Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah ada perbedaan keefektifan antara teknik paired storytelling, jigsaw, dan konvensional dalam meningkatkan kompetensi berbicara siswa, (2) teknik pembelajaran berbicara yang paling efektif antara ketiga teknik penelitian itu dalam meningkatkan kompetensi berbicara siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan nonequivalent control-group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan keefektifan antara teknik paired storytelling, jigsaw, and konvensional itu dalam meningkatkan kompetensi berbicara siswa dengan nilai F sebesar 3,532 dan signifikan dengan P 0,05, yaitu sebesar 0,033, dan (2) teknik paired storytelling adalah teknik keterampilan berbicara yang paling efektif diantara ketiga teknik itu dalam meningkatkan kompetensi berbicara siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sleman dengan mean tertinggi sebesar 74,3492. Abstract

Abstract This research was aimed at finding out the effectiveness of a groundstroke skill instructional model for the beginner tennis players among the 8 university students. The population was the students of the 2001 and 2002 academic years of the Department of Sport Trainer Education, Faculty of Sport Science, of the State University of Yogyakarta,who took the Lawn Tennis as one of their compulsory courses. The sample was 26 students chosen randomly from the total of 48 students of the 2001 academic years students and 22  students chosen randomly from the total of 39 students of the 2002 academic year students. The students of the 2001 academic year took the course conducted by the open instructional model, while the students of the 2002 academic year took the course conducted by the closed instructional model. The results of the analysis indicates that: (1) there is no differences in groundstroke skills between  the tennis players learn by open model and those learn by the closed model, (2) the tennis players with high coordination capability perform better groundstroke skills than those with the lower coordination capability, and (3) there is no interaction between instructional model and coordination capability with respect to their effect on the students groundstroke skills. Abstract

