Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the variables of Transparency and Accountability on Muzakki Loyalty through Muzakki Satisfaction in BAZNAS South Kalimantan Province; the type of data used in this study is quantitative data; this research is included in the category of causal research, the method used is the Explanatory survey method. The population in this study is all permanent Muzakki recorded in BAZNAS South Kalimantan Province, which is 1,108 Muzakki people; then, in determining the size of the sample using the Harun Al-Rasyid formula, it can be known that the minimum sample size is 164 Muzakki as respondents. The Data Analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SmartPLS Version 4.0. The results of this study found that partially, Transparency and accountability affect Muzakki satisfaction, accountability has an effect on Muzakki loyalty, but Transparency has no impact on Muzakki loyalty simultaneously Transparency and accountability have a significant impact on Muzakki loyalty through Muzakki satisfaction in BAZNAS South Kalimantan Province Keywords:       Transparency; Accountability; Muzakki satisfaction; Muzakki Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to find things that influence the empowerment of people and the interest of adolescents in mosques, as well as how mosque management can contribute to improving the quality of services so that adolescents are more involved in activities in mosques. The population in this study is all mosques in Banjarmasin City, which is 207 mosques. The sample is drawn from 100 Jami Mosques spread across Banjarmasin City, with the analysis unit of Takmir Masjid, Remaja Masjid, and Community in the Mosque environment in Banjarmasin City. The analysis uses the Partial Least Square model with t-tests with the following results, Mosque Management has a significant effect on Community Empowerment and Youth Interest in Mosques in Banjarmasin City; Mosque Management does not have a significant effect on Service Quality in Mosques in Banjarmasin City, Mosque Management has a significant effect on Service Quality through Community Empowerment in Mosques in Banjarmasin City, Mosque Management has a significant effect on Quality Service through Youth Interest in Mosques in Banjarmasin City. Abstract

Employee performance is an important part of human resource management. Employee performance is influenced by work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation. Research on work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation among J&T Express Banjarmasin employees needs to be carried out to determine their influence on the performance produced by employees for the company. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The research population consisted of 35 employees of J&T Express Banjarmasin. The sampling technique uses saturated or total samples with data collection methods via questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the value of F table in df 4 and df 30 in table F is 0.69 with a significance of 0.000. The calculated F value reached 162.808. Work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation influence employee performance simultaneously and are accepted because F count > F table and significance is 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance, shown with a significance of 0.001<0.05. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, shown with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational commitment influences employee performance as shown with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation has an effect on performance because the significance is 0.001<0.05. Compensation has a dominant influence on performance. So work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of J&T Express Banjarmasin employees partially and simultaneously. It is recommended that J&T Express Banjarmasin better manage work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation in order to improve employee performance even better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether growth opportunity and profitability affect the value of cosmetic sub-sector companies listed on IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Growth opportunity is measured by GO or Total Assets (TA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). Profitability is measured by financial ratios, including Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). Company Value is measured by Price Book Value (PBV) and Tobins' Q.The population in this study is all cosmetic sub-sector companies listed on IDX. The sample was taken based on the technique purposive sampling and based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 6 companies was obtained with a total of 8 companies observed. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tool.The research results show that growth opportunity significant effect on company value. Profitability does not have a significant negative effect on company value. Growth opportunity and profitability have a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

Aim: This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Work Productivity of Lecturers at Universities in Central Kalimantan. Method: This research employs a quantitative method by processing information obtained from questionnaires requiring measurement. The population in this study consists of 23 Private Universities in Central Kalimantan, with a total of 809 lecturers. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 89 respondents was obtained. The study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SMART PLS 4.0.9.2 software. Result and discussions: The results of this study found that Organizational Culture has a significant partial effect on Work Productivity, Work Motivation also has a significant partial effect on Work Productivity, and Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Lecturers at Private Universities in Central Kalimantan. Conclusion: Based on the analysis of the results and discussions, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of lecturers at Private Higher Education Institutions in Central Kalimantan. Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of lecturers at Private Higher Education Institutions in Central Kalimantan. Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of lecturers at Private Higher Education Institutions in Central Kalimantan.

Abstract

Study this explains the influence of cooperation team and communication team in the company with the impact on variables performance employee. Object in a study this namely PT. Mahadana Asta Futures. The aim of study this is to (1) for now and analysing the influence of communication teams and cooperation teams on the performance of employees. (2) for now and analyze the variable that has an influence dominant to the performance of employees. Obtained data in a study is primary data with the method spread questionnaire to respondents. The study uses the method quantitative through a questionnaire survey spread through google forms to the next 30 respondents processed with the use of SPSS version 20.0 with the method taking the sample is non-probability sampling. Results test hypothesis (t-test) that Teamwork has an effect significant on the performance of employees with t count as big (0.687) ≥ T table (2.048). Communication team influential significant to performance employee with t count of (5.851) ≥ T table (2,048) with coefficient determination by 94%. Teamwork and _ communication team are influential and significant in a manner simultaneous to the performance of employees. Implications from the study could give understanding to a researcher for notice and build cooperation team and communication team good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource quality, organizational climate, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Health Training Center (Balatkes) in South Kalimantan Province. This research is a quantitative study. The population and sample size were 47 people. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis used multiple linear regression.The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, human resource quality, organizational climate, and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of Bapelkes employees in South Kalimantan Province. Meanwhile, partially, human resource quality does not significantly influence the performance of Bapelkes employees in South Kalimantan Province. However, organizational climate and organizational commitment each partially show an influence on the performance of Bapelkes employees in South Kalimantan Province. Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan sirup jeruk madang di Desa Lok Baintan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah komoditas pertanian lokal. Selama ini, jeruk madang umumnya dipasarkan dalam bentuk buah segar dengan nilai ekonomi yang relatif rendah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan teknis, dan wawasan kewirausahaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan pengolahan jeruk madang menjadi produk sirup yang higienis dan bernilai jual. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi kewirausahaan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta diskusi dan evaluasi hasil produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam proses produksi dan pengemasan sirup jeruk madang, terbentuknya produk prototipe, serta meningkatnya motivasi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam pengembangan produk unggulan desa dan penguatan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of dividends per share and earnings per share on stock prices within the retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employs a quantitative research method utilizing secondary data derived from financial documents or reports registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of 4 companies selected using purposive sampling methods, and the data used comprises seven consecutive years of financial reports from 2016 to 2022. The data analysis techniques utilized include frequency distribution, classical assumption tests, and both partial and multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this research indicate that dividends per share have a significant partial influence on stock prices. Similarly, earnings per share exhibit a significant partial influence on stock prices. Moreover, the simultaneous testing of dividends per share and earnings per share demonstrates a significant combined influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance
