Abstract

Sentiment analysis in terms of polarity classification is very important in everyday life, with the existence of polarity, many people can find out whether the respected document has positive or negative sentiment so that it can help in choosing and making decisions. Sentiment analysis usually done manually. Therefore, an automatic sentiment analysis classification process is needed. However, it is rare to find studies that discuss extraction features and which learning models are suitable for unstructured sentiment analysis types with the Amazon food review case. This research explores some extraction features such as Word Bags, TF-IDF, Word2Vector, as well as a combination of TF-IDF and Word2Vector with several machine learning models such as Random Forest, SVM, KNN and Naïve Bayes to find out a combination of feature extraction and learning models that can help add variety to the analysis of polarity sentiments. By assisting with document preparation such as html tags and punctuation and special characters, using snowball stemming, TF-IDF results obtained with SVM are suitable for obtaining a polarity classification in unstructured sentiment analysis for the case of Amazon food review with a performance result of 87,3 percent.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan informasi sangatlah penting, salah satunya adalah  pelayanan publik yang memuasakan dapat menjadi indikasi bahwa pemerintahan di suatu daerah berjalan dengan baik. Perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi sekarang ini sangatlah berkembang pesat. Kantor Setda Kabupaten Grobogan berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan publik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu menggunakan media interaktif  sebagai sarana pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga memberikan konsep kreatif  yang digunakan. Hasil yang dicapai  pada  penelitian  ini  menghasilkan media interaktif yang mampu menunjang peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dengan adanya media interaktif Sistem Informasi Publik diharapkan masyarakat dapat memperoleh informasi dengan mudah dan valid serta tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan semakin meningkat guna menunjang kemajuan pembangunan daerah. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan publik , multimedia, media interaktif

Abstract

Detection of object tracking is an important part of object recognition analysis. In object tracking applications, object detection is the first step of video surveillance, where accurate object detection becomes important and difficult because there are still problems that arise like the shadow of the detected object (false detection). To overcome this many object tracking applications are constantly being developed to produce accurate object detection. In this case the clustering method is one of the methods that are considered efficient and able to provide segmentation results in the image better and adaptive to changes in the environment and instantaneous changes quickly. So this research proposes the development of the object-oriented FCM method of object segmentation to obtain accurate object detection results. For the development of FCM method this research will be done by using distance approach. The distance approach used is cambera, chebychef, mahattan, minkowski, and Euclidean to get accurate results.

Abstract

Indonesia has various types of culture and traditional arts. In this era of globalization, local culture and arts have begun to be eroded by the times. One of the diverse Indonesian culture is wayang kulit. Where the shadow puppets in Indonesia vary and vary from region to region. In this case, the puppet characters have different forms and curves, so recognizing the shape of a puppet is very difficult. In the development of technology, computer vision technology began to be widely used to perform object recognition with deep learning learning. So that an object being studied can be detected properly. In this study, a prototype was made with the detection of puppet types using Deep Learning learning using Convolutional Neural Networks to detect shadow puppet objects based on the VGG16 architecture. The results obtained by the CNN and VGG16 methods reached 86%. With the results obtained, a prototype model is made which will later be able to help the community in the introduction of shadow puppets.Keyword: CNN, shadow puppets ,VGG16

Abstract

Ancaman terhadap kekayaan alam semakin terlihat, oleh karena itu upaya untuk melindungi populasi biota perairan sangat menantang bagi banyak negara. Upaya untuk mengatasi kerusakan terhadap populasi ikan asli telah dilakukan dengan mengurangi populasi ikan invasif melalui teknik penangkapan ikan tradisional. Namun, teknik penangkapan tersebut tidak hanya menangkap spesies ikan invasif tetapi juga spesies asli. Oleh karena itu, masih diperlukan proses manual untuk memilah hasil tangkapan sehingga menghabiskan energi dan waktu. Maka, perlu ditingkatkan kemampuan pengenalan ikan secara otomatis dengan bantuan computer. Telah ada penelitian sebelumnya untuk mengenali jenis-jenis ikan, namun tidak banyak yang mempertimbangkan adanya noice atau artefak-artefak yang timbul karena kondisi bawah air serta efek fitur-fitur ikan yang saling berkaitan. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini, peneliti  ini mengusulkan untuk melakukan analisis dampak pre-processing dari kombinasi algoritma CLAHE dan DCP yang diterapkan dalam klasifikasi ikan dengan Random Forest. Pre-processing yang yang diberikan bertujuan untuk mengatasi artefak atau noice yang timbul pada citra bawah air dan mengatasi efek dari fitur-fitur keragaman jenis ikan. Sehingga diharapkan mampu menghasilkan klasifikasi yang lebih baik dari penelitian sebelumnya. Klasifikasi dengan menggunakan Random Forest (RF) dengan perbaikan citra Dark Channel Prior (DCP) dan Contract Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE), terbukti memberikan nilai akurasi rata-rata yang cukup tinggi yakni sebesar 98.51%, presisi 78.91%, dan recall 36.71%.

