Abstract

Abstract: The speed of technology has affected some aspects of people’s life, one of which is the need to get quick and accurate information. Internet has become the technology to fulfill people’s need in gaining abundant information. They make Internet as lifestyle tool to be able to access information quickly and accurately from online news services. Consumer Preferences allow a consumer to rank different bundles of goods according to level of utility, or the total satisfaction of consuming a good or service. This research is purposed to analyze the differences of consumer preferences towards online news between male and female students in Manado. This research used the Independent Sample T-Test as the method of this research. Population in this research is the students in Manado. The sample of this research is 100 respondents of random sampling. The comparative analysis of this research is prove that there are significant difference between male and female in order to consume the online news. Male has a higher preference to read the online news rather than the female, when male has higher education and factor situational that can increase their intends of reading the online new.Keywords: marketing, consumer preference, gender, online news

Abstract

Abstract: Cosmetic is one type of product that often has prestigious prices tied with quality to attract consumers, which (as often is seen with high-priced products) arouses the interests of counterfeiters to copy the originals. Cosmetic can reflect certain life-styles. Cosmetic also can creates different perceived values depending on the consumer. The research aims to find out if there is significant difference in original and counterfeit product based on perceived quality of Sam Ratulangi University. This research conducted by a quantitative method to support the hypothesis. The respondent of this study was using 100 respondents of students in the university. This study was carried out in Samratulangi University. The research adopts comparative research were issued to gather data from the customer to measure their assessment about the original counterfeit cosmetics in the university and their perceived quality. Based on the result of this research, the study found that there are significant diffrence in original and counterfeit. Cosmetics quality perspective of original quality is better than counterfeit quality.Keywords : marketing, counterfeit cosmetics, perceived quality.

Abstract

Abstract: With advance progress of marketing, nowadays people don’t have to waste their time walking to the store to buy things. They only need to browse the internet and search for what they want and get it in no time. With this convenience in mind, the interest in online shopping is increasing. When customers intent to purchase product from the internet, they consider about perceived value and trust. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived value and trust on purchase intention of Zalora. The data was collected from 100 respondents and multiple regression analysis was used to test the relationship among variables. Based on indicators explained in perceived value which are experimental value, functional value, market value and trust which are ability, benevolence, integrity they has a significant partial effect on purchase intention. The result can be maintain by giving the customer the best value and obtain their trust to sustain their purchase intention.Keywords: online shop, purchase intention, perceived value, trust

Abstract

Health is the most important thing that must be maintained by all persons in the world. The health of the people also can do their activities well and health development should be seen as an investment to improve the quality of human resources. Puskesmas is one of the two health services needed by the community in Indonesia. The main objective of this study is to analyze the Importance and Performance of patient responses after sales service using Importance Performance Analysis on Health Center (Puskesmas Teling Atas) Manado. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative methods by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) as the analytical tool.  Puskesmas Teling Atas Manado has been chosen as population for the study. This research took 100 respondents in this case is patient as the sample. The result of this study show customers expectation is low importance and the high importance, perceived service and overall service quality are important and good performance, and behavioral intention is low performance and low importance on Puskesmas Teling Atas Manado. The employees have to maintained the quality of the service to make the patients more comfortable and satisfied. Keywords: service quality, after sales service, important performance analysis.

Abstract

Abstract : Banks are expected to perform their activities effectively and efficiently in order to reach financial goals. A healthy standard for banks in Indonesia is determined by Central Bank (Bank Indonesia), which is above 8% for the indication of capital adequacy ratio. This research analyses the relationship between capital adequacy ratio and its determinants between Mandiri and Mandiri Syariah bank. This research examines the simultaneous and partial influences between capital adequacy ratio and the variables of return on equity, net interest margin, loan/financing to deposit ratio, and bank size by using time series regression and using the quarterly period of 2009-2016.  The results reveal that the independent variables simultaneously affect capital adequacy ratio for both banks, and by partially, the results confirm that return on equity and bank size significantly affect capital adequacy ratio. With this research, companies are encouraged to figure out the root problems on how to manage a stable financial statements that may lay on some of the variables that are discussed in this study.Keywords : capital adequacy ratio, return on equity, loan to deposit ratio, financing to deposit ratio, bank size.e

