Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value. The independent variables (X) studied are Profitability (X1) and Liquidity (X2) with the dependent variable (Y) being Firm Value (Y). The population used in this research is the Animal Feed Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 4 companies during 2016-2020. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique which produced a sample of 20 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The tests used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination, partial test (t), and simultaneous test (F). Based on the test results, it can be concluded that profitability has a significant effect on firm value, liquidity has no significant effect on firm value, profitability and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies in the animal feed sub-sector in 2016-2020. Researchers provide advice to companies to continue to improve and improve financial performance to be able to increase the company's ability to generate value for the company so that it is more efficient and effective. Suggestions for investors, namely investors before deciding to invest in a company should pay attention to the level of performance of a company and consider other factors that affect the value of the company. And for other researchers it is suggested to use other variables that affect firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Analysis of Capital Structure on Financial Performance. The independent variable (X) examined is Capital Structure (X), with the dependent variable (Y) being Financial Performance (Y). Several previous studies on company value have shown varying results. Therefore, further research is needed to retest the theory regarding financial performance. The population used in this study consists of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. Sample selection utilized purposive sampling techniques, resulting in a sample size of 20 samples. The data analysis technique employed in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done using the coefficient of determination and partial (t) tests. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that financial performance does not have a significant impact on financial performance in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. According to the research findings, the researcher suggests that companies continue to enhance and improve financial performance to enhance the company's ability to generate profit and attract investor attention. Advice for investors is to carefully consider a company's performance level and other influencing factors on financial performance before deciding to invest capital. For future researchers, it is recommended to include other variables that influence company value, extend the research period, or incorporate more recent data. Additionally, for the government, a high-interest rate leads to reduced consumer property purchases, causing a decline in demand and property prices. Hence, government intervention is necessary to lower interest rates and boost consumer purchasing power.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction through Complaint Handling at the Regional Public Company for Domestic Wastewater Management in Banjarmasin City (PERUMDA PALD), both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method. The population for this study consists of customers of the Regional Public Company for Domestic Wastewater Management in Banjarmasin City (PERUMDA PALD), totaling 5,924. The research sample is determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents who will be surveyed using questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed is linear regression, and the software used for analysis is IBM SPSS Statistics version 25.0 x46. The findings of this research indicate that (1) partially, Service Quality significantly influences Complaint Handling, (2) partially, Service Quality significantly influences Customer Satisfaction, and (3) simultaneously, Service Quality and Complaint Handling, as intervening variables, significantly influence Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of dividends per share and earnings per share on stock prices within the retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employs a quantitative research method utilizing secondary data derived from financial documents or reports registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of 4 companies selected using purposive sampling methods, and the data used comprises seven consecutive years of financial reports from 2016 to 2022. The data analysis techniques utilized include frequency distribution, classical assumption tests, and both partial and multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this research indicate that dividends per share have a significant partial influence on stock prices. Similarly, earnings per share exhibit a significant partial influence on stock prices. Moreover, the simultaneous testing of dividends per share and earnings per share demonstrates a significant combined influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on share prices in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2022. The research method used is quantitative secondary data originating from financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was 30 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector and the sample in this study was 5 companies that had been selected using purposive sampling techniques and the data used was data used in financial reports for the period 2017 - 2022 consecutive years. The data analysis techniques used are frequency distribution and regression analysis. Linear analysis and multiple regression analysis were tested on SPSS 26..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether growth opportunity and profitability affect the value of cosmetic sub-sector companies listed on IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Growth opportunity is measured by GO or Total Assets (TA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). Profitability is measured by financial ratios, including Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). Company Value is measured by Price Book Value (PBV) and Tobins' Q.The population in this study is all cosmetic sub-sector companies listed on IDX. The sample was taken based on the technique purposive sampling and based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 6 companies was obtained with a total of 8 companies observed. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tool.The research results show that growth opportunity significant effect on company value. Profitability does not have a significant negative effect on company value. Growth opportunity and profitability have a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine whether internal supervision by the Village Council influences the performance of village governments, whether internal supervision by the Village Council affects the use of the village financial system, and whether internal supervision by the Village Council impacts village government performance through the use of the village financial system. The analysis method used in this study includes hypothesis testing based on the results of the inner structural model testing, which includes R-Square output, parameter coefficients, and t-statistics with total sample of 100 Village Council members. Based on the research findings, it is evident that internal supervision by the Village Council does not directly influence village government performance. However, internal supervision by the Village Council does affect the use of the village financial system, and internal supervision by the Village Council influences village government performance indirectly through the use of the village financial system.

Profitability is measured by financial ratios, including Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GMP) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Liquidity is measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR). Debt policy is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population in this study is all paper sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2023. The sample of this study was taken based on the Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 3 companies with 48 data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tools. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant effect on debt policy. Liquidity has a significant effect on debt policy. Profitability and Liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on debt policy.
