Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the growth of the Sharia Business Unit of the Jambi Regional Development Bank as seen from the development of assets, financing and profit for the current year. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method of collecting data by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis method used in this writing is descriptive analysis. In this thesis, the author concludes that the growth in the sharia business unit of the Jambi Regional Development Bank has been stable and increased significantly, the Jambi Regional Development Bank Sharia Business Unit or known as Jambi Sharia Bank is at a stable point in running the company's operations. Significant and continues to increase every year. In its growth, banks have factors that affect the growth of assets, financing and also profits such as the amount of TPF, the level of profit sharing and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of product innovation, promotion, and product quality on the sales volume of Liberika Tungkal coffee at the Mekar Jaya UMKM Outlet, Betara District. The population in this study are all consumers or customers who buy processed Liberika Tungkal coffee products. The sampling technique used the Lame Show formula with a total of 96.4 and rounded up to 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, observations and interviews. Which research method used quantitative methods, this study uses primary data and secondary data with multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the data analysis test, it can be concluded that partially (T test) the product innovation variable (X1) has no effect on sales volume (Y), promotion variable (X2) has a positive effect on sales volume (Y), product quality variable (X3 ) has a positive effect on sales volume. Simultaneously (Test F), shows that product innovation (X1), promotion (X2), and product quality (X3) simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). The influence of the variable (Coefficient of Determination) product innovation, promotion, and product quality is 68.1%, while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of the current ratio and quick ratio on net profit margins in basic and chemical industry companies (Jakarta Islamic Index Period 2016 - 2021). In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis method used is panel data analysis. The samples used in this study were 10 companies with a total period of 6 years resulting in 60 data. The results showed that partially, the current ratio and quick ratio have a significant effect on the net profit margin. Simultaneously it shows that the current ratio and quick ratio have a significant influence on the net profit margin in basic and chemical industry companies listed on the JII for the 2016 – 2021 period. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the current ratio and quick ratio variables have an influence on the net profit margin of 69.11% and the remaining 30.89% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Zakat fitrah is zakat by which a Muslim gives part of his wealth to people in need as a form of purifying his soul from evil during the fasting month, such as dirty words and useless deeds. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of muzakki in paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH Jambi City and to find out the efforts of LAZ BMH Jambi City to increase muzakki's interest in paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH Jambi City. In order to present this issue in detail and comprehensively, the author uses qualitative research methods to collect the necessary information during the investigation period. Data collection for this study was carried out by observing, interviewing and documenting. The validity test used in this study is using a triangulation technique. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the muzakki's perception of paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH is quite good even though the muzakki's understanding of LAZ BMH in Jambi City is still very low. As well as the efforts of LAZ BMH Jambi City to increase muzakki's interest in paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH Jambi City, namely by outreach, collaboration, and improving service quality.

Abstract

This thesis entitled The Influence of Marketing Strategy on Increasing Oyster Mushroom Sales at Omah Mushrooms in Baru Village, Mestong District and aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy, product, price, place, promotion on increasing oyster mushroom sales in Baru village, Mestong sub-district in a quantitative descriptive manner regarding. This research is expected to provide benefits to writers, academic institutions related to increasing oyster mushroom sales, as well as being a source of information for SMEs to find out what the marketing strategy is. Based on the results of the research that has been done, data obtained from product, price, place, and promotion variables on increasing sales, The product has a significant effect on the increase in oyster mushroom sales. This is indicated by the X1 regression coefficient of 0.295. The significant value of the product variable is 0.003, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 3.092 > 1.987, thus indicating that the product has a significant effect on oyster mushroom sales in Baru Village, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Prices have a significant effect on increasing oyster mushroom sales because this is indicated by the X2 regression coefficient of 0.278. The significant value of the price variable is 0.004, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 2.573 > 1.987 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. A significant place on the sale of oyster mushrooms in the Baru Village is due to the X3 regression coefficient of 0.229. The significant value of the price variable is 0.008, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 2.697 > 1.987, thus indicating that location has a significant effect on the sale of oyster mushrooms in Baru Village, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. A significant promotion of the sale of oyster mushrooms in the New Village is due to the X4 regression coefficient of 0.132. The significant value of the price variable is 0.014, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 3.327 > 1.987, thus indicating that promotion has a significant effect on oyster mushroom sales in Baru Village.

