Abstract

Desa Penusupan merupakan sebuah desa yang bertempatan di Kecamatan Pangkah, Kabupaten Tegal. Rendahnya penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi sistem informasi pada pemerintahan, membuat Desa Penusupan masih belum memiliki sebuah layanan sistem informasi bagi masyarakatnya secara optimal. Sebagai contoh kasusnya, pendataan penduduk desa masih belum jelas, masih adanya nama orang yang sudah meninggal mendapatkan hak suara. Hal tersebut menjadi acuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi pada Desa Penusupan. Sistem Informasi merupakan komponen yang memproses, menyimpan, menganalisis, serta mendistribusikan informasi yang terdiri dari manusia, teknologi, dan prosedur kerja untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Pada perancangan sistem informasi untuk Desa Penusupan dibuat menjadi sebuah website yang tujuannya untuk digunakan sebagai pendataan serta memberikan sarana informasi bagi masyarakat desa. Perancangan sistem informasi Desa Penusupan dilakukan dengan scrum sebagai metode penelitiannya. Perancangan terdiri dari 14 task dari 44 product backlog yang dibagi menjadi 3 Sprint. Pada sprint-1 memiliki 19 Story Point, sprint-2 memiliki 19 story point, dan pada sprint-3 memiliki 10 story point, dengan total 39 story point. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan Blackbox testing yang berfokus pada keperluan software yang menghasilkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Desa Penusupan Berbasis Website sesuai dengan scenario pengujian yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya

Abstract

The decision support system for employee performance evaluation at the South Bengkulu public works department is very useful because it can provide another alternative for decision makers to select suitable employees to fill vacant positions. The use of a decision support system for employee performance evaluation using the simple additive weighting method is expected to reduce subjectivity in decision making. Instead, a calculation will be carried out on all employee assessments, so that it is hoped that employees with the best abilities will be selected. The research aims to create a decision support system for evaluating public service performance of employees at the South Bengkulu public works department. The benefits of this research can provide another alternative for decision makers to select suitable employees to fill vacant positions.

Abstract

A design ofweb-based information system oftourism objects in north Bengkulu regency is used as a tool in delivering information on tourism and cultural areas in north Bengkulu regency to people who want to know the tourism areas. It is one form of tourism promotion to attract tourists to visit north Bengkulu. This research is expected to be useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourismpotential in north Bengkulu, so that people will be more familiar with regional tourismplaces. The more tourists who visit, the income of the area and the surrounding community will increase. The method used in this research was the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method includedthe requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance stages, followed by making applications using the PHP and HTML programming languages with MySQL and XAMPP database

Abstract

New Student Admission Website is one of the services to register online to become a student at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. This research was conducted to Comparative Analysis of Webqual and E-Servqual methods on the New Student Admission (PMB) website of the Telkom Institute of Technology. In the development of the PMB website, there are shortcomings felt by prospective new students regarding features that are not used by the PMB unit of IT Telkom Purwokerto, but still appear when registering for new student admissions. both methods, it is found that the analysis of WEBQUAL and E-SERVQUAL methods is interrelated in improving the quality of service interaction. Factors such as reputation, information security, personalization, community space, ease of communication, and responsiveness to user problems play an important role in creating a good interaction experience for PMB ITTP website users.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan bersama Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Batik "Ammorista" di Desa Gumelem, Banjarnegara, untuk meningkatkan daya saing, peralatan, pemasaran, dan pengetahuan anggota. Program bertujuan melestarikan Batik Gumelem sebagai warisan budaya serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi, terutama bagi perempuan anggota KUB. Metode meliputi pengadaan alat-alat batik modern seperti kompor dan canting listrik, pelatihan penggunaannya, sosialisasi digital marketing, dan pendampingan pembuatan akun e-commerce di Shopee. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi produksi, kualitas batik, dan keterampilan anggota dalam menggunakan alat modern. Sosialisasi digital marketing berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pemasaran online, dan pendampingan e-commerce memungkinkan KUB menjangkau pasar lebih luas. Program ini berkontribusi positif dalam memberdayakan ekonomi anggota, memperkuat peran perempuan, dan melestarikan Batik Gumelem.

