Abstract

Government innovations are needed by the community over time, one of which is the Complete Certificate Land Registration Program Innovation in Surabaya. In this case the process of implementing land registration which is a series of activities implemented by the government on an ongoing, regular and continuous basis and includes a collection, processing of manuscripts and also presenting and maintaining physical data and also juridical data in the form of maps and lists, relating to the field of -Plots of land and apartment units, including the provision of evidence as a right to land parcels that already have authority and have ownership rights to apartment units and certain other rights that burden them. The benefits in this case that are sustainable in discussions regarding the implementation of land registration can provide legal certainty and legal protection to rights holders over a parcel of land, an apartment and other rights that are registered so that they can easily have evidence against the public that it owns a land certificate which is the holder of the rights in question and provides a relief to other parties so that they can apply for land registration on their own rights

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Surabaya City fire disaster mitigation training, the inhibiting and supporting factors in the fire disaster mitigation training and the efforts made by the Surabaya City BPBD in overcoming obstacles in the fire disaster mitigation training. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of information were determined using purposive sampling techniques, data collection techniques through library studies, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis techniques by data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) The effectiveness of fire disaster mitigation training at BPBD Kota Surabaya is categorized as quite effective. The results of the work which can be seen from the high level of community awareness, the duration of time adjusted to the scale of the participants present, the satisfaction of the community which can be seen from the satisfaction survey data, the adaptation of trainers in adjusting to environmental conditions during fire disaster mitigation training and the development carried out to improve effectiveness, namely through employee competency improvement programs or staff. (2) The inhibiting and supporting factors in the effectiveness of this training are the facilities and infrastructure factors, employee competency factors, applicable SOP factors and community participation factors. (3) Efforts made by BPBD Kota Surabaya are by carrying out competency certification, coaching and mentoring programs, attending routine training specifically for employees or staff and collaborating with other agencies.

Abstract

Karena penurunan kapasitas intrinsik dan fungsional dan resiko mengalami keterbatasan, masalah kesehatan yang lebih sering muncul dengan bertambahnya usia. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pemberdayaan potensi lansia untuk beraktivitas dan lebih produktif. Kondisi pra lansia dan lansia di desa Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan belum memiliki potensi yang dapat menunjang produktif. Melalui pelatihan budidaya dan pengolahan kelor serta literasi digital diharapan mampu secara mandiri mengolah kelor untuk kebutuhan pemenuhan nutrisi serta mampu menjual produk-produk kelor melalui internet Keberlanjutan program ini adalah terbentuknya taman lansia tempat bertemunya para lansia untuk usaha produktif. Melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat oleh tim pemberdaya Fisip Ubhara Surabaya mampu memberikan peluang kemandirian masyarakat lanjut usia di Desa Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan – Sidoarjo. ABSTRACT Due to decreased intrinsic and functional capacity and the risk of experiencing limitations, health problems are more common with increasing age. Therefore, it is important to allow parents to be more active and productive. The condition of the pre-elderly and elderly in Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan village does not yet have the potential to support productivity. Through training in cultivating and processing moringa as well as digital literacyIt is hoped that they will be able to process moringa for nutritional purposes on their own and sell moringa products online. The continuation of this program is the formation of an elderly park where the elderly can meet for productive businesses. Through community empowerment by the Fisip Ubhara Surabaya empowerment team, it was able to provide opportunities for independence for the elderly community in Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan Village – Sidoarjo.
