Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the digital administrative skills of student organization leaders at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. The main issue faced by the participants is their limited ability to manage administrative tasks using technology, which calls for a practical and relevant solution. The training was designed to introduce and train participants in using Canva, a digital application that supports professional administrative design. The method used was a participatory approach with stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training involved 30 participants and was conducted in three sessions: an introduction to Canva features, a demonstration of its use, and hands-on practice with guidance from the organizing team. Evaluation was carried out through observation and feedback surveys to assess participants' understanding and skills. The results show that 90% of participants were able to apply the training material effectively, such as creating reports and posters. Additionally, participants provided positive feedback, considering the training helpful in understanding and practicing technology-based administration. Therefore, this activity not only enhanced students' technical competencies but also provided long-term benefits for school organization management and prepared students for the digital era.

Abstract

In the digital era, teachers are expected to utilize technology to create interactive learning media. However, many elementary school teachers still face limitations in mastering digital skills, including the use of software to develop engaging learning media. This is due to a lack of training, limited access to technology, and insufficient time to develop these skills. Consequently, the learning process becomes less engaging and less relevant to the current needs of students. The objectives of this research are to analyze the initial level of teachers' digitalization skills and their ability to create interactive learning media. To develop an effective training program to enhance teachers' digital skills. to evaluate the impact of the training on teachers' ability to create interactive learning media. to provide strategic recommendations for implementing similar training programs in other elementary schools. This study employs Classroom Action Research methods with a descriptive and quantitative approach. The findings include Initial Teacher Capability: Most teachers have a basic understanding of technology but lack practical application skills for creating interactive learning media. Training Effectiveness: The provided training significantly improved teachers' ability to use tools such as Canva and PowerPoint with engaging animations. Attitudinal Changes: Teachers became more confident in using technology for teaching and were more motivated to continuously develop their digital skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SYAFA KOPI, sebuah usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan dan pemasaran biji kopi. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah website sebagai platform penyedia informasi yang mencakup profil perusahaan, lokasi, kontak, serta daftar produk kopi yang dipasarkan. Perancangan website ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran SYAFA KOPI seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan metodologi waterfall, serta perancangan antarmuka menggunakan Canva sebagai alat desain UI/UX yang mendukung kolaborasi dan konsistensi visual. Selain itu, pemodelan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan kebutuhan dan alur sistem secara terstruktur. Proses penelitian mencakup perancangan antarmuka dengan elemen visual yang konsisten, pembuatan prototipe interaktif, revisi berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna, hingga pengujian untuk memastikan kemudahan penggunaan dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan website yang dihasilkan bersifat informatif dan user-friendly, serta berpotensi mendukung SYAFA KOPI dalam memperkuat posisinya sebagai UMKM yang adaptif terhadap kemajuan teknologi dan mampu memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi konsumen