Abstract

The XYZ e-wallet application provides convenience in non-cash transactions with various features. Even though it allows for comfort in commerce, there are deficiencies in the XYZ e-wallet application that make users feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Weaknesses in the XYZ e-wallet application, namely there are problems updating the XYZ e-wallet to Premium, it is difficult to make payments to merchants who work with the XYZ e-wallet application, and there are problems with e-wallet application services on the service menu reporting problems response the customer service of the XYZ e-wallet application is old and ineffective. The results of the pre-research questionnaire on 59 answers found that 54.2% of respondents needed help making transactions. As many as 61% of users are dissatisfied with the services provided by the XYZ e-wallet application. This research analyzed user satisfaction with the XYZ e-wallet application using the EUCS method. This method measures five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timelines. Each variable is measured with four questions. The results showed that the variables Content, Format, and Ease of Use were satisfied with Very Satisfied criteria, while the Accuracy and Timeliness variables had Satisfied criteria. The smallest calculated value is in the Accuracy and Timeliness variables which discuss the accuracy of errors when making transfers, upgrading the XYZ e-wallet account to Premium, and timeliness in handling problem reports. Abstract

This study aims to develop a personalization-level recommendation model implemented in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at PT Kodegiri, called KodeinPenetration. Personalization in CRM aims to improve customer interaction by providing more relevant recommendations based on their needs and preferences. To achieve this goal, this study tested several classification models using historical customer interaction data as the basis for analysis. The classification models tested included decision tree-based methods such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and AdaBoosting, as well as deep learning models such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). In addition, two main feature extraction techniques were applied to process text data, namely TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) and Tokenizer Padding. TF-IDF is used to represent words as numeric vectors based on their frequency of occurrence. In contrast, Tokenizer Padding is used in deep learning models to convert text into a numeric format that neural networks can process. The test results showed that the decision tree-based method using the TF-IDF feature produced the best accuracy of up to 82%. On the other hand, the deep learning model with GRU architecture utilizing Tokenizer Padding achieved the highest accuracy of 88.23%. This shows that the deep learning model has greater potential in handling sequential data and providing more accurate results compared to traditional methods. This study provides an important contribution to the development of deep learning-based personalized recommendation systems in CRM. By leveraging historical customer interactions, this system can improve user experience by offering more relevant and targeted services.

Abstract

Penusupan Village is located in Pangkah District, Tegal Regency. The limited use and implementation of information system technology in local governance have resulted in the village not yet having an optimal information system service for its residents. For example, population data management is still unclear—there are instances where names of deceased individuals remain listed as eligible voters, which should have already been addressed by the village's administrative services. This issue became the basis for designing an information system for Penusupan Village. An information system is a set of components that processes, stores, analyzes, and distributes information, consisting of people, technology, and work procedures to achieve specific goals. The proposed information system for Penusupan Village is developed in the form of a website, aimed at supporting data management and providing accessible information services for the community. The system design is carried out using the Scrum methodology as the research approach. Scrum is a process framework used to manage complex product development. The Penusupan Village information system website utilizes the Laravel framework for the back-end and Bootstrap for the front-end, supported by the PHP programming language. The use of PHP is intended to ensure the website functions dynamically while enabling faster, more secure, and more efficient development.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah) di Desa Serayu Larangan memiliki prospek yang cukup baik, pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti WhatsApp Business belum berjalan secara optimal. Berdasarkan observasi di lapangan, terlihat bahwa beberapa pelaku usaha masih belum memiliki sistem yang mendukung pengelolaan usaha secara efisien dan terpadu. Di samping itu, pemahaman terhadap pemanfaatan fitur-fitur digital, termasuk WhatsApp Business, masih belum merata, sehingga penggunaan teknologi ini dalam mendukung aktivitas usaha belum maksimal. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital serta pemanfaatan teknologi yang lebih luas, agar pengembangan UMKM di wilayah tersebut dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dan lebih produktif Sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap pengembangan UMKM, Tim Dosen Universitas Telkom yang dibantu mahasiswa menyelenggarakan pelatihan penggunaan WhatsApp Business bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Serayu Larangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mencakup penyampaian materi secara teoritis yang dilanjutkan dengan praktek langsung. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka bersama para  14 peserta, yaitu pelaku UMKM di Desa Serayu Larangan, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu para pelaku usaha dalam mengelola bisnis secara lebih efisien melalui pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi yang mudah diakses. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini membuktikan penerapan teknologi sederhana yaitu WhatsApp Business dapat membantu dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Pelatihan ini,  berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta yaitu penjual/pelaku UMKM  baik secara teori maupun praktik dalam penggunaan WhatsApp Business. Hasil survey tingkat kepuasan dari peserta  penjual/pelaku UMKM adalah 92,50%. Hasil persentase ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik dan memuaskan