Learning Indonesian in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires students to be able to master various skills, one of which is critical thinking skills. Teachers as learning facilitators must be able to guide students in mastering these skills. One of the efforts that teachers can make in achieving this is to familiarize students with higher-order thinking, through various kinds of HOTS-based evaluation questions. At the initial stage, it is necessary to know the needs analysis related to the development of HOTS questions in Indonesian language learning materials for persuasive speech texts. Needs analysis in this study is part of research and development (R&D). The method used in this research is the survey method. Data was collected by observation, interviews and document analysis. The data obtained in this study are qualitative data. The qualitative data was then analyzed descriptively. The results of the needs analysis show that the teachers in the MGMP area of ​​the Indonesian Junior High School in Bantul Regency really need HOTS questions in procedural text learning as a teacher reference in making and presenting HOTS questions to students. The results of the study show that so far the teacher has never implemented it, and the students have never worked on HOTS-based evaluation questions in Indonesian language learning materials for persuasive speech texts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan panduan acuan standardisasi penilaian hasil belajar berbasis sekolah, kasus pada mata pelajaran Biologi dan Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Hasil yang dicapai yakni tersusunnya panduan standardisasi penilaian yang terdiri dari (a) learning continuum Biologi dan Bahasa Indonesia SMA yang telah ditelaah pakar terkait, (b) Panduan Penyusunan Butir Tes Pola Konvergen dan Divergen, dan (3) Panduan Analisis Data Pengukuran Pendidikan menggunakan Program Quest dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar. Ketiga-nya sudah divalidasi melalui kegiatan diseminasi kepada para guru Biologi dan Bahasa Indonesia di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Kalimantan Barat, dan Nusa Tenggara Barat pada tahun kedua. Kemudian divalidasi lagi melalui kegiatan diseminasi kepada para widyaiswara di LPMP DI Yogyakarta, Jawa tengah, Bangka Belitung, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan, dan Nusa Tenggara Barat pada tahun ketiga. Oleh karena itu, ketiga perangkat tersebut sudah dapat dijadikan pegangan bagi para praktisi di lapangan.Kata kunci: standardisasi penilaian, learning continuum hasil belajar, CTT dan IRT______________________________________________________________THE STANDARDIZATION OF SCHOOL BASED ASSESSMENTAbstract This study aims to develop the guidance of the standardization on the achievement assessment based on school, cases on Biology and Indonesian Language subjects in senior high schools. The study resulted standardization guidance consisting of (a) learning continuum of achievement on Biology and Indonesia Language at Senior High Schools; (b) the guidance of writing the instrument to measure convergent and divergent pattern of learning achievement on Biology and Indonesia Language at Senior High Schools; and (c) the guidance to analyse data of educational measurement by using Quest Program. Those have been validated through dessimination to Bilolgi and Indonesian teachers in DIY, Kalbar, and NTB Provinces in the second year, and again by the instructors of LPMP in DIY, Jateng, Ba-Bel, Kalbar, Kalsel, Sulsel, and NTB Provinces at the third year. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1. menggambarkan dan merancang prosedur pengembangan model penelitian berperspektif gender, 2. mengembangkan dan menghasilkan model pe-nelitian berperspektif gender, dan 3. menghasilkan karakteristik model penelitian berperspektif gender. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan mengadaptasi model penelitian pe-ngembangan  dari Borg dan Gall. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui sepuluh tahapan, yaitu: 1. studi pendahuluan, 2. perencanaan model, 3. pengembangan model awal, 4.uji coba model awal, 5. revisi model awal, 6.uji coba scope terbatas, 7. revisi uji coba scope terbatas, 8. pengujian model akhir, 9. revisi model akhir, 10. diseminasi dan implementasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, checklist dan dokumentasi. Data  dianalisis secara kualitatif  dengan  teknik analisis kualitatif  fenomenologi (grounded) dan dilengkapi dengan analisis gender model HARMOS (modifikasi dari teknik analisis gender model Harvard dan model Moser). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Pengembangan model penelitian berperspektif gender dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi model penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg dan Gall. 2. Menemukan model  penelitian berperspektif gender  yang secara spesifik menggunakan analisis gender model HARMOS (modifikasi dari analisis gender model Harvard dan model Moser) dan pedoman aplikasinya. 3. Menghasilkan karakteristik model penelitian berperspektif gender.Kata kunci: pengembangan, model penelitian, perspektif gender______________________________________________________________DEVELOPING  A MODEL OF RESEARCH WITH GENDER PERSPEKTIFAbsrtact The objectives of this study are: 1). to describe and to design the procedure of developing a model of research  with gender perspective,  2). to develop and to produce  a model of research with gender perspective. 3) to produce model's characteristic of research with gender perspective.This research is  a research and development  using the research model adapted from the Borg and Gall.The  development was carried out through ten stages, namely: 1. preliminary study, 2. planning  models, 3. developing the  initial model, 4. testing the initial model, 5. revising the initial model, 6. testing it with limited scope, 7.  revising the limited scope testing result, 8. testing  the final model, 9. revising  the final model, and  10. dissemination and implementation. The study used the qualitative research. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, checklist  and documentaries.  The data were analyzed using the qualitative analysis techniques called Phenomenology and   gender analysis of the HARMOS model. The results are: 1. The development of the model of  gender perspective in the research  is carried out using model  by Borg and Gall model. 2. Producing the model of the research  with gender perspective  that specifically used gender analysis HARMOS model  and its manual 3. Abstract

Vocational education is crucial in bridging the gap between educational outcomes and labor market demands, significantly impacting employment rates and career prospects. The purpose of the study was to identify the acceptability of the entrepreneurship education model in Indonesian vocational schools. This paper explores the importance of vocational education in equipping individuals with job-ready skills, addressing challenges like long-term unemployment, and literacy skill disparities. It emphasizes the integration of entrepreneurship education to foster entrepreneurial intentions, competencies, and behaviors, crucial for sustainable economic growth, particularly in Indonesia. Utilizing a development model based on Borg and Gall, the study involves needs assessment, product development, and evaluation to craft an effective entrepreneurship education framework for vocational schools. Insights from vocational education experts, entrepreneurship practitioners or teachers, and entrepreneurs are integral to developing this model. The findings show that entrepreneurship education is acceptable to be implemented in Indonesian vocational schools. The proposed model focuses on characteristic Indonesian mindset formation, practical entrepreneurial skills, and active industry collaboration, aiming to prepare graduates for both employment and selfemployment. This research has implications for the transformation of vocational education in Indonesia by providing a strong framework that supports graduates’ transition to the world of work and encourages entrepreneurial efforts, thereby contributing to broader economic development and innovation.

