Abstract

Masyarakat mampu mengkonsumsi tiap informasi yang tersebar di internet dengan cepat dan terkadang informasi yang beredar tidak selalu memberikan kebenaran yang sesuai dengan kenyataannya (hoax). Demi mendapatkan keuntungan dan mencapai tujuan pribadi, hoax seringkali sengaja dibuat dan dibagikan. Informasi yang didapatkan dari hoax tentunya dapat mempengaruhi masyarakat karena menimbulkan keraguan dan kebingungan terhadap informasi yang diterima Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengklasifikasikan berita hoax berbahasa Indonesia mengenai isu kesehatan menggunakan TF-IDF serta algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier dan Support Vector Machine dengan 4 model yang berbeda sehingga mampu memprediksi sebuah berita hoax atau valid. Pada penelitian ini dataset yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 287 diantaranya 200 valid dan 87 hoax. Hasil evaluasi model penelitian ini dengan menggunakan 4 model berbeda pada masing-masing algoritma, diperoleh nilai classification report terbesar untuk algoritma NBC pada model Complement Naïve Bayes dengan hasil precision 95.4%, recall 95.4%, f1-score 95.4% dan accuracy 93.1%. Sedangkan nilai classification report terbesar untuk algoritma SVM pada kernel Sigmoid dengan hasil precision 95.6%, recall 100%, f1-score 97.7% dan accuracy 96.5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil performa rata-rata dari algoritma SVM memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan algoritma NBC dalam melakukan klasifikasi berita hoax mengenai isu kesehatan.

Abstract

Inaccuracies in the process of diagnosing a type of disease result in errors in handling so that it will pose a risk of death. Accurate diagnostic process results require a high level of confidence so that the results are truly convincing. Current technological developments are making more and more mindsets for the development of information technology in the field of computerization born. One of them is an expert system. This expert system is often used to analyze disease in laying hens. The deficiency in previous research is that there is no degree of confidence so what happens is that the diagnosis often only uses the value of the expert. The role of the system user is only to select the available symptoms without giving the weighted value of the selected symptoms. This study aims to build an expert system capable of detecting symptoms in laying hens by assigning a degree of confidence to each symptom. The system is built with a combination of forward chaining techniques with a certainty factor, the weight value is based on a combination of the weight of symptoms from users and experts to anticipate conditions that are not ideal. Several stages in the research include data collection, knowledge base modeling, implementation into applications and testing. The conclusion that can be drawn from the trial results is that the system can show a maximum validity value of up to 100% when compared to manual calculations.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas informasi pariwisata Candi Borobudur dan Kawasan Cagar Budaya Borobodur, para peneliti membuat sebuah buku digital yang dinamai Budhara (Borobudur dalam Hamparan Cerita). Budhara dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Buku digital ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur, seperti navigasi, manipulasi, kontrol, pencarian, dan dialog.  Karena adanya perbedaan perilaku berwisata antara wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara, tim peneliti membedakan visual atau gambar di halaman Budhara berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Terlepas dari perbedaan tersebut, tim peneliti harus mempertahankan koherensi informasi visual dan teks tulisnya dari buku digital ini, karena hal ini dapat mempengaruhi indeks kepuasan wisatawan. Kata Kunci: Budhara, Buku Digital, Candi Borobudur, Koherensi Lintas Moda, Pariwisata  AbstractAs an effort to improve the quality of tourism at Borobudur Temple and Borobudur Cultural Heritage Area (Kawasan Cagar Budya Borobudur), the researchers designed a digital book entitled Budhara (Borobudur dalam Hamparan Cerita). Budhara was designed using Multimedia Development Life Cycle method (MDLC). This digital book is equipped with features, such as navigation, manipulation, control, search, and dialog. Due to dissimilar travel behavior between domestic and international tourists, the researchers differentiate the visualization or pictures in Budhara’s Indonesian and English pages. Abstract

The high level of juvenile delinquency in Ngasem village is known to originate from the lack of parental attention, access to content on the internet that should not be consumed, and the lack of positive activities for students. Meanwhile, dropping out of school in Ngasem village was not only due to decreased motivation to learn but also because parents could not pay for their children to continue their education. From the survey results, it is known that people who are not working are because after the Covid-19 pandemic, people do not have either soft skills or hard skills. From analyzing these problems, PPK Ormawa Biro Sistem Informasi PSDKU Udinus Kediri proposed a solution to improve digital literacy for children in Ngasem village. The form of increasing digital literacy is packaged in the Digital Learning Hub program by implementing 6 literacy corners. The proposed digital literacy training are FunCoding Literacy, Animation, Graphics, Content Making, TrainingPreneur, and Parenting and Sex Education. From the series of PPK Ormawa activities, it can be concluded that the Digital Learning Hub program can be used to improve creative thinking and computation for participants. The implementation of coding training activities and basic programming concepts achieved a satisfaction target of more than 90%, which means that this activity was enthusiastically welcomed by the participants.

Abstract

Currently, almost everyone must be able to master technology, especially information technology. The progress of information technology is increasingly rapid, nowadays humans are expected to be able to use computers, laptops, gadgets in everyday life. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance and training in word processing applications (Microsoft Word) and presentation processing (Microsoft Power Point) to Nurul Ikhsan SLB children, because their existence in society is often underestimated. The methods used are introduction, implementation and evaluation. The introduction was carried out by conducting observations and interviews to obtain a general overview of Nurul Ikhsan Ngadiluwih SLB with its various activities. Implementation was carried out by providing training and mentoring to SLB students. After this training the students were very enthusiastic and enthusiastic because our presence was able to provide a different color, their computer training activities were only carried out with limited time in the life skills activity agenda, computer life skills were also very limited because their computer staff and infrastructure were also very limited. There were no obstacles experienced during this service, because they were very welcoming of our presence, and hoped that there would be training on other occasions.

