Abstract

This research departs from the development of religious tourism in Banjar Regency which has its own charm and is often visited by local, national and international tourists is the Tomb of Sheikh Muhammad Arysad Al-Banjari or known for his book essay, namely Sabilal Muhtadin and the Tomb of Guru Sekumpul who is a charismatic cleric his era so that the purpose of this study is to analyze the multiplier effecet of religious tourism on the income of the people in the Regency Banjar. The research method used is a quantitative approach, then sampling using cluster sampling and quota sampling. In relation to the quota sampling technique, a sample of 40 respondents consisting of business actors, workers and the community was determined, while the sampling cluster was at Datu Kalampayan Tomb and Guru Sekumpul Cemetery. Data collection techniques using structured interviews and analyzed using descriptive statistics by adopting a formula from the multiplier effect known as Keynes' theory. The results showed that the value of Keynesian Local Income Multiplier, Ratio Income Multiplier has a value of >1 both Type I and II so that it has an impact on the economic development of the community.

Abstract

Baznas Kabupaten Banjar has been trusted to manage and distribute zakat funds in order to prosper the community which is insufficient in terms of economy. To be able to prosper the community, especially in the field of health services, Baznas must certainly channel its funds effectively. One of the programs initiated by Baznas Banjar Regency is the Banjar Sehat ProgramThis study aims to determine the effectiveness and distribution of zakat funds through the Banjar Sehat program in Baznas, Banjar Regency. The research used is a qualitative research method by taking the type of field research. Data collection method, the authors conducted interviews. It was then analyzed using the effectiveness measure proposed by Sondang P. Siagian. The results of the data analysis concluded that the distribution of zakat funds through the Banjar Sehat program in Baznas, Banjar Regency, was carried out in two ways, namely active and passive stages. As for the effectiveness of the Banjar Sehat program in its distribution, it can does the program to be effective because it has fulfilled all the elements or effectiveness benchmarks stated by Sondang P. Siagian.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of limited business capital in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) so that they have not been able to develop their business. For this reason, this study aims to determine and understand the impact of People's Business Credit (KUR) financing on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tabalong Regency and the People's Business Credit distribution system implemented by the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tanjung Branch Office. the research used is field research with a qualitative approach method. Data were collected using interviews and documentation. The data extracted through interviews is data regarding the people's business credit distribution system, as well as information regarding assets, turnover and net income of MSME actors. In addition, documentation is needed to track and strengthen data on changes in MSME performance in terms of assets, turnover and net profit from before getting and after getting People's Business Credit and coaching from Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Tanjung. The subjects in this study were 13 informants, including 10 MSMEs and 3 Micro Employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tanjung Branch Office. The analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model by carrying out data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing The results of the study prove that KUR financing on the performance of MSMEs has a positive impact. This can be proven by the impact on the level of assets, turnover and net profit which has increased by up to 40%. So KUR financing is very helpful for MSMEs in increasing business capital so that the resulting performance has good quality from increased income. This research not only proves qualitatively that People's Business Credit can have a positive impact on the performance of MSMEs, but also provides other alternatives for the government and other financial institutions in channeling capital assistance to MSMEs, namely with the Assisted MSME model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru Fisika dalam menguatkan karakter keislaman siswa MA di Kalimantan Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian mix methods dengan desain metode campuran sejajar atau bersamaan. Data kualitatif dan kuantitatif kompetensi profesional guru fisika dan karakter keislaman siswa dikumpulkan dalam waktu yang sama dan dianalisis untuk saling melengkapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru fisika memiliki kategori tinggi, hal ini mendukung peguatan karakter keislaman siswa yang juga memiliki kategori tinggi. Sehingga, terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat antara kompetensi profesional guru fisika dan penguatan karakter keislaman siswa MA di Kalimantan Selatan.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan ialah dengan pendayagunaan zakat untuk usaha produktif. Pada perkembangannya, diterbitkan undang-undang baru untuk pengelolaan zakat yang di dalamnya mengatur mengenai pendayagunaan zakat untuk usaha produktif, yaitu Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 tentang Pengelolaan Zakat. Dari Undang-undang tersebut dapat dimaknai bahwa Lembaga Amil Zakat tidak hanya mendistribusikan zakat dengan model konsumtif namun juga dengan model produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman lembaga amil zakat di kota Yogyakarta terhadap zakat produktif yang dilaksanakan ke dalam program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan zakat untuk usaha produktif yang dilaksanakan oleh LAZ ialah pendayagunaan zakat yang diberikan untuk membantu usaha yang dijalankan mustahik dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki pendapatan mustahik dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dan Pendayagunaan zakat untuk usaha produktif juga berbentuk ke dalam beberapa bentuk, yaitu modal usaha berbentuk uang maupun alat produksi, pinjaman usaha dan pelatihan yang mendukung kewirausahaan mustahik.

