR Anugerahdharma Yuwana Ambulu Branch, Jember Regency and compare it with theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the recording of the opening and disbursement of time deposits at PT. BPR Anugerahdharma Yuwana Ambulu Branch, Jember Regency uses the Cash Basis system, and the recording is also in accordance with the theory, except that there is a slight difference in the recording of account names and deposit interest taxes are not included in the interest payment journal in accordance with company policy.

The study is to describe the calculation of Break Even Point in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) “Yuli Bakery". The break even point calculations are an important tool in financial management to determine a breaking point. The study used the quantitative if approach, based on the operational costs associated with MSME "Yuli Bakery". This research method included the collecting of data from the interview's notes, observation and documentation on the "Yuli Bakery". The type of data used are secondary data that include a company profile, a cost data, production data, a product sale price, and sales data of a product. The results showed that the calculation of Break Even Point (BEP) occurred when MSME "Yuli Bakery" sold 565 units of products.

Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X BD SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui tes untuk memperoleh nilai aspek kognitif dan lembar observasi untuk menilai aspek afektif dan keterampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar: 1)Pada aspek afektif dari kondisi awal 59%, meningkat menjadi 72% pada siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 90% pada siklus II, 2) Pada aspek kognitif dari kondisi awal 50%, meningkat menjadi 70% pada siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 80% pada siklus II, 3) Pada aspek keterampilan dari kondisi awal 48%, meningkat menjadi 62% pada siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 81% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dalam aspek afektif dari pembelajaran passing bola basket melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) pada siswa kelas X BD SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang, 2) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dalam aspek kognitif dari pembelajaran passing bola basket melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) pada siswa kelas X BD SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang, 3) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dalam aspek keterampilan dari pembelajaran passing bola basket melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) pada siswa kelas X BD SMK Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang.
