Abstract

This study presents a comparative analysis of curriculum management practices in secondary education systems in Indonesia and Malaysia. Employing a qualitative library research approach, it examines the governance structures, leadership roles, teacher readiness, and implementation dynamics in both countries. Indonesia’s Kurikulum Merdeka promotes decentralized and flexible curriculum management, enabling contextual innovation at the school level. In contrast, Malaysia’s centralized KSSM ensures policy standardization but limits local adaptability. The findings reveal key challenges, including policy-practice gaps, disparities in teacher competence, and constraints in leadership capacity. Through dialog with contemporary theories such as instructional leadership, teacher agency, and curriculum governance, this study identifies the need for strategic alignment between national policy and school-level implementation. The novelty of this research lies in its regional comparison, offering insights into how educational systems in the Global South manage curriculum reform. It contributes to the discourse on equity, decentralization, and the professionalization of educators in curriculum change.

Abstract

the purpose of this article is to describe strategies in the form of place, price, promotion and product marketing strategies in increasing the competitiveness of institutions at MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso. Research using qualitative research methods using descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) The marketing strategy for madrasas in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is by strategically located madrasah locations or places, besides that the classrooms are quite spacious with nuances of beauty in each class, namely the presence of an ornament from student creativity that can build imagination good and eager to learn. 2) The marketing strategy for madrasa promotion in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is to use print media strategies, online media, Word of Moth, and direct promotions every day by providing new innovations such as friendly Friday and alms Friday activities. 3) The marketing strategy for madrasah prices in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is to offer prices in accordance with the quality of education services provided and to carry out market preferences using psychographic segmentation and demographic segmentation, and to establish price marketing segmentation with measurable analysis with consumer data, community behavior, affordability aspects, and sustainability of benefits. 4) The marketing strategy for madrasa products in increasing the competitiveness of institutions is to bring up many new innovations by creating pesantren-style education, namely by having superior programs such as the tahfidz class program, the program to memorize asmaul husna, the program to memorize lay aqidatul, the dhuha prayer program, the congregational dhuhur prayer program, and the sholawat program, while also improving the quality of teachers and adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan ditentukan oleh salah satunya adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia. Menurut Dessler manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan. Dalam lembaga pendidikan manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu bentuk upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas lembaga dan profesionalitas guru. Perhatian terhadap manajemen oleh lembaga pendidikan termasuk lembaga pendidikan islam diharapkan mampu membawa dampak positif terhadap kualitas guru atau ustadz, menjadi guru atau ustadz yang profesional yaitu guru atau ustadz yang memiliki kompetensi dan kualifikasi tertentu sesuai bidang keahlian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi metode dan sumber serta member check. Informan penelitian yaitu ketua yayasan, pengurus bidang pendidikan, sebagian ustadz dan sebagian murid. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi : (1) Proses perencanaan terkait kebutuhan sumber daya ustadz dilakukan setiap tahun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan melalui musyawarah di tingkat lembaga atau sekolah kemudian di presentasikan di tingkat yayasan. Sebelum menerima pelamar dari sumber eksternal terlebih dahulu memanfaatkan sumber daya internal yang dimiliki pesantren dengan program guru bantu, guru mengabdi dan guru tidak tetap atau guru magang. (2) Proses rekrutmen dilakukan berdasarkan asas kebutuhan di semua lembaga terkait, kemudian membuka lamaran dan dilanjutkan dengan seleksi administrasi, wawancara, tes membaca Al-Qur?an, microteaching dan istikhoroh pengasuh kemudian penandatanganan kontrak kerja. (3) Program pelatihan dan pengembangan meliputi mini seminar, pelatihan IT, pelatihan menulis, workshop, studi lanjut, sertifikasi guru Al-Qur?an, Yaumul Usroh, Rihlah Ilmiah dan Manaqib.

Abstract

It is a necessity for educators, parents, and policymakers to understand and optimize the developmental patterns of early childhood language. This research examines the current and future projection of the developmental patterns of early childhood language aspects (receptive, expressive, and literacy). The findings of this study will serve as a practical guide for educators and parents, helping them design appropriate social and personal interventions according to the unique needs of each child. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained from document analysis of accreditation results from several early childhood education institutions in East Java. Data analysis was conducted simultaneously using the interactive model approach by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The results show that receptive language is stimulated through activities such as storytelling and expressive language through question-and-answer sessions. Some educators have not yet facilitated children to retell something they know or to express ideas in writing or scribbles. The use of IT to stimulate children's language skills is one of the essential things. It is predicted that there will be a shift towards a more holistic, integrated, and play-based approach, combining all three aspects of language into a complete unit by leveraging IT in the future. In conclusion, language development requires a balance between technological innovation and quality human interaction to optimize a child's linguistic potential.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan kurikulum pesantren tahfidz al-Qur’an Yasinat Wuluhan Jember, implementasi dan evaluasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum meliputi perencanaan di bidang (a) rekrutment calon santri tahfidz al-Qur’an, (b) metode membaca al-Qur’an yang digunakan, yaitu metode Yanbu’a, (c) hafalan mandiri dan muroja’ah kolaboratif, serta (d) muhasabah, muqorrobah, dan munajat. Implementasi kurikulum diorganisir oleh Kiai sebagai pengasuh dibantu oleh putra-putranya sebagai ustadz tahfidz al-Qur’an. Implementasi kurikulum tidak hanya diarahkan pada suksesnya pembiasaan hafalah dari aspek religiusitas, namun juga kesuksesan dari aspek spiritualitas. Pembiasaan ini disebut dengan program pembiasaan religiusitas dan spiritualitas dalam tahfidz al-Qur’an melalui kajian kitab Tafsir Jalalain dan sholat tahajjud. Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan dalam rangka menemukan kelebihan dan kekurangan yang ada dengan menggunakan model CIPP (conteks, input, process, dan product), serta melakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan