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PkM) activity was carried out at SLB Nurul Ikhsan Ngadiluwih Kediri. The service location is approximately 12 km from the PSDKU campus of Dian Nuswantoro University, Kediri. In the current era, almost all students are required to be able to master technology, especially information technology. Students' mastery of technology is used to support learning activities and improve skills. One of the software technologies used to support educational activities is Microsoft Office Basic, namely Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point. Special Education or Special Schools (SLB) are schools intended for children with special needs to receive basic services that can help them gain access to education. SLB is an educational institution that provides education to children with special needs so that it can be used as a provision for the child's future growth and development. Nurul Ikhsan SLB was founded by a private foundation, namely the Nurul Ikhsan Education Foundation, located in Ngadiluwih Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency, East Java. One of the visions, missions and goals of SLB Nurul Ikhsan is that students are equipped according to their type of ability, with the aim that SLB graduates have high basic social characteristics, have knowledge, skills and independence as the basis needed to continue their studies to the next level of education. higher level, working in society, socializing and being able to develop themselves in accordance with the principles of lifelong education. Through this training activity, it is intended to provide insight and additional skills to Nurul Ikhsan SLB students to explore and practice directly operating Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada SMK Negeri 5 Semarang, pengelolaan administrasi masih bersifat manual dan beberapa arsip digital disimpan dalam komputer yang tidak terkelola dengan baik serta sangat terbatas pada aksesnya. Beberapa aplikasi pengelolaan administrasi yang digunakan sudah dapat diakses melalui media internet, seperti Google Drive, Icloud, Dropbox dan SkyDrive. Bagaimanapun, layanan pada aplikasi tersebut masih menggunakan infrastruktur yang sangat bergantung pada provider sehingga pengguna memiliki beberapa keterbatasan seperti kendali akses penuh, kebijakan keamanan data, keberlanjutan layanan dan pemulihan data. Jika pengelolaan administrasi dilakukan pada sekolah maka perlu dipertimbangkan penggunaan sistem yang tidak bergantung pada suatu provider. Pengembangan sistem pengelolaan administrasi yang mandiri sangat diperlukan sehingga dokumen/arsip yang sangat penting dan bersifat rahasia dapat terjaga ketersediaan dan keamanannya. Untuk itu, diperlukan infrastruktur yang memadai dalam membangun independent cloud storage atau penyimpanan mandiri serta aplikasi pengelolanya. Pada proses bisnisnya, sistem ini dilakukan secara terdistribusi sehingga pengelolaan administrasi tidak lagi terpusat pada satu pengguna (staf tata usaha) melainkan semua entitas/pengguna (guru, kepala sekolah, staf tata usaha, bagian akademik, bagian kesiswaan, dan lain-lain). Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi pengembangan sistem pengelolaan administrasi menggunakan independent cloud storage secara terdistribusi. Dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi pada permasalahan pengelolaan administrasi dan selanjutnya juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di SMK Negeri 5 Semarang

Abstract

Penyediaan dan pensuplaian sparepart menjadi hal yang penting dalam memberikan pelayanan pemenuhan permintaan kepada konsumen agar kepercayaan konsumen terhadap pelaku usaha penjualan sparepart semakin meningkat. Usaha untuk menjaga ketidakstabilan persediaan sparepart menjadi masalah yang harus dihadapi toko sparepart ketika transaksi kepada konsumen semakin meningkat. Toko ini harus mampu memperkirakan jumlah suplai sparepart berdasarkan jumlah permintaan sebelumnya dan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi jumlah permintaan. Untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memperkirakan jumlah permintaan ini, maka perlu dilakukan prediksi penyediaan sparepart untuk dapat menanggulangi masalah persediaan dan pensuplaian pada toko sparepart. Pada penelitian ini regresi linier diterapkan pada kasus prediksi penyediaan sparepart dengan tujuan untuk memperkirakan jumlah stok yang harus tersedia pada periode tertentu untuk masing-masing sparepart seperti kampas kopling, spion, ban motor, aki motor, dan kampas rem. Evaluasi prediksi dilakukan dengan MAP, MSE dan MAPE untuk tiap perhitungan sparepart sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat akurasi hasil dari prediksi tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur tingkat kematangan keamanan sistem informasi. Permasalahan yang sering dialami pada salah satu objek penelitian yaitu belum adanya evaluasi tingkat kematangan terhadap keamanan sistem informasi. Untuk menghindari permasalahan yang ada dimasa yang akan datang, maka diperlukannya audit keamanan sistem informasi. Audit ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan fokus pada proses APO13 (Manage Security) yang bertujuan untuk menjaga dampak dan kejadian insiden keamanan informasi dalam tingkat risiko yang dapat di selesaikan oleh perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui tingkat kapabilitas dari proses APO13 yaitu Level 0 (Incomplete Process) dengan status L (Largely Achieved) yang artinya sudah mencapai sebagian besar pengelolaan keamanan sistem informasi. Level 1 (Performed Process) dengan pencapaian level sebesar 50% dengan status P (partially achieved) yang artinya keamanan sistem informasi sudah tercapai sebagian. Selanjutnya juga pada Level 2,3 dan 5 yang memperoleh hasil rata-rata diatas 60% dengan status L.
