Abstract

Social interaction has become a crucial need for students in the university environment, but individual conflicts can pose challenges. Conflict is a part of life, but if not handled properly, it can be difficult to control. This research aims to explore the relationship between religiosity and empathy with forgiveness behavior, utilizing a quantitative approach. The research sample involves 135 active students from Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The analysis results indicate that there is no significant linear relationship between religiosity and forgiveness, and there is no significant linear relationship between empathy and forgiveness. These findings illustrate that a high level of religiosity does not necessarily indicate positive forgiveness behavior, and empathy does not always contribute to the formation of forgiving attitudes. Additionally, the research highlights other contributing factors to forgiveness not addressed in the study, such as relationship quality, personality types, and attack characteristics. Therefore, further research is needed to identify and measure the influence of these factors. Furthermore, the research results indicate that 88% of other factors influencing forgiveness remain unexplored, emphasizing the need for further research with larger and more diverse samples.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2024 simultaneous elections has ended. Many male and female candidates, as well as running for executive and legislative positions have introduced themselves to the public. However, various surveys show that female candidates are still unpopular and have low electability, especially presidential candidates. Generation Z voters can be categorized as first-time voters. As a generation, they have different characteristics from previous generations. They were born during the development of internet technology, so they are very internet literate. Therefore, this study aims to find out Generation Z's views toward female candidates from the perspective of social capital. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Based on the answers of 55 students, it was shown that there was no significant difference between the perception of female candidates in terms of gender and type of voters. However, judging from the interaction of gender and type of voters, there is a significant difference between female and non-female first-time voters. There is a difference in the perception of female candidates compared to male and non-female first-time voters.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the picture between peer social support and learning motivation with schoolwell-being at SMP Negeri 40 Bekasi City. This research method uses quantitative research with the variables studied, namely the relationship between peer social education (X1), and learning motivation (X2), towards school well-being (Y). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 40 Bekasi City with the research subject of grade 8 students totaling 120 students, this research was conducted within a period of three months from January 16, 2023 to March 31, 2023. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and psychological measurement scales (questionnaires). The tests used in this study are descriptive tests, assumption tests, normality tests, linearity tests, correlation tests and multiple linear tests. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between peer social support and school well-being, and there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and school well-being. There was an influence between peer social support and learning motivation with school well being positively and significantly with an R square value of 0.469 (46.9%) and an F Test Value of 15.962 with a significant level of p = 0.000 (ρ<0.05).

Abstract

There are various forms of education in Indonesia, and highschool education is one of them. High school studentsbelong to the adolescent age group characterized bycuriosity for new experiences, and unresolved curiosity canlead to academic stress. This study aims to examine therelationship between social support, hardiness, andacademic stress among Sekolah Penggerak students usingindependent curriculum. The study sample consisted of 199students from grade 1 selected through cluster randomsampling. The data collection methods of the study wereinterviews and psychological scales. The research used theEducational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA),Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(MSPSS), and the Hardiness Scale. For the analysis,correlation and multiple regression tests were used.Correlation test results showed a significant relationshipbetween social support and academic stress (r=-0,428,p<0,001) and hardiness and academic stress (r=-0,396,p<0,001). Social support and hardiness explained 26.2% ofacademic stress (R2=0.262; F(2,196)=36.237, p<0.001).

Abstract

Early childhood is children between the ages of 0 and 8, and early childhood is children between the ages of 3 and 6. Development is the increasing ability to perform more complex functions and structures of the body in a systematic and predictable manner, as a result of the maturation process. Motor development is a very important component of development in a child's life. Play is an important activity in a child's life. This psychoeducational method uses teaching methods to see the child's development of fine motor skills, as well as learning by games which aims to improve the child's fine motor skills, to make learning a fun experience. The results of the paired sample t-test before and after the treatment of fine motor training with the learning by game method obtained significant differences in the development of fine motor skills before and after treatment.

Abstract

Problems commonly faced in the world of work, where high levels of stress and workload can have a negative impact on employee mental well-being and productivity. Employees who are dissatisfied with their jobs tend to show negative attitudes towards their tasks and may experience higher levels of stress while carrying out their jobs. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between work stress and workload on job satisfaction of production operator division employees at PT. Epson Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach, a population of 134 employees using Purposive Sampling Technique. The data collection method in this research uses a data collection instrument in the form of a psychological scale. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, correlation tests, with the help of SPSS version 21 for Windows. The results of hypothesis testing using the Pearson product moment correlation test obtained a sig = 0.064 for work stress and a sig = 0.005. While work stress has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, at the same time workload has a clear negative effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medalkrisna Village play a strategic role in driving local economic growth. However, many business owners face challenges in accurately calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), which affects pricing decisions. Errors in COGS calculation can lead to suboptimal profit margins and impact business sustainability. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance MSME owners' understanding and skills in COGS calculation through a structured and practical training program. The training methodology includes theoretical presentations on cost components in COGS, interactive discussions, case studies based on real business scenarios, and hands-on practice using participants’ business data. Training effectiveness was assessed through pre-tests and post-tests to measure improvements in participants' comprehension. The results indicated a significant increase in participants' ability to accurately and systematically calculate COGS. With improved knowledge, MSME owners can set more competitive prices and enhance their business profitability. In addition to improving technical skills, this training also raises awareness of the importance of proper financial record-keeping as a foundation for sound business decision-making. The positive impact of this initiative is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in Medalkrisna Village, promote community-based economic growth, and foster more sustainable enterprises. Therefore, similar training programs are recommended to be conducted regularly to support the development of more professional and independent MSMEs.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of procrastination behavior which has been considered as a common thing and commonplace for students to do when doing assignments. This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of academic stress and fear of failure on academic procrastination in MAN 2 Cirebon students. This research uses correlational quantitative research methods. The subjects of this study were students of MAN 2 Cirebon class 10 – 11 as many as 138 students. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Accidental Sampling technique. For the reliability test using resulting in a value of ralpha = 0.849 for the academic stress scale, ralpha = 0.881 for the fear of failure scale, and, r alpha = 0.931 for the academic procrastination scale. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test on academic stress on academic procrastination show that academic stress has a significant positive correlation with academic procrastination. While the fear of failure to academic procrastination is not significantly correlated. Then for the results of a simple regression test on academic stress on academic procrastination, it got a significance value of 0.003 (p <0.05), and a coefficient of determination value of 0.063, meaning 6.3%, meaning that student academic stress contributed 6.3% to the behavior of academic procrastination. students, while 93.7% was influenced by other factors not examined. So the conclusion from the simple regression results obtained that academic stress has a less significant effect on academic procrastination behavior in MAN 2 Cirebon students.

Abstract

Hampered speaking skills will make it difficult for children to communicate with others. The child's inability to retell the content of the story that has been heard and the child has not been able to answer the question of the content of the story, this is due to the limitations of the learning in school and the absence of opportunities for the child to retell. This study aims to improve the speech ability of children aged 5-6 year. The treatment given is training using the method of telling stories with the medium of finger puppets. The research was conducted using the Quasi Experiment One group pretestpostest design approach. The research subjects of Cendikia Islamic School Kindergarten students aged 5-6 years were 14 children. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis of the results of the study using Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in speech skills in children after being given treatment. There was a difference in children's speaking ability before treatment of 30.14 and after treatment of 49.90, or children's speech ability increased by 19.76 (37%)

Abstract

Saat ini, kehidupan manusia sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan modernisasi dan globalisasi yang mengubah cara individu dalam berinteraksi satu sama lain dan bagaimana nilai masyarakat berkembang. Melemahnya interaksi antara individu menyebabkan penurunan jumlah dan kualitas interaksi sosial. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, kebutuhan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain semakin berkurang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa individu mulai memprioritaskan kepentingan pribadi mereka daripada kepentingan bersama. Perilaku tolong menolong dan semangat kekeluargaan dalam kehidupan mahasiswa juga turut memudar. Kebanyakan mahasiswa saat ini tidak peduli dengan apa yang terjadi di sekitar mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku mahasiswa sudah mengalami pergeseran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku altruisme. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 134 mahasiswa Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku altruisme mahasiswa Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi. Terbukti dari koefisien korelasi 0,400 dan nilai p < 0,000 yang menolak hipotesis nol (H01) dan menerima hipotesis alternatif (Ha1). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan emosi seorang individu, maka akan semakin kuat juga hubungan perilaku altruisme yang dimiliki.