Abstract

International assessments such as PISA, TIMSS, and PIRLS indicate that Indonesian students perform poorly, ranking below Malaysia and far behind Singapore. This issue is compounded by internal challenges, including teacher quality. To address this, a study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Barrett and Bloom model evaluation question grid in PISA-style reading comprehension questions. The research utilized the ADDIE Research and Development model, analyzing two sets of teacher-created questions. A senior teacher developed Package A using a reading comprehension model, while a junior teacher designed Package B with a non-argumentative Bloom grid. Data analysis was conducted using a t-test in SPSS. The findings revealed that Package B outperformed Package A, with t = -11.133 and a significance level of ≤ 0.05. Additionally, most senior teacher-written questions were HOTS-based, making them more challenging and requiring critical thinking. Conversely, junior teacher-created questions were easier, with fewer HOTS elements, resulting in better test scores. Thus, the study concludes that the Barrett Grid is more effective in designing PISA-style reading comprehension questions.

Abstract

Tujuan utama program  penerapan  IPTEKS  ini adalah untuk melatih  para guru agar memiliki  kemampuan   menyusun  butir­butir soal yang memenuhi  persyaratan   untuk  dimasukkan  ke dalam bank  soal,Khalayak  sasaran  adalah  para guru SLTP dan SMU di Propinsi  Daerah  Istimewa  Yogyakarta  yang  diizinkan  oleh Kanwil Depdikbud   setempat  untuk  mengikuti   kegiatan  ini. Metode  yang  digunakan   meliputi  kegiatan   ceramah,   pelatihan   praktek terbimbing/tutorial,   dan kerja mandiri.Soal yang disusun  dalam  pelatihan  pengembangan   bank soal ini adalah  untuk  seluruh  mata pelajaran  yang  diebtanaskan yang diajarkan di kelas III cawu-L  Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan  bahwa para guru benar-benar  dapat ditingkatkan   kemampuannya dalam menyusun  kisi-kisi,  menyusun  dan menyunting  butir soal, merakit  soal, menganalisis   butir soal menggunakan   program ASCAL dan dimasukkan  ke dalam bank soal, menganalisis  butir soal menggunakan  program  lTEMAN  dan menginterpretasikan hasilnya  untuk mengetahui  kekuatan  distraktor  rnasing-masing  butir soa1. Setelah soal dari setiap mata pelajaran  diujikan  pada500 testi, hasilnya  menunjukkan   bahwa  presentasi  butir  soal yang  tidak  memenuhi  persyaratan   untuk  dimasukkan   ke dalam bank  soal berkisar   12% sampai  45%.  Hasil  pemantauan   di sekolah  menunjukkan   bahwa  pengalaman   yang  diperoleh   para petatar   benar-benar    ditularkan   kepada   guru  lain  di  sekolahnya   masing-masing    di  antaranya   ada  yang  melalui   kegiatan Musyawarah   Guru Mata Pelajaran  (MGMP).Kata kunci: Bank Soal-  Menulis  Butir

Abstract

The ibM community service aims at training the MGMP teachers ofbiology & indonesian language subject in yogyakarta municipality and slemanregency in order to have ability to develop test which is composed of divergentand convergent test items. Also, the teachers are able to perform qualitative andquantitative analysis to the developed items.  To meet the targets, this community service was conducted using lecturing;questioning and answering; and practicing techniques. With regard tothis,the practicing technique include: (1) writing test items, (2) performing deepunderstanding to the quality of test items qualitatively, and (3) analyzing itemsusing Quest program.Then,the researches guided the teachers throgh email todevelop a test which were used in their schools. The last activity was analysingtheir data using Quest program. The findings of this activity, the teachers had succesfully produced ablue print and a set of sample items  both divergent and convergent model andit was review between the participants. After each participants conducted of thetest administration on each school, the result of the Quest analysis showed thatsome items of the test was conducted by 21 MGMP teachers of biology subject& 16 MGMP teachers of indonesian language subject didn"t fit with the partialcredit model. That is because not all teachers are able to develop a good itemaand also the minimum of samples was tested by politomus scale items. As aresult, estimates do not achieve the expected results