Abstract

Semakin berkembang jaman, semakin berkembang pula alat komunikasi yaitu smartphone, semakin lama semakin menarik dari bentuk dan fiturnya. Setiap smartphone pasti memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan yang berbeda-beda. Konsumen yang mengalami ketidakpuasan pasca konsumsi mempunyai kemungkinan akan mencari alternatif merek lain pada konsumsi berikutnya untuk meningkatkan kepuasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku Driver Ojek Online sebagai konsumen dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab perilaku brand switching konsumen terhadap smartphone pada Driver Ojek Online di Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara kepada Driver Ojek Online di Banjarmasin. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan responden yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen adalah faktor sosial yaitu kelompok referensi dan keluarga, dan faktor pribadi yaitu pekerjaan, umur, dan gaya hidup. Yang menjadi penyebab perilaku brand switching adaah kualitas produk, harga, iklan dan promosi, dan variasi. Di mana setiap konsumen dalam melakukan brand switching pasti akan mencari produk dan merek smartphone yang lebih baik dari produk dan merek smartphone yang konsumen gunakan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Roadside parking service fees have the potential to contribute significantly to Banjarmasin City's public service fees with an increase in the number of Roadside parking service fees have the potential to contribute significantly to Banjarmasin City's public service fees, with an increase in the number of motorized vehicles, such as motorbikes and cars, by 80,155% in 2023. Implementing parking rates can increase the income of the Transportation Service Parking UPTD. However, the realization of income has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze the contribution of roadside parking fees to public service fees from 2018-2023 and identify obstacles and efforts to increase them. This study used field research with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were obtained through interviews and a document review. Interviews were used to identify obstacles and efforts, while documentation included data on the realization of parking and public service fees. Quantitative analysis used the contribution formula from Nugroho Budiyuwono, and qualitative analysis used the Miles and Huberman technique. The study's results showed fluctuations in the contribution of parking fees to public service fees, with an average of 13.06% during 2018-2023. The obstacles faced included stalls or restaurants that did not report their parking spaces, illegal parking, and parking mafia practices. The Parking UPTD’s efforts include routine patrols and cooperation with security forces to increase the effectiveness of retribution collections.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the important role of sasirangan cloth artisan in preserving local culture with diverse creativity. The aim of this research is to determine creativity in an effort to increase sales in terms of Islamic economics and the obstacles faced by artisan. This research is field research, with a qualitative approach. The research location is Sasirangan Village, Banjarmasin City. Data was obtained using interviews, with data processing techniques, then analyzed qualitatively and referring to the theoretical basis. The research results obtained are first, the creativity of Sasirangan cloth artisan in Sasirangan Village in an effort to increase sales in terms of Islamic economics is painting their own motifs, adding creations, participating in exhibitions, modifying motifs, using natural materials. Second, the obstacles faced by sasirangan cloth business artisan in Sasirangan Village in carrying out creativity are labor resource constraints, policy constraints regarding time regulations and constraints on raw materials, synthetic and natural dyes used in dyeing sasirangan cloth.

Abstract

The increasing development of technology provides convenience in the business world, including investing in sharia mutual funds, so that it can be an alternative choice for students in investing in sharia mutual funds. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial literacy, return and risk partially and simultaneously on the decision of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students to invest in sharia mutual funds using the bibit application. The research carried out was a type of research with a sample of 100 people based on the Cochran formula. The data collected using. The instruments were analyzed with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the variables of financial literacy, return and risk have a positive effect on the decision to invest in Islamic mutual funds according to the hypothesis test where the value obtained by F count (53.371) this value is greater than F table (2.14), so that H0 is accepted, and the level of significance for financial literacy, return and risk is 0.001 <0.1 then H0 is accepted, thus, it can be concluded, financial literacy return and risk have a significant effect on the decision to invest in Islamic mutual funds.