Abstract

In computer vision tracking and object segmentation is one important step in video processing. Accuracy in object tracking is important in video processing, where accurate object tracking is a thing that continues to be done by many researchers. there are still many problems that are often experienced when tracking objects in terms of lighting, noise up to a high level of error. Many methods can be used in research, one of which is clustering method. Clustering method is a method that is widely used in grouping data, one of which is often used is Kmeans clustering. This method is very flexible, and is able to classify large amounts of data. Besides that, Kmeans is also able to work adeptly and segment the image well. For this study using 5 distance approaches (cambera, chebychef, mahattan, minkowski, Euclidean) distance approach which is expected to improve the results of better accuracy. From the results of the research produced a mahatan distance approach has the best accuracy results with a PNSR value of 16,34399 and the lowest MSE value with a value of 1521,793. Compared to the use of standard models with Euclidean, the approach of high distance accuracy increases

Abstract

Menjamurnya permintaan masyarakat akan jasa pesan antar online membuat perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kuliner secara online mulai bersaing dalam menyediakan jasa dan layanan yang baik. Salah satu sektor dalam pengembang bisnis tersebut adalah konteks marketing media salah satunya yakni lewat media `aplikasi. Aplikasi mampu menjangkau pangsa pasar secara luas sehingga memerlukan perhatian yang lebih dalam segi desain maupun konten terkait dengan pengalaman pengguna  yang membuat mereka tertarik untuk menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Madhang.id merupakan objek yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini dimana merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang menyediakan jasa pesan antar makanan secara online. Penelitian ini menawarkan kajian mengenai persepsi pengguna terhadap penggunan aplikasi madhang.id menggunakan konteks the four elements of user experience yang dibedah menggunakan metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Luaran yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini yakni berupa kajian dalam mencari tahu persepsi pengalaman pengguna menggunakan aplikasi madhang.id yang basisnya dikembangkan oleh perusahaan IT dimana manfaatnya dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan rujukan dalam pengembangan apliikasi serupa.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a country which has a lot of physical cultures namely artifacts. In Central Java, artifacts based on religius are often found in Demak, as a Islamic civilization center in Java island. Demak is known as “Kota Wali” has various artifacts which stored in museum with condition such as damage, broken, cracked, missing writing, and so on. This become problem in introducing them to the youth. On the other hand, they prefers play gadgets like smartphone rather than visit museum. Bases on these, authors design revitalization media of Demak Geat Mosque’s artifacts digitally. This research use qualitative method with observation and literature study techniques, the revitalization media is designed use design thinking method to produce prototype of interactive application which can be accessed through smartphone. The result of this research is prototype which presents information about Demak Great Mosque’s artifacts, which is expected to be an educational media for introducing them to the youth. Keywords—application, artifacts, Demak, Design Thinking

Abstract

Each company applies a contract extension to assess the performance of its employees. Employees with good performance in the company are entitled to future contracts within a certain period of time. In a pandemic time, many companies have made decisions to carry out WFH (Work from Home) activities even to Termination (Attrition) of Employment. The company's performance cannot be stable if in certain fields it does not meet the criteria required by the company. Thus, due to many things to consider in contract extension, we are proposed feature selection steps such as duplicate features, correlated features and Univariate Receiver Operating Characteristics curve (ROC) to reduce features from 35 to 21 Features. Then, after we obtained the best features, we applied into Decision Trees and Random Forest. By optimizing parameter selection using parameter grid, the research concluded that Random Forest with feature selection can predict Employee Attrition and Performance by obtain accuracy 79.16%, Recall 76% and Precision 82,6%. Thus with those result, we can conclude that we can obtain better prediction using 21 features for employee attrition and performance which help the higher management in making decisions.

Abstract

Honey is one of health supplements which bought by people to prevent Covid-19 symptoms. This is an opportunity for Fatikha Sweet Honey to introduce its products. However, the currently applied digital marketing strategy only focus on Facebook and Instagram media, which rarely get a response from consumers. It needs digital marketing media which can present a variety of product information such as: photos, benefits, variants, how to order, and so on. Based on these considerations, the website becomes a right digital marketing medium. This study focuses on adapting the website as a medium to introduce and sell honey products. The study used qualitative methods, supported by data searches through indirect interviews, observation, and literature studies. Website adaptation using MDLC. The result is a website as main media for promoting and selling Fatikha Sweet Honey products. The output of this research is expected to be useful for increasing sales of it and can be further developed into a marketplace application.