Abstract

Melotot Geprek Chicken Shop which is located at Jl. Sk Syahbudin, Ruko Puri Mayang, Mayang Mangurai, Jambi city. This Geprek Chicken Shop not only provides Geprek Chicken, but also provides toppings such as omelettes, liver gizzards, quail eggs, tofu-tempeh, perkedel, fried petai and others. The phenomenon or event that can be felt directly by researchers is, the Geprek Melotot Chicken Shop with a simple and not luxurious building design, ordinary service, and product sales that only use a word of mouth strategy, resulting in a lack of turnover as expected and what has been achieved. planned. So the aim of this research is to find out what marketing strategies are to increase sales, what obstacles are faced and what are the solutions in dealing with marketing strategies. The discussion of this research is related to the theory of increasing sales, MSMEs, Marketing Strategy, Halal Labeling, and Constraints in MSME Development. This research is a type of Qualitative research with a descriptive approach, using primary data sources and secondary data. The subjects of the research are Shop Owners and Consumers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by Toko Ayam Geprek Melotot in increasing sales is by using the 9P marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, payment, packaging), namely product strategy, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, payment, and packaging.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Waqf Land Management in Creating Community Welfare (Case Study of Mandiangin District). The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this research are: 1) The management of waqf land in Suka Maju Village includes: the waqf land manager receives waqf land from the community in Suka Maju Village, then the waqf land manager manages the waqf land, after that allocates the results of managing the waqf land to various community needs in Suka Maju Village. Meanwhile, the waqf land in Suka Maju Village itself comes from the community in Suka Maju Village. After the acceptance stage of the waqf land has been accommodated, the next stage is the stage of managing and allocating the waqf land which is distributed to the Suka Maju Village Government with the general aim of religious and public interests. There are 6 waqf lands in Suka Maju Village until 2023 which come from the Suka Maju Village community with different land sizes. Meanwhile, the use of waqf land in Suka Maju Village is used in 2 sectors, namely 1) Education sector. The waqf land collected in Suka Maju Village is used for the education sector with an area of 600m2, namely for the construction of elementary schools and PAUD. 2) Religious sector, waqf land collected in Suka Maju Village, is used for the religious sector with an area of 1200m2, namely for the construction of mosques and prayer rooms. 2) The impact of wakah land management in creating welfare for the people of Suka Maju Village can be seen from 4 indicators of community welfare, namely income, health, education and religion. In the dimension of health or care for the soul in an Islamic perspective, the role of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has not succeeded in realizing care for the soul as measured by the community's ability to easily get access to health cards, health access services and the ability to provide treatment if a family member is sick. In terms of the development of the educational dimension or maintenance of reason in the management of waqf land, the impact of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has been to be able to meet the educational needs of the village community in the form of sending children in Suka Maju Village to school at the formal education level. In the development of the income or asset maintenance dimension in asset allocation, the existence of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has not been able to provide an impact or contribution to the income of the community or the village government. From a religious perspective, the existence of a religious institution that stands on waqf land in Suka Maju Village has had a positive impact in improving community welfare in the religious sector in the form of increasing piety. Therefore, the Suka Maju Village Government has carried out the role of waqf land in the form of religious protection or hifdz a-din, namely creating prosperity from a religious perspective.

Abstract

Kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan nasabah adalah hasil penilaian nasabah terhadap apa yang diharapkannya dengan membeli dan menggunakan suatu produk jasa bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap Pengaruh Layanan Bank Syariah Indonesia Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa FEBI (Studi pada Mahasiswa FEBI UIN STS Jambi). Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis statistik regresi sederhana secara parsial dengan sampal berjumlah 89 nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tangible (bukti fisik) (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEBI secara parsial, reability (kehandalan) (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEBI secara parsial, responsiveness (tanggapan) (X3) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEBI secara parsial, assurance (jaminan) (X4) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEBI secara parsial, emphaty (empati) (X5) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEBI secara parsial. Secara simultan dapat diketahui bahwa tangible (bukti fisik), reability (kehandalan), responsiveness (tanggapan), assurance (jaminan) dan emphaty (empati)secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEBI.

Abstract

Islamic Bank is a financial institution that runs its business activities based on Islamic principles and sharia. The decision to become a customer of an Islamic bank can be influenced by several factors, including consumer knowledge and brand image. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of consumer knowledge and brand image on the decision to become a customer of BTN Syariah Jambi. The sample from this research was 80 customers of the BTN Syariah Jambi. The research results show that consumer knowledge (X1) and brand image (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on customer decisions. This is proven by the Adjusted R square (coefficient of determination) value of 88,6%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the existence of online motorcycle taxis on the income of base motorcycle taxis in Beliung Village. This research is of a qualitative type. The object of this research is motorcycle taxi drivers at the base of Beliung Indah Village. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. By carrying out data analysis methods, namely observation, interviews and personal documentation, then the data is processed using data processing techniques. The research results show that: The existence of online motorcycle taxis has a negative impact on the income level of base motorcycle taxi drivers. There was a decrease in income levels expressed by motorbike taxi drivers in Banjarbaru City between before and after the existence of online motorbike taxis. The average income earned by motorbike taxi drivers before the existence of online motorbike taxis was around Rp. 50,000.00 – IDR 100,000.00 thousand per day and after online motorbike taxis are only around IDR 30,000.00 – IDR 40,000.00 thousand per day and sometimes you don't even get anything at all.