Abstract

Abstract: This research is important because through job enrichment, employee can increase job satisfaction by givingemployees the opportunity to use their various abilities. The purpose of this study is to know making the work moreinteresting, challenging and satisfying if comparative studies of Job Enrichment between male and female employees. Thebenefits of this study are to improve employee performance and reduce public complaints about Public Servant. Therecommendation for this research is leaders must be careful when measuring employee performance. Because of that, not allemployees can receive and do job enrichment. This study uses quantitative research and data was collected from the PublicWorks Department of North Sulawesi. The data were analyzed by Independent Sample T-test, to analyze if there anysignificant difference between job enrichment of male and female in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Sulut. The populationof this research is the employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum in Sulut, with 50 respondents of male employee and 50respondent of female employee as the sample. The result shows that there is a significant difference between job enrichmentof male and female at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Sulut.Keywords: job enrichment, male, female

Abstract

The purpose of the community partnership program is to increase the capacity of independent and sustainable marine fish farmers groups.  Specific targets are 1) Increasing the quantity and quality of fish products from marine aquaculture in floating net cages, and 2) Enhancing partners' understanding and skills in terms of effective and efficient marine fish aquaculture technology in floating net cages. The main problems recorded, namely: 1) lack of knowledge of marine fish aquaculture technology in floating net cage; 2) fish harvest time that requires a long time, and 3) poor financial management.  To overcome these problems, an approach is carried out through direct education and training, mentoring, and management of fisheries business management in the field to partners.  After that, each trainee in the partner group is given the opportunity until they can do it themselves.  The target that will be achieved at the end of this education and training is that all group members and their families have knowledge of: 1) superior marine fish polyculture technology in floating net cage and 2) good financial management. Keywords: Fish cultivator group, floating net cage, South Motandoi village, financial management, marine fish polyculture technologyAbstrakTujuan program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kelompok pembudidaya ikan laut yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Target khusus adalah 1) peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas produk ikan hasil budidaya laut dalam karamba jaring apung, dan 2) peningkatan pemahaman dan ketrampilan mitra dalam hal teknologi budidaya ikan laut dalam karamba jaring apung yang efektif dan efisien. Permasalahan utama yang terekam, yaitu: 1) kurang pengetahuan tentang teknologi budidaya ikan laut dalam karamba jaring apung (KJA); 2) waktu panen ikan yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama, serta 3) pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang baik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan pendekatan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pendidikan manajemen usaha perikanan secara langsung di lapangan kepada mitra. Setelah itu, setiap peserta pelatihan dalam kelompok mitra tersebut diberikan kesempatan sampai mereka bisa melakukannya sendiri.  Target akhir yang dicapai dalam PKM ini adalah semua anggota kelompok maupun keluarganya mempunyai pengetahuan tentang: 1) teknologi polikultur budidaya ikan laut dalam karamba jaring apung yang unggul, dan 2) manajemen keuangan yang baik.  Kata-kata kunci: Kelompok pembudidaya ikan, karamba jaring apung, Desa Motandoi Selatan, manajemen keuangan, teknologi polikultur ikan laut

Abstract

This study aims to transform the synthesis of qualitative data into quantitative analysis through a meta-analytic approach in environmental management accounting. With the growing global attention towards environmental issues, companies face challenges in reducing their carbon footprint and enhancing energy efficiency. This research identifies and analyzes corporate strategies to achieve these objectives and evaluates their long-term sustainability. Additionally, it explores the adoption of innovative technologies such as IoT and AI in environmental management accounting and examines the impact of environmental policies on corporate accounting practices. Through a meta-analysis of 359 articles from various academic databases, it was found that innovative technologies significantly enhance environmental management, and stringent environmental policies promote corporate sustainability practices. This study contributes theoretically by integrating technological innovations into environmental accounting practices and developing a new analytical model. Future research directions include longitudinal studies, contextual analysis, and the development of sustainability performance indicators.

Abstract

As music streaming becomes an integral part of daily life, Spotify stands out by offering both free and premium services. While Premium provides ad-free listening, offline downloads, and higher audio quality, many users still choose the free version. This study examines how experiential marketing and perceived value influence the decision of Generation Z in Manado to subscribe to Spotify Premium. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 102 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results show that both experiential marketing and perceived value have a positive impact, individually and simultaneously, on purchase decisions. These findings emphasize that memorable user experiences and strong perceived benefits encourage Generation Z to upgrade from free to premium services. This research contributes to the understanding of digital subscription behavior and provides practical insights for companies in developing effective marketing strategies.   Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Perceived Value, Purchase Decision
