Abstract

Vaksinasi terhadap Covid-19 adalah cara terbaik untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Selain itu, penerapan protokol kesehatan 6M yaitu memakai masker, cuci tangan, menjaga jarak, membatasi mobilitas, menghindari keramaian, dan menghindari makan bersama juga sangat penting untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19. Masih ada masyarakat yang takut untuk melakukan vaksinasi terhadap Covid-19 dan kurangnya kesadaran dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan menjadi kendala dalam menghentikan penyebaran Covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan sosialisasi yang dilakukan melalui aplikasi zoom meeting serta penilaian pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Setelah dilakukan psikoedukasi didapatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya vaksinasi dan penerapan protokol kesehatan 6M yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan jumlah soal yang dijawab dengan benar sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian sosialisasi sudah memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dan diharapkan keberlanjutan kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan di masyarakat luas sehingga ilmu yang diberikan dapat bermanfaat secara umum Vaccination against Covid-19 is the best way to prevent the spread of Covid-19. In addition, the implementation of the 6M health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, limiting mobility, avoiding crowds, and avoiding eating together is also very important to suppress the spread of Covid-19. There are still people who are afraid to vaccinate against Covid-19 and the lack of awareness in implementing health protocols is an obstacle in stopping the spread of Covid-19. The method of implementing this activity uses socialization carried out through the zoom meeting application as well as pre-test and post-test assessments to measure the level of understanding before and after the activity. After doing psychoeducation, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge about the importance of vaccination and the application of the 6M health protocol as indicated by the increase in the number of questions answered correctly so it can be concluded that the provision of socialization has a positive impact on the community and it is hoped that the sustainability of this activity can be carried out in the wider community so that the knowledge provided can be useful in general.

Abstract

Remaja memiliki banyak tugas perkembangan. Beberapa diantaranya adalah mencapai kemandirian ekonomi dan dapat melakukan persiapan karier dengan melakukan perencanaan karier yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menguji pengaruh self-regulated learning dan openness to experience terhadap adaptabilitas karier pada remaja. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 386 siswa. Metode cluster sampling digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Pengumpulan data menggunalan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala self-regulated learning dengan nilai r=0.929, skala big-inventory dengan nilai r= 0.883 dan skala adaptabilitas karier dengan nilai r= 0.925. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dalam program SPSS for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa self regulated learning (β=0.225, ρ<0,05) dan openness to experience (β=0.685, ρ<0,05) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Adolescents have many developmentals tasks, some of them are to achieve economic independence and can make career preparations by doing a proper career planning. The aims of the study are investigate and examine the effect of self-regulated learning and openness to experience in the career adaptability on adolescents. Respondents in this research were 386 students. Cluster sampling method was used to determine the respondents. Interviewe and questionnaire methode are applied in this study. The scale used was self-regulated learning scale with r= 0.929, big-five inventory scale with r=0.883 and career adaptability scale with r=0.925. Analysis data was conducted using multiple regresion method in SPSS for windows. The result shown that self regulated learning (β = 0.225, ρ <0.05) and openness to experience (β = 0.685, ρ <0.05) together had an effect in the career adaptability on adolescents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence between self-regulated learning and career optimism in final year students. This research uses quantitative method with correlational type. The subjects in this study were final year students at the Islamic University 45 Bekasi with a sample of 88 respondents. This study uses a self-regulated learning scale with Cronbach's alpha reliability value, the value of ralpha = 0.935, the career optimism scale of ralpha = 0.858, and the career adaptability scale of ralpha = 0.950. The results of data analysis obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between self-regulated learning and career adaptability in final year students and a correlation coefficient of 0.538 is obtained. Meanwhile, in the Spearman rank correlation test between career optimism and career adaptability, the results showed that there was no relationship with a correlation coefficient of -0.163 and p value = 0.129 (p>0.05). Then for the simple linear regression test, the R correlation value is 0.294. And obtained the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.322 which means that there is an influence of the variable self-regulated learning on career adaptability with a percentage of 29.4% while 70.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship and influence of academic stress and optimism on academic resilience. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type involving 91 final year students at Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi. The sampling technique used a non-probability sample technique with a proportionate strafied random sampling technique. This study uses an academic resilience scale with a reliability value of 0.891 Chronbach's Alpha, an academic stress scale with a Chronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.943 and an optimism scale with a Chronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.895. The data analysis technique used Rank- Spearman correlation test and multiple linear regression. This study found that there is a positive relationship between academic stress and optimism on academic resilience. Then, there is also an influence between academic stress and optimism on academic resilience with an effective contribution of 13.8% for final year students at Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi.

Abstract

Educators must prioritize the development of motivation among students, particularly those in the sixth grade. This is because these students are likely to continue their education to a higher level and therefore require a solid foundation of motivation to excel. Without efforts to enhance their low learning motivation, these students will encounter difficulties at the subsequent educational level. The objective of this community service is to enhance the learning motivation of sixth-grade students at SDN Karangsegar 02 in Bekasi Regency. A total of 15 sixth-grade students whose pretest results indicated low scores on the learning motivation scale will participate in a community service activity. The instrument used is the Academic Motivation Scale - Indonesian Short Version, which has a reliability of above 0.7. The results of the community service indicated that learning motivation training using the roleplay method was an effective approach for increasing students' learning motivation.

Abstract

The study aimed to explore the connection between social support, self-esteem, and subjective well-being in psychology students at the Islamic University 45 Bekasi. The research involved ≤ 135 participants aged 18–25, actively enrolled in the psychology program for the class of 2021. Simple random sampling was employed for data collection. The findings revealed a positive correlation (0.551) between social support (X1) and subjective well-being (Y), suggesting a significant contribution of social support to the participants' well-being. Additionally, the correlation coefficient between self-esteem (X2) and subjective well-being (Y) was 0.743, indicating a positive and substantial influence of self-esteem on subjective well-being.

Abstract

Stuttering is a disorder in language or speech in which a person is difficult or difficult to speak clearly and smoothly and someone who experiences stuttering or stuttering tends to extend or repeat a syllable. This research aims to explore more deeply the case of stuttering in early childhood. In addition, this study aims to find out the causes or factors that cause stuttering in the subject and find out what treatments have been done to cure the subject from stuttering. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research design with a case study method. The subject in this study is a boy with the initials ABA where the subject is 8 years old and the sampling technique in this study uses non-probability using purposive sampling. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the subject often lengthened the consonant and vowel sounds. The subject also does not speak fluently or intermittently on several consonant letters, namely “B, G, and M”. The cause of stuttering in the subject is due to the neglect of the subject's parents since birth who are rarely involved in the subject's learning process.

Abstract

Community service carried out at SDN 06 Bantarjaya regarding empathy training to prevent bullying behavior in elementary school students which aims to train and increase insight into empathetic behavior to be more respectful of fellow students in order to avoid bullying behavior. This program was implemented in accordance with the results of observations where at the time of observation there was still a lack of empathetic behavior between students, both between students and students with other school members. This activity was carried out from August to September 2023, using the method of presenting material about bullying and empathy, role playing, and the final activity was watching a video about bullying behavior, then students were given a piece of paper to write down what experiences they had while watching the video. The result of this activity is an increase in understanding about empathetic behavior and a change in students' empathetic behavior towards their fellow students.

Abstract

Academic help-seeking (pencarian bantuan pembelajaran) dan career adaptability (kemampuan beradaptasi dalam karier) adalah dua faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan seseorang dalam mencapai tujuan karier. Academic help-seeking dapat membantu individu dalam memperoleh informasi dan dukungan dari orang lain dalam mengatasi masalah pembelajaran. Sementara itu, career adaptability memungkinkan individu untuk mengatasi perubahan dan tantangan dalam karier dengan lebih baik, dengan demikian kedua faktor tersebut memungkinkan untuk membentuk pola yang dapat diteliti. Namun demikian, saat ini belum banyak penelitian yang memperhatikan hubungan antara kedua faktor tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan pola Academic help-seeking dan Career adaptability. Academic help-seeking sebagai variabel masukan dan career adaptability sebagai variabel keluaran, masing-masing menjadi variabel untuk dijadikan model jaringan syaraf tiruan. Penelitian menggunakan model algoritma jaringan syaraf tiruan. Model penelitian bermanfaat memprediksi kemampuan beradaptasi dalam karier seseorang dengan melihat perilaku help-seeking dalam pembelajaran.
